In recent years,lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)are considered as one of the most promising new generation energies with the advantages of high theoretical speeific capacity of sulfur(1675 mAh·g^(-1)),abundant sulfur resources,and environmental friendliness storage technologies,and they are receiving wide attention from the ***,the problems of the shuttle effect and lithium dendrite growth in LSBs have limited their practical application,so there is a need to find ways to solve these *** is an excellent choice to use novel materials to modify battery *** those novel materials,the metal-organic framework(MOF)has the properties of regular pores and controllable *** applied as a positive electrode and diaphragm,it can restrain the shuttle effect and lithium dendrite growth,especially since it shows excellent performance in diaphragm ***,various design strategies and synthesis methods of MOF-modified separators are reviewed in this paper,and the applications of MOF in LSBs separators in different forms are introduced,including the composite of MOF and carbon-based materials,the compounding of MOF and polymer,self-carbonization to form MOF-derived *** the same time,different characterization techniques are systematically reviewed to obtain the physical and chemical properties of MOF particles and the working mechanism of MOF-modified diaphragm,which provides a basis for further research in this ***,some future research trends and directions are put forward to fully tap the future commercial potential of MOF-modified diaphragm in LSBs.

The shuttle effect of polysulfides is one of the key factors hindering the commercialization of lithiumsulfur batteries(LSBs).Owing to their high conductivity and advantageous structure,heterostructures can be used in sulfur fixation and catalysis of *** this study,a flower-shaped ZnO/ZnS heterostructure on a nitrogendoped porous carbon(NPC) sulfur host was *** ZnO/ZnS heterostructure regulates the electronic structure of the material and exhibits higher metal-like ***,the ZnO/ZnS heterostructure combines the strong adsorption property of ZnO and the high catalytic ability of ZnS to realize the anchoring-diffusionconversion of lithium poly sulfides(LiPSs).Results reveal that the developed ZnO/ZnS@NPC/S cathode has excellent electrochemical performance in LSBs,achieving a high discharge specific capacity of 1365.3 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1C and excellent rate capability(719 mAh·g^(-1) at 2C;the capacity decay rate is only 0.042% per cycle after 1000 cycles).Even under a high sulfur loading-E/S(electrolyte/sulfur)ratio of 5.1 mg·cm^(-2)-6 μl·mg^(-1),a high specific capacity of 723.7 mAh·g^(-1) is maintained after 60 *** study provides a new strategy for a multifunctional sulfur host that can effectively alleviate the shuttle effect of LiPSs and improve the utilization of sulfur active substances.

Latent profile analysis of perceived stress and influencing factors in colorectal cancer patients

Objective:To understand the latent categories of perceived stress in colorectal cancer patients and analyze the characteristics of different categories of ***:A total of 255 colorectal cancer patients receiving treatment in the gastrointestinal surgery and oncology depar tments of a ter tiary Grade A hospital in Sichuan Province,from January 2023 to June 2023,were selected as the study *** information questionnaire,Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),and Comprehensive Score Table for Patient-Repor ted Outcome Measures of Economic Toxicity(COST-PROM)were used for data ***:Perceived stress in colorectal cancer patients was classified into 3 latent categories:C1“Low stress-stable type”(19.2%),C2“Moderate stress-uncontrolled type”(23.9%),and C3“High stress-anxious type”(56.9%).The average score of perceived stress was(34.07±5.08).Compared with C1 type,patients with a monthly household income of≤3000 RMB were more likely to belong to the C2 and C3 types(P<0.05),and patients without a stoma were less likely to belong to C3 type(P<0.05).Compared with C2 type,male patients were more likely to belong to C3 type(P<0.05),and patients without a stoma were less likely to belong to C3 type(P<0.05).Compared with C3 type,patients with higher economic toxicity scores were more likely to be classified into C1 and C2 types(P<0.05).Conclusions:Perceived stress in colorectal cancer patients exhibits distinct categorical *** gender,lower income,presence of a stoma,and higher economic toxicity are associated with higher levels of perceived stress in colorectal cancer patients.

