BACKGROUND The use of a problem-solving model guided by stimulus-organism-response(SOR)theory for women with postpartum depression after cesarean delivery may inform nursing interventions for women with postpartum *** To explore the state of mind and coping style of women with depression after cesarean delivery guided by SOR *** Eighty postpartum depressed women with cesarean delivery admitted to the hospital between January 2022 and October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups of 40 cases each,according to the random number table *** the control group,the observation group adopted the problem-solving nursing model under SOR *** two groups were consecutively intervened for 12 weeks,and the state of mind,coping styles,and degree of post-partum depression were analyzed at the end of the *** The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale-24-item scores of the observation group were lower than in the control group after care,and the level of improvement in the state of mind was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of coping with illness in the observation group after care(26.48±3.35)was higher than that in the control group(21.73±3.20),and the level of avoidance(12.04±2.68)and submission(8.14±1.15)was lower than that in the control group(15.75±2.69 and 9.95±1.20),with significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Adopting the problem-solving nursing model using SOR theory for postpartum depressed mothers after cesarean delivery reduced maternal depression,improved their state of mind,and coping level with illness.

Despite the continuous developments and advancements in the treatment of gastric cancer(GC),which is one of the most prevalent types of cancer in China,the overall survival is still poor for most patients with advanced *** recent years,with the progress in tumor immunology research,attention has shifted toward immunotherapy as a therapeutic approach for *** cell death protein 1(PD-1)inhibitors,as novel immunosuppressive medications,have been widely utilized in the treatment of ***,many patients are still resistant to PD-1 inhibitors and experience recurrence in the advanced stages of PD-1 *** reduce the occurrence of drug resistance and recurrence in GC patients receiving PD-1 immunotherapy,to maximize the clinical activity of immunosuppressive drugs,and to elicit a lasting immune response,it is essential to research the tumor microenvironment mechanisms leading to PD-1 inhibitor resistance in GC *** article reviews the progress in studying the factors influencing the resistance to PD-1 inhibitors in the GC tumor microenvironment,aiming to provide insights and a basis for reducing resistance to PD-1 inhibitors for GC patients in the future.

The rice stem borer(RSB),Chilo suppressalis,a notorious rice pest in China,has evolved a high resistance level to commonly used ***,a new anthranilic diamide insecticide,effectively controls multiple pests,including ***,the potential resistance risk of RSB to tetraniliprole is still *** this study,the tetraniliprole-selection(Tet-R)strain was obtained through 10 continuous generations of selection with tetraniliprole 30%lethal concentration(LC_(30)).The realized heritability(h^(2))of the Tet-R strain was 0.387,indicating that resistance of RSB to tetraniliprole developed rapidly under the continuous selection of *** Tet-R strain had a high fitness cost(relative fitness=0.53).We established the susceptibility baseline of RSB to tetraniliprole(lethal concentration at LC_(50)=0.727 mg/L)and investigated the resistance level of 6 field populations to *** tested strains that had resistance to chlorantraniliprole exhibited moderate-to high-level resistance to tetraniliprole(resistance ratio=27.7-806.8).Detection of ryanodine receptor(RyR)mutations showed that the Y4667C,Y4667D,I4758M,and Y4891F mutations were present in tested RSB field *** mutations were responsible for the cross-resistance between tetraniliprole and ***,the clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9-mediated genome-modified flies were used to study the contribution of RyR mutations to tetraniliprole *** order of contribution of a single RyR mutation to tetraniliprole resistance was Y4667D>G4915E>Y4667C~~I4758M>*** addition,the I4758M and Y4667C double mutations conferred higher tetraniliprole resistance than single Y4667C *** results can guide resistance management practices for diamides in RSB and other arthropods.

利率市场化改革是金融体制改革的重要内容之一,其在微观层面对企业数字化转型的影响引起了学术界的关注。在阐述利率市场化促进企业数字化转型逻辑的基础上,实证检验利率市场化与企业数字化转型之间的关系。研究表明,利率市场化改革能够显著促进企业数字化转型,随着金融机构存款利率上限及贷款利率下限的取消,进行数字化转型的企业显著增加,且企业数字化转型程度显著提升;利率市场化改革促进企业数字化转型的作用机制体现为降低融资约束、促进企业研发创新、提升企业生产率。同时,企业研发创新、数字化生产和管理系统引进强化了利率市场化对企业数字化转型的促进作用。进一步研究表明,利率市场化改革对企业数字化转型的促进效应在企业规模相对较小、非国有企业和非技术密集型行业的样本中尤为明显。

BACKGROUND Limited research has explored the impact of cardiovascular disease(CVD) on healthy life expectancy(HLE)especially in resource-limited areas. This study aimed to investigate the association between CVD and HLE in Chinese rural *** This study included 11,994 participants aged 45 years and older from the baseline and follow-up surveys of the Henan rural cohort study. Healthy status was measured via a Visual Analogue Scale. The multistate Markov model was applied to estimate the association between CVD and transitions in health, unhealthiness and death. Gender-specific total life expectancy,HLE and unhealthy life expectancy were calculated by the multistate life table *** During a mean follow-up time of 3.85(3.84–3.86) years, there were 588 deaths recorded. For individuals with CVD,the risk of switching from health to unhealthiness status was increased by 71% [hazard ratio(HR) = 1.71, 95% CI: 1.42–2.07], the chance of recovery was reduced by 30%(HR = 0.70, 95% CI: 0.60–0.82). Men aged 45 years without CVD could gain an extra 7.08(4.15–10.01) years of HLE and lose 4.00(1.60–6.40) years of unhealthy life expectancy compared to their peers with CVD, respectively. The corresponding estimates among women were 8.62(5.55–11.68) years and 5.82(2.59–9.04) years, *** This study indicated that CVD was significantly associated with poorer health status and lower HLE among Chinese rural population. It is an important public health policy to adopt targeted measures to reduce the CVD burden and enhance the quality of life and HLE in resource-limited areas.

目的分析儿童肛周瘘管型克罗恩病(perianal fistulizing Crohn's disease,pfCD)患儿的临床特征、治疗及预后。方法回顾性选择2015年4月—2023年4月间诊断为克罗恩病(Crohn's disease,CD)的6~17岁患儿142例为研究对象,根据是否存在肛周瘘管型病变,分为pfCD组(60例)和非pfCD组(82例),比较两组患儿的临床特征、治疗及预后。结果pfCD发生率为42.3%(60/142)。pfCD组男性比例,病变范围累及结肠、小肠结肠比例,以及合并上消化道病变的比例高于非pfCD组(P0.05)。pfCD组治疗54周瘘管愈合率为57%(34/60),其中简单性肛瘘患儿瘘管愈合率高于复杂性肛瘘患儿(P<0.05)。结论儿童CD患者中pfCD发生率高,pfCD患儿生物制剂使用比例高,复杂性肛瘘非切割性挂线引流术比例高,CD患儿随访中需要密切关注pfCD的发生。

针对装配式住宅在实际施工过程中,工序的施工差异以及项目资源的限制对工程项目调度问题的影响进行深入研究。首先,以最小化施工完成时间以及最小化人工成本为优化目标,构建了多目标优化的数学模型。其次,基于问题的困难程度和其他优化算法的特点,采用多目标布谷鸟搜索算法对该模型进行求解,然后针对原先多目标布谷鸟搜索算法的不足,提出对步长因子和丢弃概率进行改进以提高算法综合性能。最后,以某装配式住宅小区安装施工问题为例,检验模型和算法的适用性,并根据结果对项目资源进行科学有效的调度。
