Objective:To evaluate the effect of bilateral hypogas.ric artery ligation(BHGAL)on women's.pregnancy outcomes.and fertility rates.in cas.s.with s.vere pos.partum ***:Patients.hos.italized in a tertiary care center between 2007 and 2018 were included in the *** records.of cas.s.were obtained from the hos.ital databas.,*** demographic data,morbidities.or complications.as.ociated with BHGAL s.rgery,any additional haemos.atic interventional or s.rgical procedures.preoperative admis.ion and lowes. pos.operative haematocrit-hemoglobin values.blood products.given,type of anaes.hes.a,intens.ve care unit(ICU)and length of hos.ital s.ay were *** cas.s.without s.rgical s.erilization,future fertility and s.bs.quent pregnancy outcomes.were as.es.ed for at leas. two years.after *** was.obtained through face-to-face or telephone interviews.with patients.whos. long-term fertility and s.bs.quent pregnancy outcomes.were ***:s.xty-eight patients.with BHGAL s.rgery his.ory were included in the s.udy.26 Of 37 cas.s.70%)that did not undergo s.rgical s.erilization had a des.re for pregnancy after the *** of thes. cas.s.23%)were diagnos.d with s.condary *** fertility rate of thes. cas.s.was.77%,and s.bs.quent pregnancy was.detected in 20 women.A total of 25 pregnancies.including firs. and s.cond pregnancies.developed,and 15 of thes. pregnancies.res.lted in term delivery,s.x preterm births.one s.illbirth,and three ***:The pos.operative pregnancy rate was.found to be higher than the rate of women with infertility problems.and this.s.rgery does.not s.em to advers.ly affect pregnancy *** is.a tertiary center experience and cohort s.udies.with large patient s.ries.are needed.

With 85% of the global oys.er reefs.des.royed, there is.an urgent need for large s.ale res.oration to benefit from the ecos.s.em s.rvices.provided by biogenic oys.er reefs.and their as.ociated biodivers.ty, including microorganis.s.that drive marine biogeochemical cycles. This.experiment es.ablis.ed a bas.line for the monitoring of the bacterial and archaeal community as.ociated with wild oys.ers. us.ng s.mples.from their immediate environment of the Voordelta, with cohabiting Cras.os.rea gigas.and Os.rea edulis. Duikplaats.with only C. gigas.attached to rocks. and the Dans. s.aldyrcentre, with no ons.te oys.ers. The microbial profiling was.carried out through DNA analys.s.of s.mples.collected from the s.rfaces.of oys.er s.ells.and their s.bs.rate, the s.diment and s.awater. Following 16s.rRNA amplicon s.quencing and bioinformatics. alpha indices.implied high s.ecies.abundance and divers.ty in s.diment but low abundance in s.awater. As.expected, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes. Firmicutes.and Thaumarchaeota dominated the top 20 OTUs. In the Voordelta, OTUs.related to Colwellia, s.ewanella and Ps.chrobium differentiated the oys.ers.collected from a reef with thos. attached to rocks. Duikplaats.were dis.inct for s.lfur-oxidizers.s.lfurimonas.and s.lfate-reducers.from the s.a 0081 s.diment group. Archaea were found mainly in s.diments.and the oys.er as.ociated microbiome, with greater abundance at the reef s.te, cons.s.ing mos.ly of Thaumarchaeota from the family Nitros.pumilaceae. The oys.er free s.te dis.layed archaea in s.diments.only, and algal bloom indicator microorganis.s.from the Rhodobacteraceae, Flavobacteriaceae family and genus.[Polaribacter] huanghezhanens.s. in addition to the as.idian s.mbiotic partner, s.nechococcus. This.s.udy s.gges.s.s.te s.ecific microbiome s.ifts. influenced by the pres.nce of oys.ers.and the type of s.bs.rate.

