Exploring the Retailer＇s Relational Satisfaction in a Non-western Context： Evidence From the Tunisian Post 2011 ＇s RevolutionSetting

The current research aims to find out whether the model of the retailer＇s relational satisfaction, developed in a western setting is relevant in a different economic and cultural field of investigation： the Tunisian post 2011 revolution＇s emerging context, and in a different industry： the retail industry. It explores the distinctive economic and cultural features that affect the retailer＇s relational satisfaction with its consumer goods manufacturers. The study employs a survey based on a face-to-face administered questionnaire. Two hundred and thirty four responses from a survey with Tunisian retailers as well as international retailers operating in Tunisia were obtained. All constructs are measured using five-point Likert type scales （1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree）. Analyses are conducted using exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. The results support the original model with however some differences derived from the Tunisian economic setting as a whole, the characteristics of the Tunisian consumer goods industry as well as the clan characteristic feature of the Tunisian collectivistic culture. Thus, the amount of discounts obtained, does no longer contribute to the retailer＇s economic satisfaction. Moreover, when it comes to social satisfaction, the respondents get uncomfortable, even to deal with a potential negative interaction with their suppliers. For retail companies involved in internationalization in the Maghreb Region, and especially in Tunisia, it seems that other competitive advantages than prices are to be developed, such as the development of private label or other services that create positive perceived value for the Tunisian customer. From a cultural standpoint, western managers have rather to go away from a formalized channel relationship management, while taking into account the importance of interpersonal influence. Within the consistent daily rhythm of human life,intervertebral discs endure a variety of complex loads beyond the influences of gravity and muscle forces,leading to significant morphological changes(in terms of volume,area,and height)as well as biomechanical alterations,including an increase in disc stiffness and a decrease in intradiscal ***,the discs demonstrate an ability to regain their original morphological and biomechanical characteristics after a period of nocturnal *** preservation of normal disc function is critically dependent on this recovery phase,which serves to forestall premature disc *** phenomenon of disc recovery has been extensively documented through numerous in vivo studies employing advanced clinical techniques such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI),stadiometry,and intradiscal pressure ***,the findings from in vitro studies present a more complex picture,with reports varying between full recovery and only partial recuperation of the disc ***,research focusing on degenerated discs in vitro has shed light on the quantifiable impact of degeneration on the disc ability to *** dynamics within the disc are considered a primary factor in recovery,yet the disc intricate multiscale structure and its viscoelastic properties also play key *** elements interact in complex ways to influence the recovery mechanism,particularly in relation to the overall health of the *** objective of this review is to collate,analyze,and critically evaluate the existing body of in vivo and in vitro research on this topic,providing a comprehensive understanding of disc recovery *** understanding offers a blueprint for future advancements in medical treatments and bionic engineering solutions designed to mimic,support,and enhance the natural recovery processes of intervertebral discs.

Effective feedback is an essential part of completing and succeeding in *** is a significant aid to the training of professionals and is increasingly becoming an integral part of any *** purpose of this document is to describe the characteristics of good *** pedagogical concept of feedback requires it to be non-judgmental and as neutral as *** is“specific information that compares the learner’s observed performance to a given standard to improve their future performance”.Understanding the difference between summative evaluation and feedback is *** evaluation is based on judgment and a final decision of success or failure,feedback is a positive and constructive action *** feedback,the learner will understand if they have achieved their learning goals and how they can achieve *** role of the teacher is to provide explicit and meaningful information,identify specific areas for improvement,and provide appropriate strategies to achieve this,focusing on the learner’s performance and not on the *** six characteristics of feedback include source,connotation,focus level,number of feedback,timing,and *** key points of a successful feedback session depend on three main areas:structure,format,and ***,the use of feedback is essential to the learner autonomy and has a major impact on their learning,behaviors,and *** stated,constructive and regular feedback leads changes that are perceived as positive and,in addition,increases the level of engagement of individuals in the *** curriculum should include systematic feedback for every learning session.

