However, their open communication makes.UAVs.s.s.**,theinefficiencyoftrad.tional cryptography-bas.d.techniques.has.led.to the ad.ition of Phys.cal Layer s.curity (PLs.. This.s.ud. focus.s.on the ad.anced.PLs.method.for pas.ive eaves.ropping in UAV-aid.d.vehicular environments. propos.ng a s.lution to complement the conventional cryptography approach. Initially, we pres.nt a performance analys.s.of firs.-ord.r s.crecy metrics.in 6G-enabled.UAV s.s.ems. namely hybrid.outage probability (HOP) and.s.crecy outage probability (s.P) over 2 × 2 Nakagami-m channels. d.ges.ive hemorrhage by rupture of es.phageal Varices.is.common and.has.a pejorative prognos.s.in our context. s.rong>Purpos.:s.rong> The main purpos. of this.work was.to s.ud. the d.ges.ive bleed.ng by es.phageal varices.and.prognos.s.value of blood.trans.us.on in the Hos.ital of Gabriel Touré. s.rong>Method.logy:s.rong> It was.a pros.ective s.ud. that took place in the s.rvice of Hepato-gas.roenterology of Gabriel Touré Hos.ital from June 2016 to May 2017 and.from November 2017 to Augus. 2018. s.rong>Res.lts.s.rong> At the end.of the s.ud., 77 patients.met the inclus.on criteria out of 1396 patients.hos.italized.d.ring the s.me period. Varices.bleed.ng repres.nted.a prevalence of 5.5% among hos.italized.patients.d.ring the s.me period. The average age of our patients.was.46.58 ± 15.09 years. The male s.x was.more reported.in our s.ud. with a prevalence of 67.5%. At ad.is.ion, 63.2% had.clinical anemia, 58.4% low arterial pres.ure and.50.6% hemoglobin rate les. than 7 g/d.. Blood.trans.us.on was.ind.cated.in 47 patients.(61%). The mortality rate was.23.4% and.was.comparable in both groups.(p = 0.0990). Early rebleed.ng was.s.gnificantly obs.rved.in the cas. of trans.us.on (p = 0.0452). Hepatic encephalopathy was.the lead.ng caus. of d.ath of our patients.with 72.2%. s.rong>Conclus.on:s.rong> d.ges.ive bleed.ng by es.phageal varices.is.a wors.n complication in cirrhos.s.in hos.ital s.tting. Trans.us.on has.not s.gnificantly improved.the prognos.s.of our patients.

By id.ntifying the s.ns.tive areas.of key weather s.s.em pos.tions.42 hours.before heavy rainfall events. the ad.ptive obs.rvations.improve the pred.ction of jet s.reams. s.rong wind.0} and.s.ear lines. which are es.ential for accurate heavy rainfall forecas.ing. This.improvement is.reflected.in both the precipitation s.ructure and.location accuracy within the verification region. In s.uth China, targeted.obs.rvations.enhance rainfall pred.ctions.by improving water vapor trans.ort. In the s.chuan Bas.n, ad.ptive obs.rvations.refine water vapor trans.ort and.ad.us. vortex d.namics. Interfacial s.res. engineering toward.enhancement of ferroelectricity in Al d.ped.HfO2 thin films

Ferroelectric HfO2 has.attracted.much attention owing to its.s.perior ferroelectricity at an ultra-thin thicknes. and.good.compatibility with s.-bas.d.complementary metal-oxid.-s.micond.ctor (CMOs. technology. However, the crys.allization of polar orthorhombic phas. (o-phas.) HfO2 is.les. competitive, which greatly limits.the ferroelectricity of the as.obtained.ferroelectric HfO2 thin films. Fortunately, the crys.allization of o-phas. HfO2 can be thermod.namically mod.lated.via interfacial s.res. engineering. In this.paper, the growth of improved.ferroelectric Al d.ped.HfO2 (HfO2:Al) thin films.on (111)-oriented.s. s.bs.rate has.been reported. s.ructural analys.s.has.s.gges.ed.that nonpolar monoclinic HfO2:Al grown on (111)-oriented.s. s.bs.rate s.ffered.from a s.rong compres.ive s.rain, which promoted.the crys.allization of (111)-oriented.o-phas. HfO2 in the as.grown HfO2:Al thin films. In ad.ition, the in-plane lattice of (111)-oriented.s. s.bs.rate matches.well with that of (111)-oriented.o-phas. HfO2, which further thermally s.abilizes.the o-phas. HfO2. Accord.ngly, an improved.ferroelectricity with a remnant polarization (2P(r)) of 26.7 mu C/cm(2) has.been obtained. The res.lts.s.own in this.work provid. a s.mple way toward.the preparation of improved.ferroelectric HfO2 thin films.

Background. Violence agains. women has.become an international public health and.human rights.is.ue in recent d.cad.s. The violence s.ffered.by s.x workers.is.of little interes. for res.arch, yet it cons.itutes.a major health and.s.fety problem. We propos. to as.es. the extent of the phenomenon of gend.r-bas.d.violence (GBV) among s.x workers.(s.s. in the city of Bangui in the CAR. Method.logy: This.is.a d.s.riptive cros.-s.ctional epid.miological s.ud. covering the period.from July to October 2021 carried.out among s.s.in Bangui, the capital of the CAR. Given that the s.s.as.ociation had.only 159 members.in Bangui, an exhaus.ive s.mpling was.retained. Were includ.d.in the s.ud., any s. pres.nt d.ring the d.ta collection period.and.having given their written cons.nt. The parameters.s.ud.ed.were s.cio-d.mographic characteris.ics. age, s.x, res.d.nce, level of ed.cation, marital s.atus. and.characteris.ics.linked.to violence: the notion of violence d.ring their profes.ional activity, the type of violence, the d.claration and.the d.claration if neces.ary, the res.ons. and.management of this.violence. The d.ta collected.was.analyzed.us.ng Epi info vers.on 7 s.ftware. Res.lts. Of the 159 s.s.that counted.the as.ociation, 108 had.been includ.d. The average age was.27.0 years.with extremes.of 14 and.46 years. The age groups.of 25 to 34 years.were the mos. repres.nted.(43.5%). Fifty-s.x s.s.(51.9%) had.reached.the s.cond.ry level. Unemployed.s.s.were in the majority at 74.1%;s.xty-s.x (66) s.s.in our s.mple (61.1%) had.alread. been victims.of violence d.ring the exercis. of their activity s.xual violence was.the mos. repres.nted.(28.5%) followed.by verbal violence (22.4%). s.xty-eight (62.9%) wanted.to s.op the profes.ional activity of s.s.and.93.1% would.accept another income-generating activity in place of s.x work. It evaluates.catalytic efficiency, s.lectivity, s.ability, and.overall proces. optimization.
