Background: Clinical judgme.t is a spe.ific role.that e.tablishe. a profe.sional ide.tity. The.purpose.of this pape. is to pre.are.nursing stude.ts to make.be.te. judgme.ts in the.clinical se.ting and re.lign le.rning and te.ching. Me.hods: We.use. six ste.s to arrive.at a compe.e.t clinical judgme.t sugge.te. by the.National Council State.Board of Nursing (NSCBN) as a clinical judgme.t mode. 1) re.ognizing cue., 2) analyzing cue., 3) prioritizing hypothe.e., 4) ge.e.ating solutions, 5) taking an action, and 6) e.aluating outcome. during the.he.d-to-toe.e.amination of the.patie.t. Re.ults: The.primary outcome. are.stabilization of the.he.odynamics of the.patie.t and pre.e.tion of furthe. blood loss. Re.e.rch is re.ie.e. de.ling with the.diffe.e.t biopsychosocial factors affe.ting the.re.ationship be.we.n IPV and CVD. As a re.ult of our re.ie., we.propose.a frame.ork on the.biopsychosocial pathway of IPV as a risk factor of CVD of wome.. Our propose. frame.ork portrays how IPV e.pe.ie.ce. contribute.to long-te.m biopsychosocial change. that incre.se.the.risk of CVD among fe.ale.victims of IPV. The.e.biopsychosocial change. include.chronic inflammation and hypothalamus-pituitary-adre.al axis dysfunction, me.abolic or e.docrine.dysfunction, and mood symptomatology. The.e.ore. the.pre.e.t study aims to inve.tigate.the.e.fe.ts of porosity(h), dry unit we.ght(gd) of molding, ce.e.t conte.t(C)and porosity/volume.ric ce.e.t conte.t ratio(h/Civ) or void/ce.e.t ratio on the.unconfine. compre.sive.stre.gth(quor UCS) of silty soile.oof tile.waste.RT) mixture.. Soil sample. are.molde. into four diffe.e.t dry unit we.ghts(i.e. 13 kN/m^3, 13.67 kN/m^3, 14.33 kN/m^3 and 15 kN/m^3) using 3%, 6% and 9%ce.e.t and 5%, 15% and 30% RT.
