A microgravity environment has been shown to cause ocular damage and affect visual acuity,but the underlying mechanisms remain ***,we established an animal model of weightlessness via tail suspension to examine the pathological changes and molecular mechanisms of retinal damage under *** 4 weeks of tail suspension,there were no notable alterations in retinal function and morphology,while after 8 weeks of tail suspension,significant reductions in retinal function were observed,and the outer nuclear layer was thinner,with abundant apoptotic *** investigate the mechanism underlying the degenerative changes that occurred in the outer nuclear layer of the retina,proteomics was used to analyze differentially expressed proteins in rat retinas after 8 weeks of tail *** results showed that the expression levels of fibroblast growth factor 2(also known as basic fibroblast growth factor)and glial fibrillary acidic protein,which are closely related to Müller cell activation,were significantly *** addition,Müller cell regeneration and Müller cell gliosis were observed after 4 and 8 weeks,respectively,of simulated *** findings indicate that Müller cells play an important regulatory role in retinal outer nuclear layer degeneration during weightlessness.

Starting from an initial sample of butene-1/ethylene copolymer with stable form I＇, we examined the nucleation of different crystalline polymorphs （here metastable form II and stable form I＇） at different isothermal crystallization temperatures after being melted at different melt temperature （Tmelt）. When Tmelt was just above the melting temperature （Tm） of the crystallites, self-seeding took place. There, residue crystallites served as nuclei leading to the crystallization of the same crystalline phase. When Tmelt was a few degrees above the Tin, self-seeding was disabled due to complete melting of the initial crystals. Upon crystallization, the selection of the different polymorphs in this random copolymer was found to depend on an interplay between the domain size of segregated long crystallizable sequences and the size and energy barrier of the critical nucleus of the respective crystalline forms. Our results provide a clear understanding of the polymorphs selection during crystallization of a random copolymer as well as homo-polymers under confinement.

Quantum state preparation plays an equally important role as quantum operations and measurements in quantum information processing. The previous methods for initialization require either an exponential number of experiments, or cause signal reduction or place restrictions on molecular structures. In this study, we propose three types of quantum circuits for preparing the pseudo-pure states of(n-1) qubits in the n-coupled Hilbert space, which simply needs the assistance of one ancilla spin and two different experiments independent of n. Most importantly, our methods work well on homo-nuclear and hetero-nuclear molecules without the reduction of signals in the gradient field. As a proof-of-principle demonstration, we experimentally prepared the pseudo-pure states of heteronuclear 2-qubit and homonuclear 4-qubit molecules using a nuclear magnetic resonance quantum information processor.

Field evidence indicates that proppant distribution and threshold pressure gradient have great impacts on well *** at the development of unconventional oil reservoirs in Triassic Chang-7 Unit,Ordos Basin of China,we presented an integrated workflow to investigate how(1)proppant placement in induced fracture and(2)non-linear flow in reservoir matrix would affect well productivity and fluid flow in the *** with our research before(Yue et al.,2020),here we extended this study into the development of multi-stage fractured horizontal wells(MFHWs)with large-scale complicated fracture *** integrated workflow is based on the finite element method and consists of simulation models for proppant-laden fluid flow,fracture flow,and non-linear seepage flow,*** results indicate that the distribution of proppant inside the induced cracks significantly affects the productivity of the *** we assign an idealized proppant distribution instead of the real distribution,there will be an overestimation of 44.98%in daily oil rate and 30.63%in cumulative oil production after continuous development of 1000 ***,threshold pressure gradient(TPG)also significantly affects the well performance in tight oil *** we simply apply linear Darcy’s law to the reservoir matrix,the overall cumulative oil production can be overrated by 77%after 1000 days of *** general,this research provides new insights into the development of tight oil reservoirs with TPG and meanwhile reveals the significance of proppant distribution and non-linear fluid flow in the production scenario design.