背景十二指肠型滤泡性淋巴瘤(duodenal-type follicular lymphoma,DFL)是临床上罕见的良性肿瘤性疾病,无典型的临床表现,内镜和病理可协助诊断,对该疾病认识不足容易漏诊、误诊,治疗和预后也缺乏统一认识.病例简介患者4名的年龄区间为47岁至74岁,无症状或以不典型消化系统症状来诊,行胃镜检查发现在十二指肠降部或球降部交界处簇状隆起.根据内镜下表现、病理学形态和免疫组化等明确诊断.4例均选择随诊观察,截止至目前的随访时间为7 mo至72 mo病情稳定.结论DFL主要发生在十二指肠降部或球降部交界处,内镜下主要表现为息肉样隆起.组织学形态符合典型DFL表现.免疫组织提示:肿瘤细胞均表达Bcl-2、Bcl-6、CD10、CD20、CD79α、滤泡树突网CD21、CD23阳性,瘤细胞Cyclin D1、CD3、CD5、Mum1均呈阴性,Ki-67增值指数较低(5%至30%).腹部增强CT一般无明显表现,少数可发现胃肠壁增厚或肠系膜脂膜炎,排除腹部其他部位病变,排除继发于感染的反应性淋巴滤泡增生,结合病理诊断为DFL.4名患者均选择随访观察方案,截止至目前的随访时间为7 mo至72 mo,均未出现明显不适,内镜下及病理未见病变进展.文献复习大多数随诊观察患者预后良好,少部分的随诊观察患者会出现复发或进展,部分可见自愈.因此,DFL是临床上罕见的良性肿瘤性疾病,无典型的临床表现,但具有典型的内镜和病理学特征,尽管极少数病例出现复发及加重,但过度治疗可能不能改善预后并且加重经济负担和影响患者的生活质量,常规选择随诊观察是合理的.

KRT17 Promotes the Activation of HSCs via EMT in Liver Fibrosis

Background and Aims:Although activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)plays a central role in the development of liver fibrosis,the mechanism underlying the activation of HSCs remains *** 17(KRT17),a member of the intermediate filament family,can regulate tumor cell proliferation and *** current study aimed to elucidate the role of KRT17 in the activation of HSCs and the mechanisms underlying liver ***:The expression of KRT17 was determined using immunohistochemistry in tissue *** blotting and qRT-PCR assays were used to determine the KRT17 expression in fibrotic liver tissues obtained from human subjects and ***-2 cells were treated with TGF-β1 recombinant protein and adipocyte differentiation mixture(MDI)mix to induce and reverse LX-2 cell activation,respectively,in order to explore the correlation between KRT17 and HSC ***,cell proliferation and migration abilities of LX-2 cells transfected with KRT17-overexpressing plasmid or small interfering RNA were determined using CCK-8,flow cytometry,Transwell,and wound healing ***,rescue assay was used to explore the role of KRT17 in HSC activation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).Results:The expression of KRT17 was higher in the hu-man and mouse fibrotic liver tissues than in healthy liver tissues,and it was positively correlated with HSC *** KRT17 enhanced proliferation,migration,HSC activation and EMT in LX-2 cells,while knockdown of KRT17 reversed these ***-β1 recombinant protein accelerated KRT17-mediated EMT,HSC activation and proliferation,while TGF-β1 inhibitor counteracted the effect of KRT17 in ***:KRT17 promoted HSC activation,proliferation and EMT in hepatic fibrosis probably via TGF-β1 signaling,and KRT17 might serve as a therapeutic target for the treatment of liver fibrosis.

