BACKGROUND Radiotherapy stands as a promising therapeutic modality for colorectal cancer(CRC);yet,the formidable challenge posed by radio-resistance significantly undermines its efficacy in achieving CRC *** To elucidate the role played by microRNA-298(miR-298)in CRC *** To establish a radio-resistant CRC cell line,HT-29 cells underwent exposure to 5 gray ionizing radiation that was followed by a 7-d recovery *** quantification of miR-298 levels within CRC cells was conducted through quantitative RT-PCR,and protein expression determination was realized through Western *** viability was assessed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay and proliferation by clonogenic ***-induced apoptosis was discerned through flow cytometry *** We observed a marked upregulation of miR-298 in radio-resistant CRC ***-298 emerged as a key determinant of cell survival following radiation exposure,as its overexpression led to a notable reduction in radiation-induced ***,miR-298 expression exhibited a strong correlation with CRC cell *** investigation unveiled human dual-specificity tyrosine(Y)-regulated kinase 1A(DYRK1A)as miR-298’s direct *** Taken together,our findings underline the role played by miR-298 in bolstering radio-resistance in CRC cells by means of DYRK1A downregulation,thereby positioning miR-298 as a promising candidate for mitigating radioresistance in CRC.

脉翅目螳蛉科昆虫化石记录较为丰富,在中生代以绝灭亚科Mesomantispinae和Doratomantispinae的属种最多,其中中螳蛉亚科Mesomantispinae分布时代更早,集中于中侏罗世至早白垩世.本文记述了采集自我国辽宁省北票市黄半吉沟下白垩统义县组地层的螳蛉科中螳蛉亚科一新属新种,孙氏逸仙蛉Yatsenia suni gen. et sp. nov.该新属种与同亚科其他属在前翅脉序和翅斑上具显著差异,包括sc与R1融合于近翅中部, CuP双分叉, 1A栉状分叉等特征,揭示了白垩纪螳蛉更为丰富的形态与物种多样性.

Gut microbiota and circulating metabolite dysbiosis predate important pathological changes in glucose metabolic disorders;however,comprehensive studies on impaired glucose tolerance(IGT),a diabetes mellitus(DM)precursor,are ***,we perform metagenomic sequencing and metabolomics on 47 pairs of individuals with IGT and newly diagnosed DM and 46 controls with normal glucose tolerance(NGT);patients with IGT are followed up after 4 years for progression to *** of baseline data reveals significant differences in gut microbiota and serum metabolites among the IGT,DM,and NGT *** addition,13 types of gut microbiota and 17 types of circulating metabolites showed significant differences at baseline before IGT progressed to DM,including higher levels of eggerthella unclassified,Coprobacillus unclassified,Clostridium ramosum,L-valine,L-norleucine,and L-isoleucine,and lower levels of eubacterium eligens,Bacteroides faecis,Lachnospiraceae bacterium 3_1_46FAA,Alistipes senegalensis,Megaspaera elsdenii,Clostridium perfringens,α-linolenic acid,10e,12Z-octadecadienoic acid,and dodecanoic acid.A random forest model based on differential intestinal microbiota and circulating metabolites can predict the progression from IGT to DM(AUC=0.87).These results suggest that microbiome and metabolome dysbiosis occur in individuals with IGT and have important predictive values and potential for intervention in preventing IGT from progressing to DM.

Ti-based catalysts are known to improve the hydrogen storage performance of NaAlH4by facilitating the dissociation/recombination of H-H and Al-H *** catalytic activity of metallic Ti species strongly depends on its particle size and *** clusters and even single atoms are therefore highly desirable,but their controllable fabrication has been highly *** rein,we demonstrate a novel facile sonochemical synthesis of a Ti-O clusters featuring single Ti atom catalyst at room *** reducing TiCl_(4)by MgBu_(2)with ultrasound instead of heating as driving force,numerous single Ti atoms coupled with Ti-O clusters with Ti loading on graphene(Ti_(1)/Ti-O@G)up to 22.6 wt%have been successfully *** prepared Ti_(1)/Ti-O@G contributes high reactivity and superior catalytic activity,therefore enabling full dehydrogenation of NaAlH_(4)at 80℃in thermogravimetric mode and re-hydrogenation at 30℃and 10 MPa with 4.9 wt% H_(2).This fact indicates for the first time that single Ti atom catalyst with high loading is highly effective in catalyzing hydrogen cycling of NaAlH4at remarkably reduced temperatures.

