盘磨机低浓磨浆过程强度表征的有效性及应用

本课题采用理论分析方法研究了现有低浓磨浆强度对于不含挡坝等距直齿磨盘低浓磨浆过程的强度表征效果。结果表明,单个磨齿交错区域的净法向力(fnnet)及切向力(ftnet)是目前唯一具有实际意义的有效低浓磨浆强度,其不仅适用于不含挡坝等距直齿磨盘低浓磨浆过程的表征,并可扩展至含挡坝磨盘及弧形齿磨盘。而具有实际意义的比边缘负荷(SELC及SELT)的应用具有一定的局限性,仅适用于恒定参数磨盘低浓磨浆过程的强度表征。实际上,低浓磨浆强度的合理建立、选择及应用不仅反映对磨浆机理的认知,且直接影响低浓磨浆过程的优化控制、齿型参数设计及选择。

茶余废物耦合电解法去除水中铜及镍离子的研究

重金属铜和镍废水未经处理排放到环境中,将对生物体造成危害。与已有处理含铜和镍废水的吸附剂首选化学品或活化剂不同,本研究使用简单、廉价、处理效率高且环境友好的活性绿茶废渣（AGWTR）结合电凝聚（ADS+EC）工艺,去除合成废水中较高浓度的铜和镍离子,并对工艺操作参数,如p H值、水力停留时间、吸附剂剂量、初始浓度、电流密度、能耗和操作成本等进行了优化,茶渣废屑进行了表征。结果表明,与电流密度为0.59 m A/cm2的其他电极相比,Fe-Fe电极被证明更好。ADS+EC工艺对两种金属离子的去除效率均超过99.5%,对于Cu2+和Ni2+,Langmuir和准二级动力学模型比Freundlich和准一级动力学模型与实验数据拟合效果更好,其最大吸附容量为15.6 mg/g和15.9 mg/g。表明吸附主要发生在AGWTR上的单层均质吸附剂表面,其动力学机制属于化学吸附。表征结果也证明,AGWTR表面粗糙,发育有较大孔隙,且微量元素及碳含量较高。此外,为了进一步证明ADS+EC工艺的处理效果,论文还探索了EC+ADS工艺,表明ADS+EC工艺更胜一筹。研究成果将为发展中国家提供一种工业废水中重金属回收、茶废物循环利用,进而去除水中重金属离子的绿色技术。

Present-day advanced technologies heavily rely on the exciting magnetic and spectroscopic properties of lanthanide ions. In particular, their ability to generate well-characterized and intense near-infrared (NIR) luminescence is exploited in any modern fiber-optic telecommunication network. In this feature article, we first summarize the whereabouts underlying the design of highly luminescent NIR molecular edifices and materials. We then focus on describing the main trends in three applications related to this spectral range: telecommunications, biosciences, and solar energy conversion. In telecommunications, efforts concentrate presently on getting easily processable polymer-based waveguide amplifiers. Upconversion nanophosphors emitting in the visible after NIR excitation are now ubiquitous in many bioanalyses while their application to bio-imaging is still in its early stages; however, highly sensitive NIR-NIR systems start to be at hand for both in vitro and in vivo imaging, as well as dual probes combining magnetic resonance and optical imaging. Finally, both silicon-based and dye-sensitized solar cells benefit from the downconversion and upconversion capabilities of lanthanide ions to harvest UV and NIR solar light and to boost the overall quantum efficiency of these next-generation devices.

Epidemic diseases,known and studied in China since antiquity,are one of the main chapters of the School of Exogenous Febrile Diseases(温病学派)•Along with the legends about epidemic demons,China has developed over the centuries a medical approach based on the teachings of Huang Di Nei Jing(《黄帝内经》Internal Classic),Nan Jing(《难经》Classic of Difficulties'),and Shang Han Lun(《伤寒论》Treatise of Harmful Cold).However,it was in the 17th century,after the great break of the Song,Jin,and Yuan eras that an innovative spirit Wu Youxing(吴有性)first foresaw the existence of microorganisms as we know them *** Wen Yi Lun(《瘟疫论》Treatise on Pestilences)foreshadows an original approach to epidemic diseases,particularly emerging infectious diseases of the 21st century:severe acute respiratory syndrome 2003-2004 and the COVID-19 pandemic are perfect *** this first article,which will be followed by two others,we will examine the classical and modern Chinese definitions of these dreadful plagues.

直齿磨盘是广范应用的磨盘种类之一,而磨齿切断长是衡量直齿磨盘冲击强度的关键参数。本课题以等距直齿磨浆元件为研究对象,从磨齿当量总长度及动盘磨齿滑动总长度两个角度对磨齿切断长的物理意义进行阐述,并建立了配备直齿磨浆元件的荷兰打浆机、盘磨机及锥形磨浆机的磨齿切断长的积分及离散计算式;并探讨了比边缘负荷(SEL)的应用,发现SEL可应用于具有相同角参数的等距直齿磨盘低浓磨浆过程的表征或特定直齿磨盘磨浆特性的研究,而难以对具有不同角参数、挡坝及齿高参数的等距直齿磨盘进行表征。