Microalloying is an effective method to improve the comprehensive properties of copper *** effects of magnesium on the microstructure,mechanical properties and anti-stress relaxation properties of CuNiSi alloys have been *** demonstrated that magnesium plays significant roles in refining the dendritic microstructure of the as-cast ingot,accelerating the precipitation decomposition,improving the mechanical properties and increasing the anti-stress relaxation *** incremental strength increase is due to the Orowan strengthening from the nanoscale Ni2Si and Ni3Al *** compared with the Cu-6.0Ni-1.0Si-0.5Al(wt%) alloy,the ultimate tensile strength of the designed Cu-6.0Ni-1.0Si-0.5Al-0.15Mg(wt%) alloy increases from 983.9 to 1095.7 MPa,and the electrical conductivity decreases from 27.1 to 26.6% IACS,*** stress relaxation rates of the designed Cu-6.0Ni-1.0Si-0.5Al-0.15Mg alloy are 4.05%at 25℃,6.62% at 100℃and 9.74% at 200℃after having been loaded for 100 h,*** significantly promotes nucleation during precipitation and maintains small precipitate size.

A facility of BaPS （Barometric Process Separation） was used to determine soil respiration, gross nitrification and denitrification in a winter wheat field with depths of 0-7, 7--14 and 14-21 cm. N2O production was determined by a gas chromatograph. Crop root mass and relevant soil parameters were measured. Results showed that soil respiration and gross nitrification decreased with the increase of soil depth, while denitrification did not change significantly. In comparison with no-plowing plot, soil respiration increased significantly in plowing plot, especially in the surface soil of 0-7 cm, while gross nitrification and denitrification rates were not affected by plowing. Cropping practice in previous season was found to affect soil gross nitrification in the following wheat-growing season. Higher gross nitrification rate occurred in the filed plot with preceding crop of rice compared with that of maize for all the three depths of 0-7, 7-14 and 14-21 cm. A further investigation indicated that the nitrification for all the cases accounted for about 76% of the total nitrogen transformation processes of nitrification and denitrification and the N2O production correlated with nitrification significantly, suggesting that nitrification is a key process of soil N2O production in the wheat field. In addition, the variations of soil respiration and gross nitrification were exponentially dependent on root mass （p〈0.00l）.

A successive tooth forming process for producing large modulus spur gears(m>2.5 mm)is firstly proposed in this paper to break the restrictions of large forming load and large equipment structure of traditional plastic *** contains the preforming stage and the finishing *** the first stage,the die with a single-tooth preforms gear teeth one by one through several *** the second stage,the other die with multi-teeth refines the preformed teeth into required *** influence of total pressing depth and feed distribution in preforming stage on final forming quality is analyzed by numerical simulation,and the reasonable process parameters are *** tooth forming experiments are carried out on the self-designed gear forming device to verify the optimal simulation *** without fold defects are well formed both in simulations and experiments,proving the feasibility of this *** with the whole die forging process,the new technology has advantages of smaller load and simpler tooling,which shows a good potential for manufacturing large modulus and large size spur gears.

To cope with multi-directional transmission coupling,spreading, amplification, and chain reaction of risks during multiproject parallel construction of warships, a risk transmission evaluation method is proposed, which integrates an intuitionistic cloud model with a fuzzy cognitive map. By virtue of expectancy Ex, entropy En, and hyper entropy He, the risk fuzziness and randomness of the knowledge of experts are organically combined to develop a method for converting bi-linguistic variable decision-making information into the quantitative information of the intuitionistic normal cloud(INC) model. Subsequently, the threshold function and weighted summation operation in the traditional fuzzy cognitive map is converted into the INC ordered weighted averaging operator to create the risk transmission model based on the intuitionistic fuzzy cognitive map(IFCM) and the algorithm for solving it. Subsequently, the risk influence sequencing method based on INC and the risk rating method based on nearness are proposed on the basis of Monte Carlo simulation in order to realize the mutual conversion of the qualitative and quantitative information in the risk evaluation *** analysis is presented to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the methods.
