The Basidiomycota constitutes a major phylum of the kingdom Fungi and is second in species numbers to the *** present work provides an overview of all validly published,currently used basidiomycete genera to date in a single *** outline of all genera of Basidiomycota is provided,which includes 1928 currently used genera names,with 1263 synonyms,which are distributed in 241 families,68 orders,18 classes and four *** provide brief notes for each accepted genus including information on classification,number of accepted species,type species,life mode,habitat,distribution,and sequence ***,three phylogenetic analyses with combined LSU,SSU,5.8s,rpb1,rpb2,and ef1 datasets for the subphyla Agaricomycotina,Pucciniomycotina and Ustilaginomycotina are conducted,*** time estimates are provided to the family level with 632 species from 62 orders,168 families and 605 *** study indicates that the divergence times of the subphyla in Basidiomycota are 406-430 Mya,classes are 211-383 Mya,and orders are 99-323 Mya,which are largely consistent with previous *** this study,all phylogenetically supported families were dated,with the families of Agaricomycotina diverging from 27-178 Mya,Pucciniomycotina from 85-222 Mya,and Ustilaginomycotina from 79-177 *** times as additional criterion in ranking provide additional evidence to resolve taxonomic problems in the Basidiomycota taxonomic system,and also provide a better understanding of their phylogeny and evolution.

颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后复发的治疗方式探讨

目的探讨针对颅内动脉瘤栓塞术后复发的不同治疗方式的疗效。方法回顾性纳入2015年1月至2017年11月厦门大学附属中山医院神经外科收治的35例颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞后复发患者,共35个动脉瘤。其中前循环动脉瘤32例,后循环动脉瘤3例。14例采用开颅夹闭手术(开颅夹闭组),21例采用介入栓塞治疗(介入栓塞组)。手术疗效采用改良Raymond-roy分级(MRRC)评估,采用格拉斯哥预后分级(GOS)评估患者的神经功能预后。比较两组的手术疗效和神经功能预后。结果介入栓塞组患者术后MRRC分级Ⅰ级者占90.5%(19/21),Ⅱ级者占9.5%(2/21);开颅夹闭组患者术后MRRC分级Ⅰ级者所占比例为13/14,Ⅱ级者所占比例为1/14,两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1例行开颅夹闭的患者出现肢体偏瘫,介入栓塞组患者无一例出现手术相关并发症。35例患者的随访时间为6~24个月,中位时间为14个月。介入栓塞组的术后GOS分级均为Ⅴ级;开颅夹闭组术后GOS分级Ⅴ级者所占比例为13/14,Ⅳ级者所占比例为1/14,两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于栓塞术后复发的颅内动脉瘤患者,行血管内栓塞或显微开颅夹闭均能达到良好的神经功能预后。

Background: The incidence of carcinoid tumours is approximately 1.5 per 100 000 of the population. The malignant carcinoid syndrome, which is caused by circulating neuroendocrine mediators produced by the tumour, occurs in less than 10% of patients. Cutaneous involvement, although recognized in this rare syndrome, has rarely been reported. Objectives: To examine a series of patients with the malignant carcinoid syndrome, to establish the prevalence and types of cutaneous involvement and to assess whether these could be used as indicators of disease activity, progression and prognosis. Methods: Patients with the malignant carcinoid syndrome who attended a multidisciplinary clinic for neuroendocrine tumours over a 23 month period between February 2001 and December 2002 were invited to participate in the study. This involved completion of a standard history proforma and a detailed cutaneous examination with findings recorded by clinical photography. Results: Twenty- five patients were enrolled. All but one had experienced flushing, three had rosacea, five had clinical features of pellagra and two had scleroderma. Flushing was generally an early manifestation of the syndrome, whereas both the pellagra and scleroderma tended to occur in more advanced disease. Conclusions: This descriptive case series indicates that cutaneous features are not uncommon in the syndrome. They are readily diagnosed on clinical examination, and may be useful indicators of disease activity and prognosis.

