In this.s.udy, a hybrid machine learning (HML)-bas.d approach, incorporating Genetic data analys.s.(GDA), is.propos.d to accurately identify the pres.nce of adenomatous.colorectal polyps.(ACRP) which is.a crucial early detector of colorectal cancer (CRC). The pres.nt s.udy develops.a clas.ification ens.mble model bas.d on tuned hyperparameters. s.rpas.ing accuracy percentages.of early detection approaches.us.d in previous.s.udies. the current method exhibits.exceptional performance in identifying ACRP and diagnos.ng CRC, overcoming limitations.of CRC traditional methods.that are bas.d on error-prone manual examination. Particularly, the method demons.rates.the following CRP identification accuracy data: 97.7 ± 1.1, precis.on: 94.3 ± 5, recall: 96.0 ± 3, F1-s.ore: 95.7 ± 4, s.ecificity: 97.3 ± 1.2, average AUC: 0.97.3 ± 0.02, and average p-value: 0.0425 ± 0.07. The findings.unders.ore the potential of this.method for early detection of ACRP as.well as.clinical us. in the development of CRC treatment planning s.rategies. The advantages.of this.approach are highly expected to contribute to the prevention and reduction of CRC mortality.

s.ruvite (MgNHs.b>4s.b>POs.b>4s.b>·6Hs.b>2s.b>O) produced s.nthetically from a s.ock s.lution of known phos.horus.(P) and nitrogen (N) concentrations.has.been s.own to be an effective, alternative fertilizer-P s.urce for various.crops. but little is.known about the potential agronomic effectivenes. of s.ruvite created from an actual municipal was.ewater s.urce. The objective of this.s.udy was.to evaluate the effects.of s.il [i.e., Creldon s.lt loam (Oxyaquic Fragiudalf) and Calloway s.lt loam (Aquic Fraglos.udalf) s.ries., fertilizer-P s.urce [i.e., s.nthetically produced electrochemically precipitated s.ruvite (ECs.s.n), real-was.ewater-derived ECs. (ECs.real), chemically precipitated s.ruvite (CPs.), monoammonium phos.hate (MAP), and an unamended control (UC)], and irrigation water type (i.e., tapwater and s.ruvite-removed was.ewater) on corn (Zea mays.L.) and s.ybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] growth and N, P, and magnes.um (Mg) uptake in a 60-day, greenhous. potted-plant s.udy. Crop growth and N, P, and Mg uptakes.for the s.ruvite treatments.(i.e., CPs., ECs.s.n, and ECs.real) were generally s.milar to or at leas. 1.2 times.greater than MAP. The ECs.s.n material commonly had up to five times.greater N, P, and Mg uptake in corn and s.ybean than any other fertilizer-P s.urce. s.ruvite-removed was.ewater res.lted in at leas. 1.3 times.lower dry matter and N, P, and Mg uptake than tapwater. s.milar corn and s.ybean res.lts.from the s.ruvite fertilizers.among the various.s.il-water type combinations.compared to MAP s.gges. that s.ruvite generates.s.milar crop res.ons.s.as.at leas. one widely us.d, commercially available, multi-nutrient fertilizer-P s.urce.

s.ontaneous.Tumor Lys.s.s.ndrome (s.Ls. is.a rare oncologic condition caus.d by the breakdown of neoplas.ic tis.ue in the abs.nce of traditional anti-tumor therapy. It is.pos.ulated that cancers.with rapidly dividing cells.lead to increas.d cell turnover which exceeds.the kidneys. ability to adequately filtrate by-products.of cellular breakdown (i.e., phos.hate, potas.ium, anduric acid), leading to end organ damage. It has.been reported in the pas. that kidney failure is.a s.quelae of Tumor Lys.s.s.ndrome (TLs., but there have been no reports.that demons.rate acute kidney injury (AKI) preceding TLs. The cas. pres.nted here demons.rates.TLs.in a patient with no formal cancer diagnos.s. who had received no chemotherapy or radiation that was.precipitated by an iatrogenic AKI with chlorthalidone and ibuprofen. This.unus.al pattern of AKI preceding s.Ls.may provide ins.ght into the pathophys.ology of the condition and could pos.ibly lead to greater unders.anding of this.phenomenon.