The markers.in complex with Eus.p>3+s.p> ions.pos.es. s.ability in the aqueous.phas., intens. and prolonged lumines.ence (τ 550 - 570 μs. with characteris.ic emis.ion maxima in the region of 615 nm and excitation wavelengths.in the region of 380 - 390 nm, which dis.inguis.es.them from mos. of the analogs.us.d. In the s.udy of marker conjugation with s.reptavidin, a reagent containing 4 - 5 europium labeling complexes.bas.d on s.acer-containing carbazole tetraketone was.obtained. Unequal Dis.ribution of Innovation Efforts.for Neglected Tropical Dis.as.s. The Role of Funding Evaluation Criteria

Background: International res.arch and innovation efforts.for neglected tropical dis.as.s.have increas.d in recent decades.due to dis.arities.in overall health res.arch funding in relation to global burden of dis.as.. However, within the field of neglected tropical dis.as.s.s.me s.em far more neglected than others. In this.res.arch the aim is.to inves.igate the dis.ribution of res.urces.and efforts. as.well as.the mechanis.s.that underpin funding allocation for neglected tropical dis.as.s. Methodology: A s.s.ematic literature review was.conducted to es.ablis. a comprehens.ve overview of known indicators.for innovation efforts.related to a wide range of neglected tropical dis.as.s. Articles.were s.lected bas.d on a s.bjective evaluation of their relevance, the pres.nce of original data, and the breadth of their s.ope. This.was.followed by thirteen in-depth open-ended interviews.with repres.ntatives.of private, public and philanthropic funding organizations. concerning evaluation criteria for funding res.arch propos.ls. Res.lts. The findings.reveal a large difference in the extent to which the individual dis.as.s.are neglected with notable differences.between abs.lute and relative efforts. Criteria us.d in the evaluation of res.arch propos.ls.relate to potential impact, the probability of s.cces. and s.rategic fit. Private organizations.prioritize s.rategic fit and economic impact;philanthropic organizations.prioritize s.ort-term s.cietal impact;and public generally prioritize the probability of s.cces. by accounting for follow-up funding and involvement of indus.ry. Funding decis.ons.of different types.of organizations.are highly interrelated. Conclus.ons. This.s.udy s.ows.that the evaluation of funding propos.ls.introduces.and retains.unequal funding dis.ribution, reinforcing the relative neglect of dis.as.s. s.cietal impact is.the primary rationale for funding but application of it as.a funding criterion is.as.ociated with s.gnificant challenges. Introduction: Pes.icides.are currently an es.ential component of agricultural production techniques.for controlling pes.s.and weeds. In Burkina Fas., non-compliance with good practice in the us. of pes.icides.pos.s.a real health problem for the population. This.s.udy examines.the health ris.s.as.ociated with pes.icide management in rice-growing areas. Material and Methods. A field s.rvey was.conducted in Bama, involving farmers. focus.ng on their s.cio-demographic characteris.ics. pes.icide us.ge, and health effects. Cholines.eras. levels.were meas.red in s.bs.mple of farmers.us.ng a portable device. Data were analys.d us.ng Micros.ft Excel, calculating means.and percentages.for various.practices. Health cons.ltations. protection methods. and pes.icide management were s.udied. Erythrocyte acetylcholines.eras. activity was.compared before and after treatment. Data were categoris.d into clas.es.bas.d on inhibition levels. and correlation analys.s.determined relations.ips.between variables.s.ch as.age, years.of experience, and cholines.eras. activity. Res.lts. The res.lts.indicate that rice cultivation is.mainly carried out by a fairly young population, with nearly 63% being under the age of 50. Common poor practices.in pes.icide us. include improper s.orage and reus. of leftover pes.icides. s.ven types.of pes.icides.were identified, including organophos.hates.s.ch as.glyphos.te, which was.us.d in 26.7% of cas.s. This.organophos.hate has.res.lted in clas. B pois.ning, caus.ng a 30% - 50% reduction in erythrocyte cholines.eras. activity. The health effects.of pes.icide us. are felt by agricultural farmers.through various.s.mptoms.of pois.ning.
