一、X连锁肌萎缩的遗传服务 Dystrophin基因的缺失突变可引起病情严重的DMD或病情较轻的BMD,有两个高频缺失区(HFDR)分别位于dystro-phin基因5’端下游500及1200kb处。我们改进了在文献中已报道了的三种PCR反应,使我们实验室能分析dystrophin基因的30个外显子。用这些PCR方法查出了Sou-thern印迹法及cDNA探针在152个患者中查出的96种缺失中的95种,唯一一种未查出的缺失为外显子22到25,但产生了一个接头片段。

Mobile and Internet network coverage plays an important role in digital transformation and the exploitation of new services. The evolution of mobile networks from the first generation (1g) to the 5th generation is still a long process. 2g networks have developed the messaging service, which complements the already operational voice service. 2g technology has rapidly progressed to the third generation (3g), incorporating multimedia data transmission techniques. It then progressed to fourth generation (4g) and LTE (Long Term Evolution), increasing the transmission speed to improve 3g. Currently, developed countries have already moved to 5g. In developing countries, including Burundi, a member of the East African Community (ECA) where more than 80% are connected to 2g technologies, 40% are connected to the 3g network and 25% to the 4g network and are not yet connected to the 5g network and then still a process. The objective of this article is to analyze the coverage of 2g, 3g and 4g networks in Burundi. This analysis will make it possible to identify possible deficits in order to reduce the digital divide between connected urban areas and remote rural areas. Furthermore, this analysis will draw the attention of decision-makers to the need to deploy networks and coverage to allow the population to access mobile and Internet services and thus enable the digitalization of the population. Finally, this article shows the level of coverage, the digital divide and an overview of the deployment of base stations (BTS) throughout the country to promote the transformation and digital inclusion of services.

The authors reviewed the results of their research on the structure and composition of normal and varicocele semi-niferous tubules in adolescents. They give new evidences of normal structure of adolescent testis and demonstrate, forthe first time, the ultrastructural and immunohistochemical modifications of the lamina propria and basal lamina in theadolescent varicocele patients, which are similar to those observed in adults, but less severe, and of the adherence junc-tions in seminiferous tubules. They also report the presence of oxidative stress in adolescents limited to testis and notgeneralised as in the adults. These data are well correlated to different clinical studies that support the hypothesis of aprogressive course of varicocele and the need for surgical treatment in adolescent varicocele patients. Colorectal cancer (CRC) represents one of the leading causes of tumor-related deaths worldwide. Among the various tools at physicians’ disposal for the diagnostic management of the disease, tomographic imaging (e.g., CT, MRI, and hybrid PET imaging) is considered essential. The qualitative and subjective evaluation of tomographic images is the main approach used to obtain valuable clinical information, although this strategy suffers from both intrinsic and operator-dependent limitations. More recently, advanced imaging techniques have been developed with the aim of overcoming these issues. Such techniques, such as diffusion-weighted MRI and perfusion imaging, were designed for the “in vivo” evaluation of specific biological tissue features in order to describe them in terms of quantitative parameters, which could answer questions difficult to address with conventional imaging alone (e.g., questions related to tissue characterization and prognosis). Furthermore, it has been observed that a large amount of numerical and statistical information is buried inside tomographic images, resulting in their invisibility during conventional assessment. This information can be extracted and represented in terms of quantitative parameters through different processes (e.g., texture analysis). Numerous researchers have focused their work on the significance of these quantitative imaging parameters for the management of CRC patients. In this review, we aimed to focus on evidence reported in the academic literature regarding the application of parametric imaging to the diagnosis, staging and prognosis of CRC while discussing future perspectives and present limitations. While the transition from purely anatomical to quantitative tomographic imaging appears achievable for CRC diagnostics, some essential milestones, such as scanning and analysis standardization and the definition of robust cut-off values, must be achieved before quantitative tomographic imaging can be incorporated into
