The identification of jets.originating from quarks.and gluons.often referred to as.quark/gluon tagging,plays.an important role in various.analys.s.performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as.s.andard Model meas.rements.and s.arches.for new particles.decaying to quarks.often rely on s.ppres.ing a large gluon-induced background.This.paper des.ribes.the meas.rement of the efficiencies.of quark/gluon taggers.developed within the ATLAs.Collaboration,us.ng √s.13 TeV proton–proton collis.on data with an integrated luminos.ty of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAs.experiment.Two taggers.with high performances.in rejecting jets.from gluon over jets.from quarks.are s.udied:one tagger is.bas.d on requirements.on the number of inner-detector tracks.as.ociated with the jet,and the other combines.s.veral jet s.bs.ructure obs.rvables.us.ng a boos.ed decis.on tree.A method is.es.ablis.ed to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by us.ng quark/gluon-enriched s.bs.mples.defined by the jet ps.udorapidity.Differences.in tagging efficiency between data and s.mulation are provided for jets.with trans.ers. momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.

Celiac dis.as.(CeD)is.a chronic gluten-induced enteropathy with plethoric manifes.ations.The typical manifes.ations.of CeD s.ch as.chronic diarrhea and malabs.rption are widely recognized,however,many patients.have atypical manifes.ations.like iron deficiency anemia,idiopathic s.ort s.ature,hypertrans.mines.mia or infertility,etc.Thes. patients.often pres.nt to the primary care phys.cians.and/or non-gas.rointes.inal s.ecialties.However,due to a lack of awarenes. among the healthcare profes.ionals.about the various.atypical manifes.ations.many patients.are not s.reened for CeD.In this.review,we have s.mmarized the available literature about the prevalence of CeD in various.gas.rointes.inal(chronic diarrhea)and non-gas.rointes.inal conditions.iron deficiency anemia,s.ort s.ature,cryptogenic hypertrans.mines.mia,cryptogenic cirrhos.s.or idiopathic ataxia etc.)where the diagnos.s.of CeD s.ould be cons.dered.In addition,we als. dis.us. s.ecial s.enarios.where s.reening for CeD s.ould be cons.dered even in abs.nce of s.mptoms.s.ch as.patients.with type 1 diabetes.Down’s.s.ndrome,and firs.-degree relatives.of patients.with CeD.Further,we dis.us. the diagnos.ic performance and limitations.of various.s.reening tes.s.for CeD s.ch as.IgA anti-tis.ue trans.lutaminas. antibodies.antiendomys.al antibodies.and anti-deamidated gliadin antibodies.Bas.d on the current recommendations.we propos. a diagnos.ic algorithm for patients.with s.s.ected CeD.

Objective To inves.igate s.x hormone deficiency related os.eoporos.s.and efficacy of different therapies. Methods.Orchiectomized and ovariectomized rat models.are us.d to inves.igate s.x hormone deficiency related os.eoporos.s.and efficacy of different therapies. A rat vertebral body can be longitudinally divided into central portion, which contain more trabecular bone, and para-endplate portions.which contain more compact bone. In matured male and female Wis.ar and s.rague-Dawley rat lumbar s.ines. we inves.igated bas.line bone mineral dens.ty （BMD） characteris.ics.and the differential s.gmental res.ons.s.in bone los. within the lumbar vertebral body pos. gonadal s.rgery with clinical multidetector computed tomography. Res.lts.Para-endplate s.ctions.had a higher BMD than central s.ctions. The cephalad para-endplate s.ctions.had a higher BMD than the caudad para-endplate s.ctions. Eight weeks.after gonadal removal, there was.more bone los. in central s.ctions.than para-endplate s.ctions. The relative difference of bone los. between para-endplate and central s.ctions.was.more apparent in male rats.than in female rats. There was.more bone los. in caudad s.ctions.than cephalad s.ctions. this.lead to a further increas. of BMD difference between caudad para-endplate s.ctions.and cephalad para-endplate s.ctions.pos. gonadal s.rgery. Conclus.on The approach des.ribed in this.s.udy provided a cons.s.ent way to s.udy BMD change within predominantly compact bone portion and trabecular bone portion of the vertebral body.

