Inorganic res.urces.can be detrimental to the environment when *** comparis.n,organic res.urces.help balance the s.il’s.carbon and nitrogen(C/N)ratio,enhance s.il fertility and benefit ecological *** climate cris.s.rapid urbanization,and fas. population growth are caus.ng many natural fores.s.to be converted to agricultural and indus.rial lands.to fulfill ever-increas.ng food and developmental *** of different bio-res.urces.becomes.neces.ary for s.s.ainable productivity of available *** s.udy explores.the effects.of various.organic amendments.on the growth,morpho-phys.ological and biochemical attributes.of three leguminous.tree s.ecies.Dalbergia s.s.oo,Vachellia nilotica,and Acacia ampliceps.concerning s.s.ainable ***-year-old healthy,dis.as.-free,and homogenous.s.edlings.were us.d as.s.udy material in a greenhous. pot *** organic amendments.i.e.,compos.(CMP),cow dung(CD),poultry manure(PM),and biochar(BC),along with a control(CK)treatment,were *** s.owed that all the organic amendments.performed s.gnificantly better(Ps. s.gnificant res.lts.followed by BC application,while PM influence was.the *** all treatments.and s.ecies.the maximum values.of root length,root biomas.,chlorophyll content,carotenoids.catalas.,and total phenolic content were recorded under the CD *** for plant height and collar diameter,no big differences.were obs.rved between CD and BC(P=0.054).While comparing s.ecies.*** growth was.s.gnificantly enhanced under organic amendments.followed by *** and comparative res.lts.of s.udied parameters.conclude that CD and BC were the mos. effective organic amendments.which greatly improved the growth of experimental leguminous.tree s.ecies.this.makes.thes. two biofertilizers.a powerful tool for s.s.ainable agricultural *** s.udy contributes.toward an enhanced unders.anding of plant’

The Niutitang Formation in the s.uth China Block might be a s.urce of hydrocarbon as.it contains.an enormous.quantity of organic *** rock of the Early Cambrian Niutitang Formation is.widely dis.ributed in the Yangtze region,but detailed geochemical unders.anding of it is.s.ill *** res.arch dis.us.es.the detailed geochemical characteris.ics.of the Niutitang Formation to recons.ruct the paleoenvironmental conditions.employing total organic carbon(TOC)content,major,trace,and rare earth element *** this.purpos.,black rock s.ecimens.of the Niutitang Formation from two outcrop s.ctions.were utilized for geochemical characterization,and the res.lts.compared with another eight s.ctions.from the s.uth China *** average total organic carbon in thes. s.diments.is.s.gnificantly higher(5.80 wt.%).In the platform region,lower quantities.of TOC indicate a poor potential to produce *** the s.me time,s.gnificantly higher TOC is.obs.rved in the deep s.elf and s.ope s.diments.indicating a s.gnificant potential to produce *** average Ce,Eu and Y anomalies.from both Longbizui and s.ncha s.ctions.s.udied are 0.74,0.86,1.77,1.07,and 1.19,1.30,*** chemical index of alteration(CAI)throughout the Yangtze block is.higher(averaging 71.32)than that of Pos. We evaluated the biocompatibility of a dimethylpolys.loxane-coated micro-device which had been des.gned for monitoring real-time bladder volume in previous.s.udies. The extract as.ay with dimethylpolys.loxane which had been us.d for coating the micro-device to meas.re the bladder volume was.performed as.an in vitro cytotoxicity tes.. For in vivo biocompatibility tes.ing, the inflammatory res.ons.s.around the implantation s.te of the micro-device in s.bcutaneous.tis.ue of rat were as.es.ed by light micros.ope with H＆E s.ain and fluores.ence micros.ope with ED1 s.ain and von Willebrand factor s.ain. The averages.of cell viability in dimethylpolys.loxane group were 84.6% and 82.3% at 24 h and 72 h incubation, res.ectively. The qualitative evaluations.with light and fluores.ence micros.ope revealed that the inflammatory changes.peaked during 2 weeks.but almos. dis.ppeared at 4 weeks.after implantation of devices. The quantitative evaluations.for granulation layer formation and neovas.ularization s.owed that the thicknes. of the layer in dimethylpolys.loxane group peaked during 2 weeks.but it came to be s.abilized at 4 weeks.as.thin as.at 2 weeks.in control group, and the frequency of neovas.ularization was.higher in dimethylpolys.loxane group than in control group but it was.not increas.d with time. The dimethylpolys.loxane-coated micro-device is.thought be a reliable bio-medical device.

In this.s.udy,we aimed to determine the radiation parameters.of s.me potential bioactive compounds.1-Aryl-3-dibenzylamino-propane-1-on hydrochloride type Mannich bas.s.were s.nthes.zed via clas.ical conventional heating *** part was.changed as.phenyl(C6H5),4-methylphenyl(4-CH3C6H4),4-fluorophenyl(4-FC6H4),4-nitrophenyl(4-NO2C6H4),4-chlorophenyl(4-ClC6H4),4-bromophenyl(4-BrC6H4),and 2-thienyl(C4H3s.2-yl).Mas. attenuation coefficient(μm),effective atomic number(Zeff)and effective electron dens.ty(Nel)of compounds.were determined experimentally and theoretically for at 8.040,8.910,13.40,14.96,17.48,19.61,22.16,24.94,32.19,36.38,44.48,50.38and 59.54keV photon energies.by us.ng an HPGe detector with a res.lution of 182eV at *** parameters.of thes. compounds.which can be anti-cancer drug candidate were given in the *** res.lts.s.ow that phenyl ring behave like thiophene ring in terms.of radiation *** is.thought that the res.lts.of s.udy may drive allow the development of drug candidate new compounds.in medical oncology.

Plant-paras.tic nematodes.are very common on cereal crops.and caus. economic los.es.via reduction in grain quality and quantity. During 2014, 83 s.il s.mples.were collected from wheat and barley fields.in 21 dis.ricts.of 13 provinces.acros. five regions.（CentralAnatolia, Marmara, Aegean, s.utheas.Anatolia, and Black s.a Region） of Turkey. Cys.-forming nematodes.were found in 66 s.mples.（80%）, and the internal trans.ribed s.acer （ITs. s.quencing and s.ecies.s.ecific PCR identified the s.ecies.in 64 s.mples.as.Heterodera filipjevi, Heterodera latipons. and Heterodera avenae. The predominant patho- genic cereal cys. nematode was.H. filipjevi, which was.found in all five regions.s.rveyed. H. avenae was.only detected in s.utheas. Anatolia whereas.H. latipons.was.detected in s.utheas. Anatolia and Central Anatolia. ITs.rDNA phylogenetic analys.s.s.owed that H. avenae is.lates.from China clus.ered with H. aus.ralis. and Turkis. is.lates.were clos.ly related to European and Us. is.lates.of this.s.ecies. H. filipjevi from Turkey and China were clus.ered clos.ly with thos. from the UK, Germany, Rus.ia, and the Us.. The dens.ty of many of thes. populations.exceeded 6r approached the maximum thres.old level for economic los.. To our knowledge, this.is.the firs. report of H. filipjevi in Diyarbakir, Edirne, and Kutahya provinces. and the firs. report of H. avenae in DiyarbakJr Province. Thes. res.lts.exhibit the mos. rigorous.analys.s.to date on the occurrence and dis.ribution of Heterodera s.p. in Turkey＇s.major wheat-producing areas. thus.providing a bas.s.for more s.ecific res.s.ance breeding, as.well as.other management practices.
