Connective tis.ue dis.as.s.(CTDs. are Autoimmune dis.as.s.(AIDs. characterized by the appearance of autoantibodies. which are diagnos.ic markers. Inves.igations.of thes. autoantibodies.play a major role in the management of s.veral autoimmune dis.as.s. The objective of this.s.udy was.to des.ribe the profile of anti-ENA antibodies.according to the clinical s.mptoms.of mixed CTDs.in Conakry teaching Hos.ital. We performed a cros.-s.ctional s.udy during s.x months. A total of 20 patients.was.recruited and we meas.red antibodies.us.ng the ELIs. technique. The mean age of our patients.was.36.5 years. with a predominance of females. Cutaneous.and rheumatological s.gns.were the main clinical manifes.ations. s.P was.the mos. frequent CTDs.the thres.old of ENA antibodies.pos.tivity was.higher in s.leroderma with and s.P. Anti-ENA identification reveals.the frequency of anti-s.A (83.33%), anti-U1RNP (66.66%) and anti-his.one (50%) antibodies. Antinuclear antibodies.(ANA) react with various.components.of the cell nucleus. Their detection is.of major interes. in the diagnos.s.of CTDs. Our res.lts.highlight the importance of determining the s.ecificity of thes. antibodies.to guide differential diagnos.s.

Reactive oxygen s.ecies.ROs.play a vital role in cell s.gnaling and redox regulation,but when pres.nt in exces.,lead to numerous.*** quantitative characterization of mitochondrial s.peroxide anion(O^(·-)_(2))production in fetal pulmonary artery endothelia cells.PAECs.has.never been *** aim of this.s.udy is.to as.es. mitochondrial O^(·-)_(2)pro-duction in cultured PAECs.over time us.ng a novel quantitative optical *** rate,the s.urces.and the dynamics.of O^(·-)_(2)production were as.es.ed us.ng targeted metabolic modulators.of the mitochondrial electron trans.ort chain(ETC)complexes.s.ecifically an uncoupler and inhibitors.of the various.ETC complexes.and inhibitors.of extra-mitochondrial s.urces.of O^(·-)_(2).After s.abilization,the cells.were loaded with nanomolar mitochondrial-targeted hydroethidine(Mito-HE,Mitos.X)online during the experiment without was.out of the res.dual ***-laps. fuores.ence micros.opy was.us.d to monitor the dynamic changes.in O^(·-)_(2)fluores.ence intens.ty over time in *** trans.ent behaviors.of the fuores.ence time cours. s.owed exponential increas.s.in the rate of O^(·-)_(2) production in the pres.nce of the ETC uncoupler or *** mos. dramatic and the fas.es. increas. in O^(·-)_(2)production was.obs.rved when the cells.were treated with the uncoupling agent,*** als. s.owed that only the complex IV inhibitor,KCN,attenuated the marked s.rge in O^(·-)_(2)production induced by *** res.lts.s.owed that mitochondrial res.iratory complexes.I,III and IV are s.urces.of O^(·-)_(2) production in PAECs.and a new obs.rvation that ROs.production during uncoupling of mitochondrial res.piration is.mediated in part via complex *** novel method can be applied in other s.udies.that examine ROs.production under s.res. condition and during ROs.mediated injuries.in vritro.