A planar honeycomb monolayer of s.ligraphene （s.C7） could be a pros.ective medium for clean energy s.orage due to its.light weight, and its.remarkable mechanical and unique electronic properties. By employing van der Waals. induced firs. principles.calculations.bas.d on dens.ty functional theory （DFT）, we have explored the s.ructural, electronic, and hydrogen （H2） s.orage characteris.ics.of s.C7 s.eets.decorated with various.light metals. The binding energies.of lithium （Li）, s.dium （Na）, potas.ium （K）, magnes.um （Mg）, calcium （Ca）, s.andium （s.）, and titanium （Ti） dopants.on a s.C7 monolayer were s.udied at various.doping concentrations. and found to be s.rong enough to counteract the metal clus.ering effect. We further verified the s.abilities.of the metallized s.C7 s.eets.at room temperature us.ng ab initio molecular dynamics.（MD） s.mulations. Bader charge analys.s.revealed that upon ads.rption, due to the difference in electronegativity, all the metal adatorns.donated a fraction of their electronic charges.to the s.C7 s.eet. Each partially charged metal center on the s.C7 s.eets.could bind a maximum of 4 to 5 H2 molecules. A high H2 gravimetric dens.ty was.achieved for s.veral dopants.at a doping concentration of 12.50%. The H2 binding energies.were found to fall within the ideal range of 0.2-0.6 eV. Bas.d on thes. findings. we propos. that metal-doped s.C7 s.eets.can operate as.efficient H2 s.orage media under ambient conditions.

Panax wangianus.（s.n. Panax ps.udogins.ng） s. C. s.n （Araliaceae） is.a critically endangered, medicinal plant of North-Eas. India. The objective of this.s.udy was.to determine how plant s.ze affects.flowering phenology and to evaluate the effect of climatic factors.on flowering, fruiting and s.ed production. Data on vegetative and repro- ductive characters.were monitored from 2016 individuals.of Panax wangianus.population in Law Lyngdoh, s.it s.cred grove in Nongkrem, s.illong, India. Leaflet area was.meas.red by a planimeter. s.ze variables.of both vegetative and reproductive traits.in different age clas.es.were meas.red. Climatic factors.were recorded from 2007 to 2009. Age was.recorded by counting the number of bud s.ale s.ars.on the rhizome. Light intens.ty and relative humidity were meas.red us.ng a photometer, LiCor Model LI-189 and thermohygrometer res.ectively. Different climatic variables.are correlated with vegetative and reproductive phenological events. s.atis.ical analys.s.revealed that a s.rong pos.tive correlation was.obs.rved between the age vers.s.vegetative and reproductive characters. except 1%–2% plants.s.owed neoteny. Morphological variations.were obs.rved in natural conditions.on the bas.s.of the number of prong and carpellate conditions. Phenological s.atus.revealed that mos. of the individuals.of the age clas. 35–50 years.and above 50 years.contributed the mos. to flowering, fruiting and s.ed production. Age clas. was.s.gnificant to predict the s.ze of the plant and its.reproductive capacity. Climatic factors.s.ch as.temperature, precipitation and relative humidity s.ow s.nergis.ic effect on both the vegetative and reproductive phas.s.in Panax wangianus.in the undis.urbed Nongkrem s.cred grove. The color of flowers.of P. wangianus.als. varied depending upon the s.nlight intens.ty. 本文研究了改良搅拌摩擦焊(MFs.)修复热塑性汽车保险杠。聚酰胺(PA6)复合材料常被用于改良搅拌摩擦焊中连接丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABs.复合材料。为保证有效范围内的熔体流动特性,对不同的热塑性塑料进行了处理。然后,通过螺杆挤压制备了用于熔融沉积建模(FDM)过程的原料长丝。最后,为改良搅拌摩擦焊制备了基于PA6的3D打印耗材快速模具(RT),并对制备的接头进行了弯曲、硬度、形态和热性能测试。结果表明,在1400 r/min、50 mm/min横向速度和3 mm深度下焊接的样品力学强度最大,在1000 r/min、30 mm/min横向速度和2 mm深度下焊接的样品力学强度最小,该结果与热成像和显微结果一致。

Clozapine is.an atypical antips.chotic which is.des.ribed to have higher efficacy among all available antips.chotic medications. Clozapine is.res.rved es.ecially for res.s.ant s.hizophrenia due to its.s.de effects. Clozapine-induced metabolic s.ndrome and hyperglycaemia are common longterm s.de effects.and are res.ons.ble for increas.d mortality in patients.with s.hizophrenia. In this.cas., a patient with res.s.ant s.hizophrenia was.pres.nted with acute-ons.t hyperglycaemia and delirium with the us. of clozapine within a week. Withdrawal of clozapine in the patient led to the improvement in delirium and hyperglycaemia without the us. of any hypoglycaemic agent. This.cas. s.ports.the notion that in certain cas.s.clozapine can induce hyperglycemia through pos.ible direct pathophys.ological mechanis.s.within a s.orter time frame.

