An artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)with lithiophilic sites and chemical bonds anchoring lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)has been developed as a potential solution to protect the lithium(Li)metal anode of Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)*** strategy aims to guide consistent Li deposition and relieve lithium ***,the evolution process of lithiophilic sites based on aluminum fluoride(AlF_(3))in an artificial SEI is disclosed in Li-S batteries with metal-based lithiophilic *** polyester polymer(PMMA and PPC)/AlF_(3) artificial SEI(MPAF-SEI)was homogeneously anchored on Li anode by in-situ *** conversion of AlF_(3) into Li-Al and LiF lithiophilic sites effectively reduce the Li nucleation overpotential and prevents the formation of Li *** the same time,the polymer can anchor LiPSs by chemical bonds and prevents Li *** optimized MPAF-SEI protected Li demonstrates excellent stability for over 3000 h at a capacity of 1 mAh cm^(-2) in Li||Li symmetric *** Li-S battery with low N/P(4)exhibits a capacity of 532.6 mAh g^(-1) over 300 cycles lifespan at 0.5 C.

The occurrence of the Wenchuan earthquake caused the degradation of regional ecosystems,including vegetation ***,the post-seismic vegetation recovery and its driving forces on the spatial-temporal scale are still vague,especially in the severely damaged areas(including Wenchuan,Beichuan,Mianzhu,Shifang,Qingchuan,Maoxian,Anzhou,Dujiangyan,Pingwu and Pengzhou).Here,we detected vegetation recovery in the severely damaged areas by using Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(EEMD)to analyze the time series characteristics of the Enhanced Vegetation Index(EVI),and explored the driving effects of climate,land use types,nighttime light,water system,slope,and clay content on vegetation recovery based on Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression(GTWR)*** results indicated that the post-seismic vegetation recovery rate increased rapidly(acceleration>0)but slowed down after *** the areas of best vegetation recovery(EVI increments>0.1)were distributed in the north of the study area,the Minjiang River Basin,and front fault and central fault of the Longmenshan Fault *** the areas with the worst vegetation recovery(EVI increments0),but the impacts weakened after the earthquake,possibly due to the increase of secondary disasters induced by precipitation and the rise in maximum *** impact of cultivated land on vegetation recovery was mostly positive(regression coefficients>0),which may be related to the implementation of the Grain for Green *** nighttime light inhibited vegetation recovery(regression coefficients<0),which could be closely associated with *** results indicated that more attention should be paid to the nonlinear variatio

A new roller compacted concrete dam of Fengman Hydropower Station is to be built in the toe of the old dam,which was identified as a dangerous *** new dam during construction would be influenced by the high-speed flow discharged from the old dam,which is an important problem to be considered for the first time in China,and which would affect the construction of the whole ***,a series of erosion experiments were conducted in this article.A high-speed flow erosion test apparatus was developed for the erosion experiments of the new dam *** maximum jet velocity goes up to 40 m/s and the section area of the nozzle is 0.0025 *** the process of experiments,the equipment shows a good *** wear tests for two types of materials used in the new dam,a roller compacted concrete and a distorted concrete with four kinds of ages were carried out with the flow velocity in the range of 30 m/s-35 m/*** parameters and erosion laws for the two types of concretes with different ages were determined,and a general relationship between the erosion rate and the flow velocity is obtained as：,with the velocity exponent between 3.33 and *** is concluded that the erosion resistance of the distorted concrete is better than that of the roller compacted concrete and the mechanical properties of the concretes of over 14 d age are influenced slightly by the water *** test results might serve as a practical technique guide for the safety of this project during its construction in the flood season.

The present study was designed to evaluate the protective effects of Reduning injection against Enterovirus 71(EV71) in Vero cells and in mice. The Vero cells were infected with 100 and 50 TCID50(50% tissue culture infective dose) of EV71, respectively. The inhibition of Reduning injection on cytopathic effect(CPE) was detected. Meanwhile, a mouse model produced by intraperitoneal EV71-infection(106 TCID50), was used to investigate the protective effects of Reduning injection. The total survival rate, living time, daily survival rate, weight ratio, and score for symptoms were examined. The viral loads in Vero cells and muscle tissues were detected using real-time PCR. Finally, the content of cytokines was analyzed by ELISA. In the Vero cells, 2.5 mg crude drug·m L-1 of Reduning injection inhibited CPE induced by EV71 infection. In the mice, 1.3 g crude drug·kg-1 of Reduning injection rescued death triggered by infection, in comparison with model group. Moreover, the survival rate, weight ratio, and clinical scores were also improved. The viral RNA copies in the Vero cells and the mice muscle tissues were reduced. Besides, the steep EV71-induced accumulations of TNF-α and MCP-1 were decreased by Reduning injection. In conclusion, Reduning injection showed promising protective effects against EV71 in Vero cells and in mice.

In order to prepare monolayer brazed superabrasive wheels, the polycrystalline cubic boron nitride（PCBN）grains were brazed to AISI 1045 steel matrix with Ag–Cu–Ti filler alloy using the high-frequency induction heating technique. The compressive strengths of brazed grains were measured. Morphology, chemical composition and phase component of the brazing resultant around PCBN grain were also characterized. The results show that the maximum compressive strength of brazed grains is obtained in the case of brazing temperature of 965 °C, which does not decrease the original grain strength. Strong joining between Ag–Cu–Ti alloy and PCBN grains is dependent on the brazing resultants,such as TiB_2, TiN and AlTi_3, the formation mechanism of which is also discussed. Under the given experimental conditions, the optimum heating parameters were determined to be current magnitude of 24 A and scanning speed of0.5 mm/s. Finally, the brazing-induced residual tensile stress, which has a great influence on the grain fracture behavior in grinding, was determined through finite element analysis.

