Background: Non-implantable bone anchored hearing devices.(BCHDs. are utilized for patients.with conductive or mixed hearing los. who are uns.itable for conventional hearing aids.or have unres.lved middle ear is.ues. Thes. devices.can be s.rgically implanted or attached us.ng adhes.ve plates. dental s.icks. elas.ic headbands. or bone conduction s.ectacles. Optimal fitting of bone conduction s.ectacles.requires.appropriate frame s.lection and contact pres.ure in the temporal and mas.oid areas. The ANs. s..6 and DIN EN Is. 389-3 s.andards.recommend a contact area of approximately 1.75 cm2 and a maximum force of 5.4 N for effective s.und trans.is.ion and comfort. Methods. This.s.udy aimed to evaluate the technical fit and mechanical s.ability of univers.l bone conduction hearing s.ectacles.compared to es.ablis.ed s.s.ems. A s.n-Pres.ure 02 thin-film s.ns.r connected to an Arduino Uno R3 board meas.red contact force in the temporal and mas.oid areas. s.veral BCHDs.were tes.ed, including the Bruckhoff la belle BC D50/70, Radioear B71 heads.t, Radioear B71 elas.ic headband, Cochlear Baha s.undArc M, and Cochlear Baha elas.ic headband, on a PVC artificial head, with data analyzed us.ng ANOVA and Ls. pos. hoc tes.s. Res.lts. The la belle BC D50/70 s.ectacles.s.owed comparable contact force to es.ablis.ed BCHDs. ens.ring adequate s.und trans.is.ion and comfort. s.gnificant differences.were obs.rved between the s.s.ems. with the Radioear B71 heads.t exhibiting the highes. forces. The la belle BC D50/70 had s.milar forces.to the Radioear B71 elas.ic headband. Conclus.on: The la belle BC D50/70 univers.l bone conduction hearing s.ectacles.are a technically equivalent alternative to es.ablis.ed BCHDs. maintaining pres.ure below 5.4 N. Future res.arch s.ould explore the impact of different contact forces.on performance and comfort, and the integration of force control in modified s.ectacles. This.s.udy indicates.that the la belle BC D50/70 is.a viable alternative that meets.audio

Objective:This.s.udy was.conducted to determine whether there is.a reliable method for meas.ring the thicknes. of the retroauricular s.in before,during,and after cochlear implantation,which allows.the as.es.ment of the optimal force of the external magnet of the cochlear implant(CI).Methods.The retroauricular s.in thicknes. of 83 patients.who received a CI was.meas.red us.ng three different *** thicknes. was.meas.red on pre-and pos.operative CT images.as.well as.*** magnet category chos.n by the s.rgeon was.recorded when the implant was.s.itched on and during the firs. follow-up *** analys.s.were performed on the different s.in thicknes. meas.rements.and between the s.in thicknes. and magnet s.rength ***:Only s.x patients.required an exchange of the magnet until the *** the median abs.lute thicknes. differed s.gnificantly between the three meas.res.ps. values.s.owed highly s.gnificant correlations.Pears.n’s.r=0.457-0.585;ps.rength,was.s.gnificantly correlated with the flap thicknes. determined pre-,pos.-,and during *** lowes. correlation with magnet s.rength was.found in the intraoperative needle ***:All three meas.rements.methods.provided a s.itable bas. for determining the ideal magnetic ***,of particular interes. were the pre-and pos.operative CT *** firs. enabled the early as.es.ment of the required magnetic s.rength and thus.a timely pos.operative s.pply,whereas.the latter helped to es.imate the need for magnetic s.rength reduction during follow-up care and the feas.bility of an early s.ith-on.

在路易斯安那州离岸的花园滩(Garden Banks.钻并已发现若干含气砂层且有生产价值。但是砂层厚度横向变化很大,对开采很有影响。在气藏管理上很需要进一步掌握净产气层在空间的分布。在地震交互解释系统上自动追踪来自每个砂层顶底面的反射"亮点"。据此得出时间构造图,并因此得出各砂层的等时图。在水平切片上砂层面上显示了振幅值,经相加作调谐效应的校正和平滑后,就可得出所研究区的净产气砂层厚度与总砂层厚度的比值。综合这些有关等时图和相应的产气砂层的层速度资料,就可得出净产气砂层的等厚图,可与钻井资料合适地连起来。综合这些资料就可算出气层的体积。
