The effects of ionic emulsifier, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfate (SDBS), on the formation of the multihollow structures in sub-micron sized polymer particles produced by alkali/acid posttreatment were investigated. The original latex particles with narrow size distribution were synthesized by a new sequence emulsifier-free/emulsifier emulsion copolymerization of styrene (St) and methacrylic acid (MAA). Results indicated that the pore size decreased and the pore number increased with the increase of SDBS amount, and the morphology of the posttreated latex particles was also significantly influenced by the introducing time of SDBS in the preparation of the original latex particles, and a suitable introducing time was 3 h of polymerization. Genomic in situ hybridization banding （GISH-banding）, a technique slightly modified from conventional GISH, was used to probe the Chinese native rye （Secale cereale L.） DNA, and enabled us to visualize the individual rye chromosomes and create a universal reference karyotype of the S. cereale chromosome 1R to 7R. The GISH-banding approach used in the present study was able to discriminate S. cereale chromosomes or segments in the wheat （Triticum aestivum L.） background, including the Triticale, wheat-rye addition and translocation lines. Moreover, the GISH-banding pattern of S. cereale subsp. Afghanicum chromosomes was consistent with that of Chinese native rye cv. Jingzhou rye; whereas the GISH-banding pattern of Secale vavilovii was different from that of S. cereale, indicating that GISH-banding can be used to study evolutionary polymorphism in species or subspecies of Secale. In addition, the production and application of GISH-banding to the study of adenine-thymine-riched heterochromaUn is discussed.

Objective This study aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shengxue tablet for treating renal *** A total of 200 patients with renal anemia from December 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into two *** in the control group were treated with polysaccharide-iron complex,and those in the experimental group were administered Jianpi Shengxue *** 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the therapeutic outcomes regarding anemia were compared between the two *** After treatment,the red blood cell(RBC)count,hematocrit(HCT),reticulocyte percentage(RET),ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI),transferrin saturation(TSAT),and serum albumin(ALB)all increased(Plinical symptom score and total iron binding capacity decreased(Plinical symptoms(fatigue,anorexia,dull skin complexion,numbness of hands and feet)in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group(Plinical symptoms of patients with renal anemia.

Fracture evolution and pressure relief gas drainage from distant protected coal seams under an extremely thick key stratum

When an extremely thick rock bed exists above a protected coal seam in the bending zone given the condition of a mining protective seam, this extremely thick rock bed controls the movement of the entire overlying stratum. This extremely thick rock bed, called a ＂main key stratum＂, will not subside nor break for a long time, causing lower fractures and bed separations not to close and gas can migrate to the bed separation areas along the fractures. These bed separations become gas enrichment areas. By analyzing the rule of fracture evolution and gas migration under the main key stratum after the deep protective coal seam has been mined, we propose a new gas drainage method which uses bore holes, drilled through rock and coal seams at great depths for draining pressure relief gas. In this method, the bores are located at a high level suction roadway （we can also drill them in the drilling field located high in an air gateway）. Given the practice in the Haizi mine, the gas drainage rate can reach 73% in the middie coal group, with a gas drainage radius over 100 m.

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

文中介绍了各种多孔聚合物微球的制备方法及其成孔机理。多孔聚合物微球可分为微米级和亚微米级两大类。微米级多孔球多为开孔结构,常采用悬浮聚合法和聚合物种子溶胀法来制备,聚合物种子溶胀法又可分为一步溶胀法、两步溶胀法和动力学溶胀法。其中悬浮聚合法工艺简单、环境污染小、生产成本低,但所得微球粒径单分散性不好;近年来对种子溶胀法研究的较多,可以制备粒径单分散开孔聚合物微球。亚微米级多为闭孔结构,可通过碱酸分段处理法、碱冷却处理法和碱后处理法制得。

Cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS)has long been used to produce seedless fruits in perennial woody crops like citrus.A male-sterile somatic cybrid citrus(G1+HBP)was generated by protoplast fusion between a CMS callus parent‘Guoqing No.1’Satsuma mandarin(Citrus unshiu,G1)and a fertile mesophyll parent Hirado Buntan pummelo(Citrus grandis,HBP).To uncover the male-sterile mechanism of G1+HBP,we compared the transcriptome profiles of stamen organ and cell types at five stages between G1+HBP and HBP,including the initial stamen primordia,enlarged stamen primordia,pollen mother cells,tetrads,and microspores captured by laser *** stamen organ and cell types showed distinct gene expression profiles.A majority of genes involved in stamen development were differentially expressed,especially CgAP3.2,which was downregulated in enlarged stamen primordia and upregulated in tetrads of G1+HBP compared with *** acid-and auxin-related biological processes were enriched among the differentially expressed genes of stamen primordia,and the content of jasmonic acid biosynthesis metabolites was higher in flower buds and anthers of G1+*** contrast,the content of auxin biosynthesis metabolites was lower in G1+*** mitochondrial tricarboxylic acid cycle and oxidative phosphorylation processes were enriched among the differentially expressed genes in stamen primordia,meiocytes,and microspores,indicating the dysfunction of mitochondria in stamen organ and cell types of G1+*** together,the results indicate that malfunction of mitochondria-nuclear interaction might cause disorder in stamen development,and thus lead to male sterility in the citrus cybrid.

针对作业车间调度问题(JSP),提出基于决策树的调度规则挖掘方法,用于从基于传统优化方法所获得的优化调度方案中提取新的调度规则,指导作业车间调度过程.将时间Petri网络用于描述作业车间的调度过程,给出基于Petri网建模的分支定界算法用于搜寻优化调度方案.结合数据挖掘中的决策树分类技术,提出一种新的调度规则挖掘方法.该方法用于提取隐藏在优化调度方案中的调度模式,并将其用作新的作业车间调度规则.针对最小化最大完工时间(makespan)性能指标,在一组测试案例和一组benchmark问题上的对比实验结果表明:相对于已有的同类调度规则和传统的优先调度规则,利用该方法所构建的决策树调度规则能够生成更小的makespan值,从而证明了该方法的可行性和有效性.
