Current cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL)activating immunotherapy requires a major histocompatibility complex I(MHC-I)-mediated presentation of tumor-associated antigens,which malfunctions in around half of patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Here,we create a LCL161-loaded macrophage membrane decorated nanoparticle(LMN)for immunotherapy of MHC-I-deficient *** on the macrophage membrane helps LMNs recognize CD47-expressing cancer cells for targeted delivery of LCL161,which induces the release of high mobility group protein 1 and proinflammatory cytokines from cancer *** released cytokines and high mobility group protein 1 activate antitumor immunity by increasing the intratumoral density of the phagocytic macrophage subtype by 15 times and elevating the intratumoral concentration of CTL lymphotoxin by 4.6 *** also block CD47-mediated phagocytosis *** inhibit the growth of MHC-I-deficient TNBC tumors,as well as those resistant to combined therapy of anti-PDL1 antibody and albumin-bound paclitaxel,and prolong the survival of animals,during which process CTLs also play important *** macrophage membrane-decorated nanoparticle presents a generalizable platform for increasing macrophagemediated antitumor immunity for effective immunotherapy of MHC-I-deficient cancers.

Background:Acute suppurative terminal cholangitis(ASTC)is rarer than acute obstructive cholangitis and is not well *** explore this subtype of acute cholangitis,we described our clinical experience with ***:We performed a retrospective review of patients with ASTC admitted to our center from September 2014 to August *** analyzed their clinical characteristics,including etiology,clinical manifestations,imaging features,treatment and ***:A total of 32 ASTC patients were included in the *** majority of the patients had a history of biliary operations,and clinical manifestations were occult and *** positive rate of bacterial culture was 46.9%.All the patients had typical imaging features on computed tomography and magnetic resonance *** with effective antibiotics was provided as soon as diagnosis was *** treatment,most patients had a good *** levels of total bilirubin,aspartate aminotransferase,procalcitonin and gamma-glutamyltransferase were the characteristics of critically ill patients and were associated with relatively poor ***:Our results demonstrated that ASTC should be recognized as a new subtype of acute cholangitis,and that earlier diagnosis and more personalized treatments are needed.

In this paper,RS,GIS and GPS technologies are used to interpret the remote sensing images of the north shore of Qinghai Lake from 1987 to 2014 according to the inversion results of vegetation coverage(FVC),albedo,land surface temperature(LST),soil moisture(WET)and other major parameters after image preprocessing,such as radiometric correction,geometric correction and atmospheric *** this basis,the decision tree classification method based on landsat8 remote sensing image is used to classify the desertification land in this area,and the development and change of desertification in this period are *** results show that the fluctuation of desertification land area in this area increased during the study period,but from 2003 to 2014,the land area of mild desertification,moderate desertification and severe desertification landwere respectively decreased 0.92,145.89 and 29.39 km2,while the area of serious desertification land still has a slow increasing *** the driving force of desertification change trend in this area is caused by human factors or global change needs to be further studied.

Main Detrainment Height of Deep Convection Systems over the Tibetan Plateau and Its Southern Slope

Deep convection systems (DCSs) can rapidly lift water vapor and other pollutants from the lower troposphere to the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere. The main detrainment height determines the level to which the air parcel is lifted. We analyzed the main detrainment height over the Tibetan Plateau and its southern slope based on the CloudSat Cloud Profiling Radar 2B_GEOPROF dataset and the Aura Microwave limb Sounder Level 2 cloud ice product onboard the Atrain constellation of Earth-observing satellites. It was found that the DCSs over the Tibetan Plateau and its southern slope have a higher main detrainment height (about 10-16 km) than other regions in the same latitude. The mean main detrainment heights are 12.9 and 13.3 km over the Tibetan Plateau and its southern slope, respectively. The cloud ice water path decreases by 16.8% after excluding the influences of DCSs, and the height with the maximum increase in cloud ice water content is located at 178 hPa (about 13 km). The main detrainment height and outflow horizontal range are higher and larger over the central and eastern Tibetan Plateau, the west of the southern slope, and the southeastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau than that over the northwestern Tibetan Plateau. The main detrainment height and outflow horizontal range are lower and broader at nighttime than during daytime.