Ischemia and systemic infection are implicated in the etiology of periventricular white matter injury, a major cause of adverse motor and cognitive outcome in preterm infants. Cytokines are signaling proteins that can be produced as part of the inflammatory response to both ischemia and infection. The aim of this study was to relate cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) concentrations of IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α ), and Interferon gamma (IFN-γ ) to magnetic resonance-defined white matter injury in preterm infants. Relationships between CSF and plasma cytokine concentrations were also examined. Preterm infants (≤ 32 wk) and more mature infants from The royal Women’ s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia, and Christchurch Women’ s Hospital, Christchurch, New Zealand, were eligible for study if they required a clinically indicated lumbar puncture. Plasma samples were obtained in a subgroup of Christchurch infants. Preterm infants underwent advanced quantitative volumetric magnetic resonance imaging using a 1.5-Tesla scanner at term equivalent. One hundred forty-six infants were enrolled and 190 CSF and 42 plasma samples obtained. There was no significant correlation between paired CSF and plasma concentrations for any cytokine. In comparing plasma and CSF concentrations, levels of IL-8 were significantly higher in CSF than plasma. Preterm infants with MRI-defined cerebral white matter injury had higher levels of IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α in the CSF than infants without such injury. Plasma cytokine concentrations may not reflect CSF cytokine levels or inflammatory events within the brain. elevated CSF levels of cytokines in infants with white matter injury suggest an altered inflammatory balance.

BACKGROUND Aneurysms of the internal carotid artery(ICA)bifurcation are rare,and no studies have compared patient outcomes after endovascular vs surgical *** To report the safety,efficacy,and follow-up outcome of these 2treatment options for patients with ICA bifurcation *** Patient and aneurysm characteristics,treatment results,and follow-up outcomes(at 30 months)were analyzed from patient records and review of imaging *** A total of 58 patients with ICA bifurcation aneurysms were *** interdisciplinary consensus,30 aneurysms were assigned for coiling and 28 for *** who underwent surgical clipping were younger and had larger *** patients were assigned to coiling if their aneurysms originated only from the ICA bifurcation or projected *** the combined angiographic endpoint,complete and nearly complete occlusion(Raymond-roy I+II),similar rates of 96%(coiling)or 100%(clipping)could be ***-roy I occlusion occurred more often after clipping(79%vs 41%coiling).Follow-up of the endovascular group showed minor recanalization of the aneurysm neck(Raymond-roy II)in 42%.One patient(4%)showed a major recanalization(Raymond-roy III)and needed *** incidental findings,no bleeding complications or new persistent neurological deficits occurred during *** Treatment of ICA bifurcation aneurysms after interdisciplinary assignment to clipping or coiling is effective and *** significantly more minor recanalizations after coiling,the re-treatment rate was very low,and no bleeding was observed during *** analysis revealed that origin only from the ICA bifurcation was an independent predictor of aneurysm recanalization after endovascular treatment.

Although genome-wide association studies have identified more than eighty genetic variants associated with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)risk,biological mechanisms of these variants remain largely *** integrating a large-scale genotype data of 15581 lung adenocarcinoma(AD)cases,8350 squamous cell carcinoma(SqCC)cases,and 27355 controls,as well as multiple transcriptome and epigenomic databases,we conducted histology-specific meta-analyses and functional annotations of both reported and novel susceptibility *** identified 3064 credible risk variants for NSCLC,which were overrepresented in enhancer-like and promoter-like histone modification peaks as well as DNase I hypersensitive *** factor enrichment analysis revealed that USF1 was AD-specific while CReB1 was *** annotation and genebased analysis implicated 894 target genes,including 274 specifics for AD and 123 for SqCC,which were overrepresented in somatic driver genes(eR=1.95,P=0.005).Pathway enrichment analysis and Gene-Set enrichment Analysis revealed that AD genes were primarily involved in immune-related pathways,while SqCC genes were homologous recombination deficiency *** results illustrate the molecular basis of both wellstudied and new susceptibility loci of NSCLC,providing not only novel insights into the genetic heterogeneity between AD and SqCC but also a set of plausible gene targets for post-GWAS functional experiments.
