Inhibition of protein kinases by anticancer DNA intercalator, 4-butylaminopyrimido[4',5':4,5]thieno(2,3-b)quinoline

Targeting protein kinases(PKs) has been a promising strategy in treating cancer, as PKs are key regulators of cell survival and proliferation. Here in this study, we studied the ability of pyrimido[4',5':4,5]thieno(2,3-b)quinolines(PTQ) to inhibit different PKs by performing computational docking and in vitro screening. Docking studies revealed that 4-butylaminopyrimido[4',5':4,5]thieno(2,3-b)quinoline(BPTQ) has a higher order of interaction with the kinase receptors than other PTQ *** vitro screening confirms that BPTQ inhibits VEGFR1 and CHK2, with the IC_(50) values of 0.54 and1.70 mmol/L, respectively. Further, cytotoxicity of BPTQ was measured by trypan blue assay. Treatment with BPTQ decreased the proliferation of HL-60 cells with an IC_(50) value of 12 mmol/L and induces apoptosis, as explicated by the fall in the mitochondrial membrane potential, annexin V labeling and increased expression of caspase-3. Taken together, these data suggest that BPTQ possess ability to inhibit PKs and to induce cell death in human promyelocytic leukemia cells.

A variety of alkyl-arenes and cyclohexane were converted to the corresponding ketones with NaC10 as the oxidant in the presence of 1-glycyl-3-methyl imidazolium chloride--copper（II） complex. This method contains simplified product isolation and catalyst recycling, affording benzylic C-H oxidation of alkyl-arenes imparting high yield of ketones. Furthermore, complex could be reused seven times without a significant loss of its catalytic activity.

Laboratory generated spent bleached liquor from the chlorination, caustic extraction stage of mixed wood kraft pulp processing has been analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively for various resin & fatty acids by using GC. A number of resin acids, saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, chloro fatty and resin acid have been detected and their concentrations are estimated. The results are compared with results on different agriculture residue/hardwood pulps, which were reported earlier. The concentrations of various compounds detected have also been compared with their reported LC50 values.

Cloud computing becomes an important application development platform for processing user data with high *** providers are accustomed to providing storage centers outside the trusted location preferred by the data ***,ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data while processing in the centralized network is very *** secured key transmission between the sender and the receiver in the network is a huge challenge in managing most of the sensitive data transmission among the cloud *** are very active over the network like real authenticated user to hack the personal sensitive data,such as bank balance,health data,personal data,and confidential documents over the cloud *** this research,a secured key agreement between the sender and the receiver using Kerberos authentication protocol with fingerprint is proposed to ensure security in *** of patients are monitored using wireless sensor devices and are then transferred to the *** protocol helps in avoiding unnecessary communication of authenticated data over the cloud *** security process is a procedure with the best security in most of the authentication *** node is responsible in carrying data packets from the sender to the receiver in the cloud *** Kerberos protocol is used in trust node to ensure *** communication between the local health center and the healthcare server is ensured by using a fingerprint feature called minutiae form,which refers to the fingerprint image of both sender and *** computational and communicational cost of the proposed system is lesser when compared with other existing authentication methods.

A review and updated checklist of Corynespora(Dematiaceous hyphomycetes)diversity and distribution reported from all over the world is prepared and presented over here based on available bibliographic survey upon published *** critical review and verification,a total of 207 taxonomic records of Corynespora has been found in Index Fungorum,among them 179 spp.(86.47%)have been found as nomenclaurally valid/accepted taxa,while 14 spp.(6.76%)found to be transferred to other different taxa,11 spp.(5.31%)synonymously transferred to other Corynespora taxa,and 3 spp.(1.44%)found as invalid *** all word-wide recorded Corynespora species,114 spp.(55.07%)have been found as foliicolous,90 spp.(43.47%)as lignicolous,2 spp.(0.96%)as lichenicolous,and 1 sp.(0.48%)from the ***,184 spp.(88.88%)have been reported on Angiosperms,1 sp.(0.48%)on Gymnosperms,22 spp.(10.62%)recorded on unidentified plant parts/taxa,whereas no one species recorded on Bryophytes and ***,166 spp.(80.19%)have been recorded on 54 families of Dicot,18 spp.(8.69%)on 6 families of monocot,1 sp.(0.48%)on 1 family of Gymnosperm,and 22 spp.(10.62%)on unidentified plant parts/***,the distribution of Corynespora *** been recorded from 34 countries,in which the species richness recorded maximum in India(80 spp.,38.64%)followed by China(31 spp.,14.97%),UsA(11 spp.,5.31%),and other ***,distinguishing features of valid Corynespora *** also provided along with their hosts/substrate,host’s family,distribution(country),and *** paper provides an updated checklist of Corynespora *** from all over the world with their current status in the context of current *** order to get all collected scientific information at one shop for further scientific study on exploration of Corynespora,this compiled up-to-date checklist with their comparative morphology would be vital and helpful to the researchers of concern fields as well a

Ballistic behaviour of different zones of post-weld heat-treated(PWHT)magnesium alloy(AZ31B)target against 7.62 mm×39 mm armour-piercing(AP)projectile with a striking velocity of(430±20)m/s was *** alloy(AZ31B)welded joints were prepared by using friction stir welding(FsW)process and subjected to different heat treatment *** microhardness values of non-heat-treated and heat-treated FsW joints were *** results indicated that PWHT process(250°C,1 h)has improved the microhardness of heat-treated FsW *** electron microscope(sEM)microstructure showed that heat treatment has caused the formation of fineα-Mg grains and tiny precipitates and made the dissolution ofβ-Mg17Al12 phase into the Mg *** ballistic behaviour of PWHT zones was estimated by measuring the depth of penetration(DOP)of the *** DOP value was observed for the base metal zone(BMZ)of a heat-treated welded *** ballistic sEM examinations on the cross-section of all three zones of crater region showed the formation of adiabatic shear band(AsB).

We study the time varying co-movement patterns of the crypto-currency prices with the help of wavelet-based methods;employing daily bilateral exchange rate of four major crypto-currencies namely Bitcoin,Ethereum,Lite and ***,we identify Bitcoin as potential market leader using Wavelet multiple correlation and Cross ***,Wavelet Local Multiple Correlation for the given cryptocurrency prices are estimated across different *** the results,it is found that that the correlation follows an aperiodic cyclical nature,and the crypto-currency prices are driven by Bitcoin price *** on the results obtained,we suggest that constructing a portfolio based on crypto-currencies may be risky at this point of time as the other crypto-currency prices are mainly driven by Bitcoin prices,and any shocks in the latter is immediately transformed to the former.

surface radioactive survey has been carried with portable gamma ray spectrometer(PGRs) about the 45 km2 around the srisailam sub basin,the surface radioactive anomalies were found at Chennakesavula gutta in the srisailam sub basin of Cuddapah basin in the age of meso-neo proterozoic,*** integrated geochemical and radiometric surveys were conducted as part of research work in the srisailam basin,it has resulted the locating of surface radioactive anomalies near the Chennakesavula *** uranium minerals are observed along with the fracture planes in the Archean basement granite in the proximity of unconformity contact of srisailam *** granite underlies the srisailam formation and forms the source for possible unconformity related uranium mineralisation in the srisailam sub-basin evidence by the significant radioactive *** radioactivity recorded by PGRs reflected uraniferous nature of the radioactivity(Average total counts =195 ppm;U = 202 ppm;Th =22ppm;%K = 4.1,n = 15).