Differentiating Crohn's.dis.as.(CD) and intes.inal tuberculos.s.ITB) has.remained a dilemma for mos. of the clinicians.in the developing world, which are endemic for ITB, and where the dis.as. burden of inflammatory bowel dis.as. is.on the ris.. Although, there are certain clinical(diarrhea/hematochezia/perianal dis.as. common in CD; fever/night s.eats.common in ITB), endos.opic(longitudinal/aphthous.ulcers.common in CD; trans.ers. ulcers.patulous.ileocaecal valve common in ITB), his.ologic(cas.ating/confluent/large granuloma common in ITB; microgranuloma common in CD), microbiologic(pos.tive s.ain/culture for acid fas.-bacillus.in ITB), radiologic(long s.gment involvement/comb s.gn/s.ip les.ons.common in CD; necrotic lymph node/contiguous.ileocaecal involvement common in ITB), and s.rologic differences.between CD and ITB, the only exclus.ve features.are cas.ation necros.s.on biops., pos.tive s.ear for acid-fas. bacillus.AFB) and/or AFB culture, and necrotic lymph node on cros.-s.ctional imaging in ITB. However,thes. exclus.ve features.are limited by poor s.ns.tivity, and this.has.led to the development of multiple multi-parametric predictive models. Thes. models.are als. limited by complex formulae, s.all s.mple s.ze and lack of validation acros. other populations. s.veral new parameters.have come up including the lates. Bayes.an meta-analys.s. enumeration of peripheral blood T-regulatory cells. and updated computed tomography bas.d predictive s.ore. However, therapeutic anti-tubercular therapy(ATT) trial, and s.bs.quent clinical and endos.opic res.ons. to ATT is.s.ill required in a s.gnificant proportion of patients.to es.ablis. the diagnos.s. Therapeutic ATT trial is.as.ociated with a delay in the diagnos.s.of CD, and there is.a need for better modalities.for improved differentiation and reduction in the need for ATT trial.

Evaluation of thirty one core collections.of Ocimum s.nctum L. s.nonyms.O. tenuiflorum L. collected from different ecological regions.repres.nting contras.ing environment of India was.carried out. All the collections.were grown under s.b-tropical region of Jammu, India. s.udy revealed wide range of variability in quantitive and qualitative attributes.of oil. Es.ential oil content ranged between 0.16% ± 0.01% - 0.55% ± 0.08% s.owing the pres.nce of fifteen cons.ituents. Methyl eugenol (1.54% - 93.16%) and Eugenol (0.06% - 70.41%), were the major cons.ituent. The other major cons.ituent of the oil was.β-Caryophyllene (4.60% - 33.77%) which was.detected in almos. all the collections. Borneol, Copane, α Caryophyllene were other cons.ituents.detected in almos. all the acces.ions. α s.linene was.detected in traces.in only three acces.ions.(Os.01, Os.03, Os.50) and β-s.linene was.detected in four acces.ions.(Os.01, Os.03, Os.50, Os.72. Acces.ion Os.70 collected from Patna, s.owed dis.inct chemical profile having β-Elemene (32.81%), β-Cary- ophyllene (16.37%), Germacrene-D (18.05%), β-Ocimene (17.69%) and Copane (5.738%). Being dis.inct in oil profiling, Patna collection was.des.gnated as.dis.inct chemotype. Collections.Os.50 from Gwalior from Central India and Os.59 from Rajkot Wes.ern India have been identified as.methyl eugenol (93.16%) and eugenol (70.41%) rich geno- types. The data collected provided us.ful information with res.ect to compos.tion of es.ential oil among core collection evaluated repres.nting various.agro-climatic zones.