AIM:To classify polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy(PCV)into 2 subtypes based on the subfoveal choroidal thickness(SFCT)and to further evaluate their multimodal image ***:A retrospective observational case series ***-four eyes of 64 patients with PCV were enrolled and classified into 2 groups based on SFCT(thick-choroid group/thin-choroid group).Then further analyze the spectrum domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT)and indocyanine green angiography(ICGA)differences of the two *** analysis included measurement of SFCT,maximum vascular diameter ratio(MVDR),choroidal vascularity index(CVI),central macular thickness(CMT),and the presence of pigment epithelial detachment(PED)on *** lesions(polyps)number,branching vascular network(BVN)area,greatest linear dimension(GLD),and the choroidal vascular hyperpermeability(CVH)were analyzed by ***:The distribution of SFCT was bimodal with two peaks at 195 and 285μm,and a trough at 225μ*** 225μm was taken as the cutoff point for the following classification of thick/thin choroid *** PCV eyes in the thick-choroid group presented with greater MVDR,CVI within 3 and 6 mm of the fovea,but lower CMT,less PED,small PED diameters on SD-OCT scans,and fewer polyps,smaller BVN and GLD,but more frequency of CVH on ***:The SFCT at 225μm can be used as a readily available indicator for the classification of PCV *** thick-choroid group presents much apparent enlargement of the choroidal layer and vasculature expansion,which indicates different pathogenesis of the two subtypes.

Recently,a report from Elite Readers suggested that a strange phenomenon of ’square-shaped waves’ had occurred at the beaches of the Isle of Rhe in the Bay of *** on the hydrological and geological data of the Bay of Biscay,we find that the special phenomenon is closely related to a solitary wave that can be described by the shallow water wave *** discuss the formation mechanisms of the square-shaped waves by the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili *** combination of exact solutions and actual condition provides the simulated initial *** then reproduce a square-shaped structure by a numerical method and obtain the result consistent with the observed picture from *** work enriches public understanding of strange water waves and has great significance for tourism development and shipping transportation.

We explore the ultimate fate of the Universe by using a divergence-free parametrization for dark energy w（z）=w0＋wa, [In（2 ＋ z） / （1 ＋ z） - In 2] . Unlike the Chevallier-Polarski-linder parametrization, this parametrization has well behaved, bounded behavior for both high redshifts and negative redshifts, and thus can genuinely cover many theoretical dark energy models. Alter constraining the parameter space of this parametrization by using the current cosmological observations, we find that, at the 95.4% confidence level, our Universe can still exist at least 16.7 Gyr before it ends in a big rip. Moreover, for the phantom energy dominated Universe, we find that a gravitationally bound system will be destroyed at a time t = P√2｜ 1 ＋ 3w（ 1）] / [6π] 1 ＋ w（-1）｜], where P is the period of a circular orbit around this system, before the big rip.

Despite the importance of maternally selected nests in shaping offspring phenotypes,our understanding of how the nest environment affects embryonic development and offspring traits of most non-avian reptiles is rather limited largely due to the logistical difficulty in locating their *** identify the relative contributions of environmental(temporal[seasonal]and spatial[nest-site])and intrinsic(clutch)factors on embryonic development and offspring traits,we conducted a cross-fostering experiment by swapping eggs between maternally-selected nests of the toad-headed agama(Phrynocephalus przewalskii)in the *** found that nest environment explained a large proportion of variation in incubation duration,hatching success,and offspring size and *** contrast,clutch only explained a small proportion of variation in these embryonic and offspring *** significantly,compared with spatial effects,seasonal effects explained more phenotypic variation in both embryonic development and offspring *** laid early in the nesting season had longer incubation durations and produced smaller hatchlings with higher post-hatching growth rates than did later-laid ***,hatchlings from early-laid eggs reached larger body sizes prior to *** addition,we found that female toad-headed agama did not select nests specific to reaction norms of their own offspring because hatchlings from original or translocated nests had similar phenotypic ***,our study demonstrates the importance of seasonal variation in nest environments in determining embryonic development and offspring phenotypes,which has not been widely appreciated at least in non-avian reptiles.