Experimental evidence of magnetic training effect of electronic phase in Nd-Ca half-doped manganite

Cooling and heating modes are shown to be able to significantly modify the magnetic and electrical properties of the half-doped perovskite *** present paper reports on a precise investigation of this phenomenon(the so-called training effect) carried out on Nd0.5Ca0.5MnO3 manganite,which allow a fine tuning of the magnetic ground *** of the X-ray diffraction pattern shows that the synthesized sample is single phase and crystallizes in the orthorhombic structure with Pnma space *** magnetometry measurements,we have found that the sample is the seat of interesting phenomena like charge ordering,magnetic phase separation,spin-glass and inverse magnetocaloric ***-field-driven magnetization(M(μ0 H)) measurements evidence the metamagnetic transition which not only depends on field value,but also on the thermal process(cooling or heating).Metamagnetic irreversibility in the magnetic field range(±5 T) and memory effect are observed at low temperatures due to the kinetic arrest *** is worthwhile to mention that the coercive field increases with decreasing temperature and reaches 955 Oe at 20 K,which is sufficiently large compared with that one in the soft magnetic and makes the material quite interesting for spintronic *** electrical resistivity in a zero field was measured on both cooling and warming modes,and the data obtained were fitted by using different theoretical *** low temperatures,the resistivity shows the presence of insulator-metal transition and is found to be in conformity with the magnetization data.A magnetic training effect due to the thermo-magnetic history dependent behavior is observed,where the resistivity is consistently irreversible.

The importance of this study lies in the in-depth exploration of the ecological diversity of otoliths in Elopes lacerta, based on the analysis of data from 260 individuals collected from various sites, including the Porto Novo lagoon, the Cotonou lagoon, Lake Nokou, and the Atlantic coast in southern Benin. The results highlight significant variations in otolith morphology, establishing relevant links with the biological parameters of the fish at each site. Exploration of the asymmetry between the right and left sides reveals notable distinctions between these two aspects. Analysis of otolith shape thus emerges as a valuable tool for discriminating between stocks and providing a better understanding of ecological variations. The local diversity observed highlights the crucial importance of implementing adaptive management strategies to ensure effective conservation of the species and its habitat.

Exact solution of the one-dimensional Klein-Gordon equation with scalar and vector linear potentials in the presence of a minimal length

Using the momentum space representation, we solve the Klein--Gordon equation in one spatial dimension for the case of mixed scalar and vector linear potentials in the context of deformed quantum mechanics characterized by a finite minimal uncertainty in position. The expressions of bound state energies and the associated wave functions are exactly obtained.

Optimization of continuous electrocoagulation-adsorption combined process for the treatment of a textile effluent

The aims of this study is to design and optimize the functioning of a full continuous combined process based on electrocoagulaion-adsorption on crude Tunisian clay to treat a real textile *** clay characterization shows that the used clay is a rich-smectite *** response surface methodology(RSM)technique based on Box-Behnken design(BBD)was used to optimize the *** optimum conditions which are initial pH solution of 8.24,effluent flow rate of 0.5 L·min^(-1),voltage of 70 V,and added suspension of clay flow rate of 100 ml·min^(-1) the achieved color,chemical oxygen demand(COD)and total suspended solid(TSS)removal efficiencies were respectively 96.87%,89.77%and 84.46%with0.75 USD·m^(-3) as total *** additional laboratory experiments at optimum conditions agree with the predicted results,which confirm the accuracy and the capability of RSM to predict results in the defined *** the designed process could be a good eco-friendly alternative to treat and reuse wastewater in industrial process with reasonable cost.

Optimization and mechanisms analysis of indigo dye removal using continuous electrocoagulation

Electrocoagulation(EC) is among the most effective techniques that remove color and decontaminate *** are delivered in situ by anode *** this research,indigo dye removal using iron electrodes in continuous electrocoagulation process and the responsible species for decolorization were *** Response Surface Methodology(RSM) was used to optimize the process *** finding in this study shows that at fixed conductivity at 15,000 μS·cm^(-1) the neutral conditions(pH from 6 to 8),the low absorbance,the low flow rate and the high voltage level enhance the color removal *** high R~2 value of 97.8% and ANOVA analyses show a good correlation between the experimental and predicted *** the optimum conditions,which are pH of 7.5, solution concentration of 60 mg·L^(-1), inlet flow rate of 2 L·min^(-1) and voltage of 47 V, the predicted decolorization of 94.083% was achieved at 93.972% with a total cost of 0.0927 USD·m^(-3) of treated *** the optimum pH(7.5),the zeta potential value(-4 mV) of the effluent during EC match with the one of iron Ⅲ *** dye removal is ensured thanks to physical adsorption and *** results exposed in this work prove that the continuous electrocoagulation process could be successfully used for indigo dye removal at industrial scale.