The global physical and biogeochemical environment has been substantially altered in response to increased atmospheric greenhouse gases from human *** 2023,the sea surface temperature(ssT)and upper 2000 m ocean heat content(OHC)reached record *** 0–2000 m OHC in 2023 exceeded that of 2022 by 15±10 ZJ(1 Zetta Joules=1021 Joules)(updated IAP/CAs data);9±5 ZJ(NCeI/NOAA data).The Tropical Atlantic Ocean,the Mediterranean sea,and southern oceans recorded their highest OHC observed since the *** with the onset of a strong el Niño,the global ssT reached its record high in 2023 with an annual mean of~0.23℃ higher than 2022 and an astounding>0.3℃ above 2022 values for the second half of *** density stratification and spatial temperature inhomogeneity indexes reached their highest values in 2023.

高熵碳酸盐固溶体因其鲜艳的色彩可被应用于颜料领域,同时其较高的近红外反射率也有用作隔热材料的潜能。本实验采用水热法,通过改变单一组元Cu、Fe和Mn,保持其他4组元为MgCoNiZn不变,制备出3种五元等摩尔高熵碳酸盐固溶体。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、紫外–可见–近红外分光光度计、CIe 1976 L*a*b*色度坐标、Kubelka-Munk函数分析等对所合成的陶瓷粉体的晶体结构、颜色性能、反射性能等进行表征。结果表明,3种五元素组合均形成了单相高熵碳酸盐,且随着Cu^(2+)、Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)半径逐渐增大,晶格常数相应增大。通过组元的改变可以调节高熵碳酸盐的颜色,第5组元为Fe^(2+)时呈橙红色,Cu^(2+)时呈灰绿色,Mn^(2+)时呈浅紫色,相应的禁带宽度值也逐渐增大,吸收边缘相应的发生蓝移。此外还测得3种样品在780~2 500 nm波段具有不同的近红外反射率,最高可达78.64%,有望在高反射隔热材料领域进行应用开发。

不同方式急性运动对超重个体食物抑制功能的影响——来自行为和eRP的证据

目的:探讨急性高强度间歇运动(high-intensity interval exercise,HIIe)和持续中等强度有氧运动(continuous moderate-intensity aerobic exercise,CMIAe)对超重个体食物抑制功能的影响。方法:采取被试内设计,以超重个体(n=28)为研究对象,选取与食物相关的刺激材料,通过行为测量和事件相关电位技术探讨急性HIIe和CMIAe对超重个体食物Go/NoGo反应时和正确率以及脑神经活动N2、P3波幅的影响。结果:1)2种运动干预后被试完成食物Go/NoGo任务中Go试次的反应时显著更短(P0.05)。结论:1)超重个体对食物类刺激存在早期的注意偏向;2)急性HIIe和CMIAe可降低超重个体对高热量食物注意资源的分配;3)急性HIIe对于提升超重个体的食物抑制能力可能是一种更为省时有效的运动方案。

Perleididae is a group of stem neopterygian fishes known only from the ***,we report the discovery of a new perleidid,Teffichthys wui ***.,based on six well-preserved specimens from the late smithian(Olenekian,early Triassic)marine deposits of Jurong,Jiangsu and Chaohu,Anhui,*** new discovery documents the third and youngest species of Teffichthys,which is slightly younger than the Dienerian(Induan)*** from Guizhou and the early smithian *** from *** new species shows diagnostic features of Teffichthys(presence of a spiracular,38-41 lateral line scales,and no more than three epaxial rays in the caudal fin)but differs from *** and *** in some autapomorphies(e.g.,a horizontal opercle/subopercle contact and smooth scales with a nearly straight posterior margin).The diagnostic features for the genus Teffichthys and the family Perleididae are emended based on detailed comparisons of the new taxon with other *** phylogenetic relationships of perleidids with other stem neopterygians are discussed using a cladistic approach,and the results provide new insights into the phylogeny and classification of main stem neopterygian clades.

绿色债券是绿色金融体系的重要支柱,是一种直接的绿色融资方式。企业发行绿色债券后是否会促进企业向着可持续发展方式发展值得研究。文章分析企业发行绿色债券后对esG表现的影响,与我国中国式现代化、高质量发展的要求相契合,也利于我国绿色金融体系的有效构建。文章选取2016—2021年中国A股市场发行绿色债券的上市公司和发行普通债券未发行绿色债券的上市公司为研究对象,经倾向性得分匹配后研究发现,与发行普通债券的企业相比,发行绿色债券的企业有更好的esG表现,通过一系列稳健性检验后结论依然成立。进一步地,发行绿色债券主要通过缓解企业融资约束、降低企业代理成本实现对esG表现的提升。在国有企业、非重污染企业和“双碳”目标提出后,结论更显著。另外,发行绿色债券对esG表现的促进作用主要集中在对“e”和“s”的影响,对“G”的影响仅存在于制度建设。
