近年来,声音设计在汽车领域上的应用越来越广泛,企业将声音设计运用到汽车音效上,打造属于自己的品牌特色,发展汽车整体的音效和新技术。首先通过展开转向提示音由机械声转变成合成模拟声研究,主要分析国内外转向提示音设计存在的问题以及发声装置、软件模拟音效设计、主观评价等;然后主要从影响转向提示音效果的这些维度展开,探讨当前转向提示音音效设计现状及发展趋势;最后从音量、时间、频率等方面提出了当下转向提示音设计需要向着更个性化、动态化的方向发展。

Passive vibration isolation systems have been widely applied due to their low power consumption and high ***,the design of vibration isolators is usually limited by the narrow space of installation,and the requirement of heavy loads needs the high supporting stiffness that leads to the narrow isolation frequency *** improve the vibration isolation performance of passive isolation systems for dynamic loaded equipment,a novel modular quasi-zero stiffness vibration isolator(MQZS-VI)with high linearity and integrated fluid damping is *** MQZS-VI can achieve high-performance vibration isolation under a constraint mounted space,which is realized by highly integrating a novel combined magnetic negative stiffness mechanism into a damping structure:The stator magnets are integrated into the cylinder block,and the moving magnets providing negative-stiffness force also function as the piston supplying damping force *** analytical model of the novel MQZS-VI is established and verified *** effects of geometric parameters on the characteristics of negative stiffness and damping are then elucidated in detail based on the analytical model,and the design procedure is proposed to provide guidelines for the performance optimization of the ***,static and dynamic experiments are conducted on the *** experimental results demonstrate the proposed analytical model can be effectively utilized in the optimal design of the MQZS-VI,and the optimized MQZS-VI broadened greatly the isolation frequency band and suppressed the resonance peak simultaneously,which presented a substantial potential for application in vibration isolation for dynamic loaded equipment.

The standard Ginzburg-Landau (GL) equations are only valid in the vicinity of the critical temperature. Based on the Eilenberger equations for a single band and s-wave superconductor, we derive a modified version of the standard GL equations to improve the applicability of the standard formalism at temperature away from the critical temperature. It is shown that in comparison with previous studies, our method is more convenient to calculate and our modified equations are also compatible with a dirty superconductor. To illustrate the usefulness of our formalism, we solve the modified equations numerically and give the magnetic field distribution in the mixed state at any temperature. The results show that the vortex lattice could be still observed even away from the critical temperature (e.g., T/Tc = 0.3).

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a typical neurodegenerative disease that leads to irreversible neuronal degeneration,and effective treatment remains elusive due to the unclear *** utilized biocompatible mesenchymal stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles as carriers loaded with the CB2 target medicine AM1241(EVs-AM1241)to protect against neurodegenerative progression and neuronal function in AD model *** to the results,EVs-AM1241 were successfully constructed and exhibited better bioavailability and therapeutic effects than bare *** Morris water maze(MWM)and fear conditioning tests revealed that the learning and memory of EVs-AM1241-treated model mice were significantly *** vivo electrophysiological recording of CA1 neurons indicated enhanced response to an auditory conditioned stimulus following fear *** and Western blot analysis showed that amyloid plaque deposition and amyloidβ(Aβ)-induced neuronal apoptosis were significantly suppressed by ***,EVs-AM1241 increased the number of neurons and restored the neuronal cytoskeleton,indicating that they enhanced neuronal *** sequencing revealed that EVs-AM1241 facilitated Aβphagocytosis,promoted neurogenesis and ultimately improved learning and memory through the calcium-Erk signaling *** study showed that EVs-AM1241 efficiently reversed neurodegenerative pathology and enhanced neurogenesis in modelmice,indicating that they are very promising particles for treating AD.

伴随我国职业教育产教融合的不断演进,在城市层面推动产教融合愈发吸引中央及地方政府的注意力。本研究借助经济地理学理论,构建出产教融合型城市建设的分析框架,以阐释产业、城市与教育三者间相互作用的两种关键逻辑:一方面,资本自由流动,城市教育水平、质量以及由此塑造的劳动力构成了城市禀赋的关键要素,影响企业的投资行为;另一方面,在资本流入某地之后,教育与培训通过影响劳动力的能力水平对产业生产率产生影响,由此影响城市的兴衰,进而影响城市财政收入及包括教育在内的公共品的供给水平。在搭建理论框架之后,以合肥市为案例,呈现出上述两种关键逻辑在现实中的影响机制,并在此基础上提出深化产教融合促进城市及产业发展的建议。

味觉是人类重要感官,由增龄变化、舌癌手术、放化疗等引起的味觉功能障碍可影响人生活质量,味蕾再生需求逐渐得到关注。目前,关于味觉细胞发育及更新的基础研究为味蕾再生提供了理论基础;了解味蕾再生的分子机制有助于获悉准确的作用靶点;神经再生、组织工程、细胞因子疗法等新方法试图实现味蕾的功能性再生并加速其临床转化。本文围绕舌上皮味蕾再生机制及最新的组织工程学方法进行综述,以期为味觉损伤疾病的预防和治疗提供参考,为味蕾再生提供依据。

为分析三维滑坡冲击涌浪的远场传播特征,采用FLOW-3D软件建立三维模型,选取不同的滑坡体厚度、宽度与入水速度,模拟滑坡体入水、水体飞溅以及涌浪产生和传播过程。结果表明:滑坡涌浪在传播7倍水深距离后趋于稳定,其相对波高与周期由滑坡体弗劳德数、相对下滑时间以及滑坡体相对体积决定,滑坡体对远场涌浪能量的传递率在8.0%~19.7%之间。
