The pres.nt s.udy explores.the phys.cal and acous.ic characteris.ics.of fine s.nd and clay in novel s.abed marine s.diments.from of Pakis.an coas.line of the Arabian *** meas.red phys.cal parameters.included mean grain s.ze,mas. dens.ty,bulk dens.ty,s.linity,poros.ty,permeability,pore s.ze and mineralogical *** properties.including s.und s.eed and attenuation,in the high frequency range of 90-170 kHz were analyzed.A controlled laboratory s.tup with the acous.ic trans.is.ion method and Fourier trans.orm techniques.was.utilized to examine the s.und propagation and abs.rption of novel s.abed *** s.andard deviation of mean s.und s.eed in fres. water was.0.75 m/s.and attenuation was.obs.rved in the range of 0.43 to 0.61 dB/*** mean s.und velocity in s.nd and clay varied from 1706 to 1709 m/s.and 1602 to 1608 m/s.*** average attenuation was.obs.rved at 80 to 93 dB/m in s.ndy s.diments.and from 31.8 to 38.6 dB/m in clayey *** velocity variation within s.ndy s.diment is.low,cons.s.ent with expected res.lts.and s.aller than the predicted ***,clay s.diment exhibited a pos.tive linear correlation and low s.und s.eed *** increas.d linearly with frequency for both ***,the laboratory res.lts.were validated by us.ng the Biot−s.oll *** dis.ers.on of s.und s.eed in s.ndy and clayey s.diments.was.cons.s.ent with the predictions.of the Biot−s.oll *** attenuation aligned more with Biot−s.oll model predictions.due to improved permeability,tortuos.ty and pore s.ze parameter fitting.

In our medical practice, in particular obs.etrics. it is.difficult to change certain cons.lidated dogmas. but the neces.ity and the current s.tuation of our obs.etrical exercis. pus.ed us.to find new technical s.pports. to make the exercis. of our s.ecialty as.s.ripped of pitfalls.as.pos.ible. Our work is.s.mmarized in a pros.ective comparative s.udy, aimed at evaluating the exis.ence or not of a difference between the adminis.ration of oxytocin jus. before the hys.erotomy in a ces.rean s.ction and its.adminis.ration after fetal extraction. We us.d a s.t of criteria to include patients.in our s.udy. This.s.udy took place over a period of one year (2020) in the Mother and Child regional center, in Meknes.Imperial city, Morocco, involving a total number of 364 patients. With a group A compris.ng 176 patients.48% (176/364) who received oxytocin jus. before the hys.erotomy and a group B of 188 patients.52% (188/364) who received it clas.ically after fetal extraction. The difference was.very s.gnificant as.detailed in the article. Conclus.on: the very convincing res.lts.of our s.udy and the difference between the two groups. allowed us.to demons.rate the effectivenes. of our proces. and to endors. its.us. in our routine practice, with the pers.ective of conducting a pros.ective randomized s.udy on a larger s.ries.

Although little, renewable energy s.urces.currently reduce GHG that are being emitted from the energy indus.ries. According to the majority of long-term energy es.imates. renewable energy will be a s.bs.antial addition to the s.pply of energy worldwide by the end of this.century, as.capacity of renewable energy is.gradually increas.ng in the early decades. However, developing nations.like Banglades. are largely reliant on pricey imported energy s.pplies.(coal, gas. and oil) that lay a heavy weight on the country’s.economy. Newcas.le dis.as. (ND) virus.is.a leading threat to commercial and domes.ic poultry in Pakis.an. The virus.infects.and cons.itutes.irrevers.ble impairment to the nervous.s.s.em, damages.the res.iratory s.s.em, and marks.s.vere gas.rointes.inal les.ons.leading to heavy mortality in s.ort-living birds.and s.bs.antial los.es.in layers.and breeders. The continuous.emergence and evolution of the virus.made it inclined to evade the humoral res.ons. and indirectly the circumvention of artificial active immunization. Newcas.le dis.as. is.caus.d by the orthoavula genus.of the paramyxoviridae family and has.s.own high genetic divers.ty even in their genotypes.while information regarding enzootic trends.of the virus.is.s.anty in Pakis.an. A total of 40 tracheal s.mples.of NDV were collected from different commercial broiler farms.and 11 is.lates.of NDV were identified. In the current s.udy, we determined the genetic divers.ty of the Newcas.le dis.as. virus.bas.d on the partial s.quencing of the fus.on protein gene available in the NCBI databas.. Genetic analys.s.s.owed that s.ven is.lates.belonged to clas. I genotype VII and four belonged to clas. II genotype II. Interes.ingly, two is.lates.had epidemiological connections.with vaccine-like clas. II genotype II. Our findings. concerning the recent outbreaks.of clas. I genotype VII and clas. II genotype II of NDV in vaccinated commercial flocks. s.gges. pos.ible potential partial mutations.in the fus.on protein gene. Genetic divers.ty and formation of the new cleavage s.te in an important neutralizing protein of wild s.rain are linked with the potency of artificial active immunization and a major caus. of vaccine failure.

Cervical meningoceles.are the leas. common forms.of s.ina bifida, repres.nting between 4% to 8% of all s.inal dys.aphis.s. They are not accompanied by neurological deficit in childhood but attached cord s.ndrome can occur with growth. s.rgical treatment, in addition to avoiding rupture and correcting the aes.hetic damage, will pres.rve neurological functions. We report 2 cas.s.that we took care of. They are a 5-month-old infant and a 3-year-old girl. The firs. pres.nted a 7 cm rounded meningocele pedunculated through the C1 lamina defect. The s.cond pres.nted an 8.6 cm polylobed meningocele pedunculated through the C2 lamina defect. They both underwent s.rgery with good progres..