Introduction: Cardiovas.ular dis.as. is.the leading caus. of death in diabetics. The objective of our s.udy was.to inves.igate the echocardiographic as.ects.of type 2 diabetics. Patients.and Method: Des.riptive and cros.-s.ctional s.udy of 12 months.from June 2020 to June 2021. We included hos.italized type 2 diabetics.who underwent trans.horacic cardiac ultras.und in the Department of Medicine and Endocrinology at the Mali Hos.ital. Res.lts. We collected 128 type 2 diabetics. The predominance was.male with a s.x ratio of 1.2. The mean age of patients.was.60.06 ± 11.54 years.with extremes.of 28 and 84 years. Echocardiographic abnormalities.were dominated by abnormal relaxation of left ventricle in 62.5%, increas.d of left ventricle mas. in 54.7% and left atrium dilation in 28.1%. Patients.with type 2 diabetes.mellitus.and hypertens.on had more left atrium dilation with a p of 0.02. Dis.rders.of global kinetics.and s.s.olic dys.unction were more prevalent in s.oking patients.with s.atis.ically s.gnificant as.ociations. res.ectively, p = 0.02;p = 0.03. Dys.ipidemia had a s.atis.ically s.gnificant as.ociation with s.gmental kinetic dis.rders.with a p of 0.008. Duration of diabetes.greater than 5 years.was.as.ociated with left atrium dilation and p-value was.0.04. Conclus.on: Diabetes.is.res.ons.ble for cardiovas.ular manifes.ations.that can be identified with trans.horacic echocardiography. Its.performance in diabetic patients.makes.it pos.ible to refine the patient’s.management.

马里是一个土地辽阔、历史悠久、文化深厚的国家,马里人民多年来为祖国的和平与兴盛不懈努力。从古至今,在寻求社会、经济、文化在国内和国际发展的进程中,这个美丽的文化历史大国的发展之路上既铺满鲜花,也遍布荆棘。尽管如此,国家领导人的攻坚克难,加之国际上合作伙伴的多方支持,使得马里所面临的许多发展问题都迎刃而解。本文旨在研究自2012年起由恐怖分子和毒贩在马里北部引起的恐慌和危机。中国自建国以来一直是马里重要的合作伙伴之一,在解决这类冲突性问题时,中国从未袖手旁观。中国与马里的友好关系可以追溯至57年前莫迪博·凯塔总统时期与和毛泽东主席建立的友谊。本文将以中国帮助解决马里国内的冲突问题为切入点,考察两国之间友好的双边关系。中国已与其他国际合作伙伴一道,在联合国马里多层面综合稳定团的维和任务中,尤其是应对马里北部的危机方面做出了突出贡献;除此,中国还在马里境内的人员培训、医疗救助、后勤物资等方面做出了积极贡献,尤其在卫生防预、基础设施和工程建设等主要领域给予了马里人民无私援助。

Introduction: Laparos.opic cholecys.ectomy is.the gold s.andard in the treatment of galls.ones.and lithias.s.cholecys.itis. It reduces.pos.-operative complications.es.ecially in s.ckle cell patients. Aim: The aim of this.work was.to compare the res.lts.of laparos.opic cholecys.ectomy in s.ckle cell and non-s.ckle cell patients. Methods. s.xty-s.x patients.including 25 s.ckle cell patients.and 41 non-s.ckle cell patients.were identified from March 2013 to November 2014 (20 months.. The χ2 tes. was.us.d for comparis.ns. Values.of p s.d for a s.atis.ically s.gnificant difference thres.old. Res.lts. The mean age was.25.76 years.for the s.ckle cell group and 45.61 years.for the non-s.ckle cell group (p = 0.00008). There were 14/25 female patients.in the s.ckle cell group and 28/41 in the non-s.ckle cell group. In per op, the diagnos.s.of acute cholecys.itis.was.retained for 4/25 s.ckle cell patients.and for 10/41 non-s.ckle cell patients. Diagnos.s.s.ch as.pyocholecys. (2 cas.s., porcelain ves.cle (2 cas.s., hydrocholecys. (2 cas.s. were found in the group of non-s.ckle cell patients. Operative difficulties.s.ch as.tight perivicular adhes.ons.were encountered 9/25 times.in the s.ckle cell group and 11/41 times.in the non-s.ckle cell group. The average overall operative time was.55 min. There was.no s.atis.ically s.gnificant difference between the different groups.in mean operative time, occurrence of pos.operative complication and average length of hos.ital s.ay. The mortality is.not s.atis.ically different according to the group of patients. Conclus.on: There is.no s.gnificant difference between the cholecys.ectomy performed in s.ckle cell patients.and that performed in non-s.ckle cell patients. The multidis.iplinary perioperative management of s.ckle cell patients.reduces.the ris. of complications.aris.ng from this.pathology.
