BACKGROUND Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is a cause of acute-onchronic liver failure(ACLF).AIM To investigate the risk factors of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS in patients with cirrhosis and construct a prediction *** In total,379 patients with decompensated cirrhosis treated with TIPS at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from 2017 to 2020 were selected as the training cohort,and 123 patients from Nanfang Hospital were included in the external validation *** and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify independent *** prediction model was established based on the Akaike information *** and external validation were conducted to assess the performance of the *** Age and total bilirubin(TBil)were independent risk factors for the incidence of ACLF within 1 year after *** developed a prediction model comprising age,TBil,and serum sodium,which demonstrated good discrimination and calibration in both the training cohort and the external validation *** Age and TBil are independent risk factors for the incidence of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS in patients with decompensated *** model showed satisfying predictive value.

The subsea production system is a vital equipment for offshore oil and gas production. The control system is one of the most important parts of it. Collecting and processing the signals of subsea sensors is the only way to judge whether the subsea production control system is normal. However, subsea sensors degrade rapidly due to harsh working environments and long service time. This leads to frequent false alarm incidents. A combinatorial reasoning-based abnormal sensor recognition method for subsea production control system is proposed. A combinatorial algorithm is proposed to group sensors. The long short-term memory network(LSTM) is used to establish a single inference model. A counting-based judging method is proposed to identify abnormal sensors. Field data from an offshore platform in the South China Sea is used to demonstrate the effect of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can identify the abnormal sensors effectively.

Cooperation among enterprises can bring overall and individual performance improvement,and a smooth coordination method is ***,due to the lack of customized coordination methods,cooperation in the downstream oil supply chain cannot be carried out *** paper intends to propose a multi-party coordination method to promote cooperation between oil shippers and pipeline operator by optimizing oil transportation,oil substitution and pipeline pricing *** integrated game-theoretic modeling and analysis approach is developed to characterize the operation behaviors of all stakeholders in the downstream oil supply *** proposed mixed integer nonlinear programming model constrains supply and demand capacity,transportation routes,oil substitution rules and pipeline freight *** transformation and price discretization are introduced for model linear *** experiments are carried out in the oil distribution system in South *** results show that compared to the business-as-usual scheme,the new scheme saves transportation cost by 3.48%,increases pipeline turnover by 5.7%,and reduces energy consumption and emissions by 7.66%and 6.77%.It is proved that the proposed method improves the revenue of the whole system,achieves fair revenue distribution,and also improves the energy and environmental benefits of the oil supply chain.

Currently,important privacy data of the Internet of Things(IoT)face extremely high risks of *** persistently engage in continuous attacks on terminal devices to obtain private data of crucial *** significant progress has been made in recent years in deep reinforcement learning defense strategies,most defense methods still face problems such as low defense resource allocation efficiency and insufficient defense coordination *** solve the above problems,this paper constructs a novel adversarial security scenario and proposes a security game model that integrates defense resource allocation and patrol *** the above game model,this paper designs a deep reinforcement learning algorithm named SDSA to calculate its security defense *** calculates the allocation strategy of the best patrolling strategy that is most suitable for the defender by searching the policy on a multi-dimensional discrete action space,and enables multiple defense agents to cooperate efficiently by training a multi-intelligent Dueling Double Deep Q-Network(D3QN)with prioritized experience ***,the experimental results show that the SDSA-learned security defense strategy can provide a feasible and effective security protection strategy for defenders against attacks compared to the MADDPG and OptGradFP methods.

Airblasts,as one common phenomenon accompanied by rapid movements of landslides or rock/snow avalanches,commonly result in catastrophic damages and are attracting more and more scientific *** quantitatively analyze the intensity of airblast initiated by landslides,the Wangjiayan landslide,occurred in the Wenchuan earthquake,is selected here with the landslide propagation and airblast evolution being studied using FLUENT by introducing the Voellmy rheological *** results reveal that:(1)For the Wangjiayan landslide,its whole travelling duration is only 12 s with its maximum velocity reaching 36 m/s at t=10 s;(2)corresponding to the landslide propagation,the maximum velocity,28 m/s,of the airblast initiated by the landslide also appears at t=10 s with its maximum pressure reaching594.8 Pa,which is equivalent to violent storm;(3)under the attack of airblast,the load suffered by buildings in the airblast zone increases to 1300 Pa at t=9.4 s and sharply decreased to-7000 Pa as the rapid decrease of the velocity of the sliding mass at t=10 s,which is seriously unfavorable for buildings and might be the key reason for the destructive collapse of buildings in the airblast zone of the Wangjiayan landslide.

We concentrate on the skin effects and topological properties in the multilayer non-Hermitian Su−Schrieffer−Heeger (SSH) structure, by taking into account the nonreciprocal couplings between the different sublattices in the unit cells. Following the detailed demonstration of the theoretical method, we find that in this system, the skin effects and topological phase transitions induced by nonreciprocal couplings display the apparent parity effect, following the increase of the layer number of this SSH structure. On the one hand, the skin effect is determined by the parity of the layer number of this SSH system, as well as the parity of the band index of the bulk states. On the other hand, for the topological edge modes, such an interesting parity effect can also be observed clearly. Next, when the parameter disorders are taken into account, the zero-energy edge modes in the odd-layer structures tend to be more robust, whereas the other edge modes are easy to be destroyed. In view of these results, it can be ascertained that the findings in this work promote to understand the influences of nonreciprocal couplings on the skin effects and topological properties in the multilayer SSH lattices.

Single-chain nanoparticles represent an emerging class of nanomaterials designed to mimic protein's folding *** covalent crosslinking toward the formation of single-chain nanoparticles encounters complex energy landscapes,leading to the potential occurrence of misfolding *** noncovalent crosslinking can circumvent this issue,the resulting single-chain nanoparticles exhibit lower structural stability compared to their covalently crosslinked *** this study,we present a novel approach for the synthesis of single-chain nanoparticles,achieved through the combination of non-covalent and covalent intramolecular *** grafted onto the linear polymer form intrachain non-covalent stacks aided by hydrogen bonds,leading to the formation of non-covalently crosslinked single-chain *** nanoparticles undergo conversion to covalently crosslinked nanostructures through subsequent photo-irradiation using[2+2]photocycloaddition,a process facilitated by the supramolecular confinement ***,the resulting single-chain nanoparticles demonstrate both intrachain folding efficiency and substantial stability,offering significant potential for advancing applications across diverse fields.

Numerical Study on Heat Transfer and Frictional Resistance of Two Types of Molten Salts in Straight Channels and Supercritical Carbon Dioxide in Airfoil Channels

Molten salt and supercritical carbon dioxide(sCO_(2))are considered to be one of the most promising combined heat transfer refrigerants for third-generation solar thermal power *** evaluate the potential of chloride salts and carbonates in third-generation solar thermal power generation,this paper uses molten salts and sCO_(2)as the working media of printed circuit board heat exchangers(PCHE),and uses numerical simulation to study the heat transfer and friction of PCHE channels with different molten salts and sCO_(2),and establishes predictive correlations respectively.A local heat transfer and friction study was conducted on the sCO_(2)side of the airfoil channel,and it was found that the inlet mass flow rate has a significant impact on it,while the inlet temperature has a relatively small impact.A comprehensive comparison was made between the heat transfer and friction of two molten salts,and the comprehensive performance of chloride salts was 70%-80%higher than that of *** results indicate that the potential of chloride salts in third-generation solar thermal power generation is much greater than that of carbonates.