To explore the nest survival rate of Reeves＇ s pheasant（Syrmaticus reevesii） and the nest-site factors that affect it, we conducted artificial nest experiments with reference to natural nests at Dongzhai National Nature Reserve（DNNR）, Henan Province and Pingjingguan, Hubei Province from April to June 2014 simulating the situation in its early and later breeding season. We also determined distance characteristics of the nest sites by Arc GIS 10.0. Nest survival models were constructed in Program MARK for data analysis. Results indicated that in the early breeding season, the apparent survival rate（ASR） in DNNR（52.4%） was significantly greater than that in Pingjingguan（13.5%）, and the ASR in the later breeding season in DNNR（26.7%） was not indistinctively correlated with Pingjingguan（3.2%）. The daily survival rate（DSR） in the later breeding season was 93.8% in DNNR and 92.0% in Pingjingguan, respectively. The DSRs were both negatively correlated with nest distance to forest edges and settlements. The DSR in Pingjingguan was positively correlated with nest distance to paths and negatively correlated with nest distance to water sources. However, the DSR in DNNR was negatively correlated with nest distance to paths but positively correlated with nest distance to water sources.

To investigate the clinical and computed tomography(CT)features of desmoplastic small round cell tumor(DSRCT),we retrospectively analyzed the clinical presentations,treatment and outcome,as well as CT manifestations of four cases of DSRCT confirmed by surgery and *** CT manifestations of DSRCT were as follows:(1)multiple soft-tissue masses or diffuse peritoneal thickening in the abdomen and pelvis,with the dominant mass usually located in the pelvic cavity;(2)masses without an apparent organbased primary site;(3)mild to moderate homogeneous or heterogeneous enhancement in solid area on enhanced CT;and(4)secondary manifestations,such as ascites,hepatic metastases,lymphadenopathy,hydronephrosis and *** prognosis and overall survival rates were generally *** used treatment strategies including aggressive tumor resection,polychemotherapy,and radiotherapy,showed various therapeutic *** of DSRCT shows characteristic features that are helpful in *** discovery and complete resection,coupled with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,are important for prognosis of *** abdominopelvic rather than locoregional radiotherapy is more effective for unresectable DSRCT.

This study systematically introduces the development of the world’s first full-link and full-system ground demonstration and verification system for the OMEGA space solar power satellite(SSPS).First,the OMEGA 2.0 innovation design was ***,field-coupling theoretical models of sunlight concentration,photoelectric conversion,and transmitting antennas were established,and a systematic optimization design method was ***,a beam waveform optimization methodology considering both a high beam collection efficiency and a circular stepped beam shape was ***,a control strategy was developed to control the condenser pointing toward the sun while maintaining the transmitting antenna toward the ***,a high-efficiency heat radiator design method based on bionics and topology optimization was ***,a method for improving the rectenna array’s reception,rectification,and direct current(DC)power synthesis efficiencies is ***,high-precision measurement technology for high-accuracy beam-pointing control was ***,a smart mechanical structure was designed and ***,the developed SSPS ground demonstration and verification system has the capacity for sun tracking,a high concentration ratio,photoelectric conversion,microwave conversion and emission,microwave reception,and rectification,and thus satisfactory results were obtained.

Aging process design based on the morphological evolution ofγprecipitates in a 4th generation nickel-based single crystal superalloy

In order to meet the design requirements of the aging treatment process of a 4th generation nickel-based single crystal superalloy(Ni-SX)developed independently,the effects of aging temperatures and aging times on the precipitation and morphological evolution ofγprecipitates are *** morphological evolution behavior ofγprecipitates during the aging process is summarized subsequently and the coarsening behavior ofγprecipitates is discussed by comparing with the Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner model(LSW)and the trans-interface diffusion-controlled model(TIDC).It is demonstrated that primary aging temperature and secondary aging time dominate the size and squareness ofγprecipitates respectively,a narrow primary aging temperature range and a suitable secondary aging time are allowed to obtain the optimized morphology ofγ*** optimal aging process of the Ni-SX investigated in the present work is obtained for 1100-1120°C/4 h and 870°C/16 h,confirmed by the corresponding creep *** coarsening growth ofγprecipitates in short-term aging also conforms to the LSW model ***,the aging process design rules of various Ni-SXs of different generations are also summarized.

Drainage canals are engineering structures widely used for debris flow *** passing through a drainage canal,debris flow usually scours the gully bed at the back of the rib sill of the drainage canal,which leads to failure of the rib ***,the scour depth at the back of the rib sill is an important design problem and it is related to the economic benefits of engineering and service *** explore the law of the depth of the scour pit after debris flow through drainage canal ribs,we first proposed a formula for the calculation of the maximum scour depth at the back of a rib sill based on energy *** then conducted a series of simulation experiments to test the proposed *** experimental results show that the scour depth,trench slope and the distance between ribs all increase with a decrease in debris flow *** then compared the results of experiments and formula *** the testing analysis,we found that the calculation results of the conductedformula correspond with the experimental results ***,taking Qipan Gully as an example,we designed the ultimate depth of a drainage canal for debris flow using the calculation formula.