Optical monitoring and intra-day variabilities of BL Lac Objects OJ 287

Using the 1.26 m National Astronomical Observatory-Guangzhou University Infrared/Optical Telescope(NGT),we monitor one BL Lac object,OJ *** this source,we obtain 15094 gri observations(4900 at g band,5184 at r band and 5010 at i band)in 155 nights from 2014 December 13 to 2019 *** on the upper observations,we obtain the following results.(1)The total variation amplitude is~2.3 mag.(2)There are intra-day variabilities(IDVs).The IDV timescales(△T)are in the range from 7.69 min(Δm=0.06±0.02 mag)to 371.09 min(Δm=0.26±0.04 mag).(3)There are strong correlations betweenΔT andΔm,△m=(2.91±0.66)×10^(-4)ΔT+(0.08±0.009),with r=0.52,p=5.33×10^(-5).(4)There are intra-day periods in this source,with the period P≈94 min on 2017 December *** we supplement the observations from the literature,we can obtain that the long-term period is about 12.02±0.41 yr.(5)The spectral properties of OJ 287 show the bluer-when-brighter behavior,whatever state the source is at.

Marginalization and abandonment of paddy terraces are widespread,but their effects on the sustainability of subsequent agricultural production are still *** Paddy Terraces,included in Globally Important Agriculture Heritage Systems,are threatened by paddy fields ***,changes in terrace structure,the productivity of topsoil(0-20 cm),and soil water holding capacity at 0-70 cm depth were determined in a case study of Hani Paddy Terraces in Amengkong River Basin in Yuanyang County in Southwestern China,which had been converted into dryland terraces for 2-14 *** results showed that:(1)The degree of terrace structures degradation exhibited a U-shaped curve with increasing time since draining,with those drained for 5-9 years having the best structure;(2)Soil productivity index decreased first and then increased with time after conversion;(3)Maximum water holding capacity at 0-70 cm soil depth dramatically decreased after conversion and such trend became increasingly obvious with increasing time since *** study revealed that drainage of paddy terraces along with associated changes in crop and field management led to an increase in soil productivity,but degradation of terrace structures and a decrease in water holding capacity will inhibit restoration to paddy *** findings enhance the understanding of the biophysical changes due to marginalization in paddy terraces.

Lithium-sulfur batteries are a promising candidate for next-generation energy storage due to their high theoretical energy ***,S insulation and the lithium polysulfide intermediate’s shuttle effect greatly hinder its practical *** this paper,a three-dimensional porous graphene oxide(GO)/MXene(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))(GM)aerogel is designed and applied to a lithium-sulfur battery to settle the problem *** this strategy,two-dimensional(2D)GO sheets and highly conductive MXene nanosheets are integrated to form a 3D porous aerogel structure,creating a 3D conductive network and large polar surfaces,which can simultaneously achieve fast Li-ion/electron transport,strong chemical anchoring sulfur,and promot redox reactions between poly ***,the cathode shows excellent sulfur utilization and cycle *** prepared GM electrode battery has been tested for nearly nine months at 0.1C,providing the high initial capacity of 1255.62 mAh·g^(-1)and maintaining615.7 mAh·g^(-1)after 450 cycles.

The lithology and composition of lunar mantle modified by ilmenite bearing cumulate:A thermodynamic model

Due to their high density,the ilmenite-bearing cumulates(IBC)(with or without KREEP)formed during the late-stage lunar magma ocean solidification are thought to sink into the underlying lunar mantle and trigger lunar mantle *** evidence implied that IBC may descend deep inside the Moon and remain as a partially molten layer at the core-mantle boundary(CMB).However,partial melting may have occurred on the mixed mantle cumulates during the sinking of IBC/KREEP and the silicate melt may be positively buoyant,thus preventing the IBC/KREEP layer from sinking to the ***,we perform thermodynamic simulation on the stability of lunar mantle cumulates at different depths mixed with different amounts of IBC/KREEP from an updated LMO *** modeling results suggest that the sinking of IBC/KREEP will cause at least 5 wt%partial melting in the shallow(~120 km)and a much larger degree of partial melting in the deep lunar mantle(~420 km).Due to the density contrast with the surrounding mantle,IBC/KREEP-bearing melts could potentially decouple under certain *** modified lunar mantle by sinking of IBC/KREEP can better explain the formation of different kinds of lunar basaltic magma than the primary lunar mantle formed through differentiation of lunar magma *** of IBC/KREEP back into the lunar mantle may introduce plagioclase,clinopyroxene,garnet,and incompatible radioactive elements into the deep lunar mantle,which will further affect the thermal and chemical evolution of the lunar interior.
