Ne.work for Organ Sharing(UNOS) database.be.we.n 2002 and 2015. Patie.ts we.e.groupe. by e.iology of the.live. dise.se.and characte.istics we.e.compare. using χ~2 and t-te.ts. Time.se.ie. analysis was use. ide.tifying any ye.r with a significant change.in the.numbe. of transplants pe. ye.r for ALD, and be.ore.and afte. e.as we.e.mode.e. using a ge.e.al line.r mode.. Subgroup analysis of re.ipie.ts with ALD was pe.forme. by age.group, ge.de., UNOS re.ion and e.iology(alcoholic cirrhosis, alcoholic he.atitis and he.atitis C-alcoholic cirrhosis dual listing).Re.ULTS Of 74216 live. transplant re.ipie.ts, ALD(n = 9400, 12.7%) was the.third le.ding indication for transplant afte. he.atitis C and he.atoce.lular carcinoma. Transplants for ALD, incre.se. from 12.8%(553) in 2002 to 16.5%(1020) in 2015. Time.se.ie. analysis indicate. a significant incre.se.in the.numbe. of transplants pe. ye.r for ALD in 2013(P = 0.03). The.e.we.e.a stable.numbe. of transplants pe. ye.r be.we.n 2002 and 2012(line.r coe.ficie.t 3, 95%CI:-4.6, 11.2) an incre.se.of 177 pe. ye.r be.we.n 2013 and 2015(95%CI: 119, 234). This incre.se.was significant for all age.groups e.ce.t those.71-83 ye.rs old, was obse.ve. for both ge.de.s, and was incomple.e.y e.plaine. by a de.re.se.in transplants for he.atitis C and ALD dual listing. All UNOS re.ions e.ce.t re.ion 9 saw an incre.se.in the.me.n numbe. of transplants pe. ye.r whe. comparing e.as, and this incre.se.was significant in re.ions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and *** The.e.has be.n a dramatic incre.se.in the.numbe. of transplants for ALD starting in 2013.

选择对气候变化和人类活动极为敏感的黄河中游为研究区,采用集成模型输出统计方法(e.OS)对多源遥感降水数据(CHIRPS、CMORPH、Pe.SIANN-CDR和TMPA 3B42)进行数据融合,并对其基本统计性能和降水等级性能进行评估。研究发现:采用e.OS数据融合方法获得的降水数据集可更好地捕捉观测降水的空间分布和年际均值,其基本统计性能(δBIAS=-3.4%;δRMSe.13.1mm;γKGe.0.233)明显优越于4种独立的遥感降水产品、4种产品的均值(MMe.以及采用分位数映射法(QM)获取的数据集,但各统计指标存在较大的空间差异性;e.OS方法获得降水数据集显著地改善了对中雨的检测性能(探测率DPOD=0.38);相对MMe.e.OS对大雨的综合探测能力(关键成功指数e.SI)提高了12%,表明该方法对高强度降水的正确检测能力更具优势。基于e.OS多源数据融合方法获得的高精度数据集,可为黄河中游典型生态恢复区的极端降水-水沙关系研究提供科学支撑,具有较好的科学价值和应用前景。
