头部循经刮痧治疗高血压病人头痛的疗效观察

目的:探讨头部循经刮痧治疗高血压病人头痛的疗效观察。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月在医院就诊的60例高血压头痛病人,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组予以常规治疗及护理,试验组在对照组基础上予以头部循经刮痧治疗,观察两组病人间血压水平、疼痛情况以及满意度和依从性的差异。结果:治疗后,试验组病人的头痛评分、发作的频次及疼痛持续的时间、静息状态下的血压、治疗的满意度和医治的依从性都明显优于对照组,说明差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头部循经刮痧治疗高血压头痛疗效明显,既能减轻头痛症状又能降低复发概率,从而能够消除病人不良情绪,改善病人的就医体验,提高病人的满意度和治疗的依从性。

目的:基于循经取穴探讨火龙罐在气滞血瘀型胸痹心痛伴不寐临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2022年9月河南中医药大学第一附属医院心血管内科收治的64例气滞血瘀型胸痹心痛伴不寐病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予火龙罐循经取穴治疗。于干预前1 d和干预结束后第2天比较两组中医症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及睡眠质量改善疗效评分。结果:干预后,治疗组中医症状积分、PSQI评分、HAMA评分均低于对照组,睡眠质量改善疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组无不良反应发生。结论:基于循经取穴理论,火龙罐疗法能明显改善气滞血瘀型胸痹心痛病人的睡眠质量,提高临床疗效。

目的借助SWOT(S:内部优势,W:内部劣势,O:外部机遇,T:外部威胁)分析,探讨网络认知行为疗法应用于改善冠心病患者负性情绪的各种内部条件和外部条件,并提出发展策略。方法运用SWOT分析法,分析、梳理网络认知行为疗法改善冠心病患者负性情绪的内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与威胁。结果网络认知行为疗法改善冠心病患者负性情绪的内部优势有治疗效果显著,治疗可操作性强,成本效益高。内部劣势有过度依赖患者治疗积极性,护士缺乏心理学相关培训。外部机遇包括技术支持、需求支持、理论支持。外部威胁为缺乏大样本实证研究,存在患者个人信息泄露风险。结论网络认知行为疗法在改善冠心病患者负性情绪临床应用中优势与劣势并存,机遇与威胁同在。应利用机遇克服劣势,提高患者治疗中的自主性与积极性,加强医护人员心理学相关培训,以期促进网络认知行为疗法在改善冠心病患者负性情绪的临床应用中进一步推广。

Stellar images will deteriorate dramatically when the sensitive elements of wide-field survey telescopes are misaligned during an observation, and active alignment is the key technology to maintain the high resolution of wide-field sky survey telescopes. Instead of traditional active alignment based on field-dependent wave front errors, this work proposes a machine learning alignment metrology based on stellar images of the scientific camera,which is more convenient and higher speed. We first theoretically confirm that the pattern of the point-spread function over the field is closely related to the misalignment status, and then the relationships are learned by twostep neural networks. After two-step active alignment, the position errors of misalignment parameters are less than5 μm for decenter and less than 5″ for tip-tilt in more than 90% of the cases. The precise alignment results indicate that this metrology provides a low-cost and high-speed solution to maintain the image quality of wide-field sky survey telescopes during observation, thus implying important significance and broad application prospects.

Magnetic reconnection is a very important and fundamental plasma process in transferring energy from magnetic field into plasma. Previous theory, numerical simulations and observations mostly concen-trate on 2-dimensional (2D) model; however, magnetic reconnection is a 3-dimensional (3D) nonlinear process in nature. The properties of reconnection in 3D and its associated singular structure have not been resolved completely. Here we investigate the structures and characteristics of null points inside the reconnection diffusion region by introducing the discretized Poincaré index through Gauss integral and using magnetic field data with high resolution from the four satellites of Cluster mission. We esti-mate the velocity and trajectory of null points by calculating its position in different times, and compare and discuss the observations with different reconnection models with null points based on character-istics of electric current around null points.

The nonlinear inversion algorithms used to play important roles in data processing for incoherent scatter radars. Those nonlinear algorithms invole in ionospheric parameter extraction. In such process, the initial values for ionospheric parameters are given, and then the initial power spectrum could be obtained. The error between the initial power spectrum and the measured power spectrum is minimized with iteration process.

The radiation performance of an antenna is impacted by the electromagnetic characteristics of media surrounding the antenna. Most of antennas used to working in neutral atmosphere. In such a case, the surrounding media is the neutral air. In other words, the electromagnetic characteristics of the surrounding media could be treated as vacuum. However, the surrounding media for spaceborne antenna is space plasma.
