The vegetative development of cabbage(Brassica oleracea ***)passes through seedling,rosette,folding and heading *** that form the rosette are large and mostly *** the following developmental stages,the plants produce leaves that curve inward to produce the leafy *** microRNAs and their target genes have been described participating in leaf.development and leaf *** aim of this study is to investigate the role of miRNA-regulated genes in the transition from the rosette to the heading *** compared the mi RNA and gene abundances between emerging rosette and heading *** remove transcripts(miRNAs and genes)whose regulation was most likely associated with plant age rather than the change from rosette to heading stage,we utilized a non-heading collard green(*** ***)morphotype as *** resulted in 33 deMs and 1998 deGs with likely roles in the transition from rosette to heading stage in *** these 1998 deGs,we found enriched GO terms related to DNA-binding transcription factor activity,transcription regulator activity,iron ion binding,and *** predicted the target genes of these 33 deMs and focused on the subset that was differentially expressed(1998deGs)between rosette and heading stage leaves to construct mi RNA-target gene interaction *** main finding is a role for miR396b-5p targeting two Arabidopsis thaliana orthologues of GROWTH REGULATING fACTORs 3(GRf3)and 4(GRf4)in pointed cabbage head formation.

化疗引起的恶心呕吐(CINV)是众多抗癌药物治疗中常见的不良事件,不仅会对患者生活质量带来负面影响,还有可能影响化疗效果。目前,指南建议的止吐方案可以预防大部分癌症患者的CINV。但临床医师并不能始终遵循指南建议,患者也常常难以坚持医师处方的治疗。因此需要采取一些提高指南依从性的方法。奈妥匹坦帕洛诺司琼(NEPA)是首个也是唯一一个固定剂量复方止吐药,由奈妥匹坦(口服)/福奈妥匹坦(静脉给药)与帕洛诺司琼(PALO)组成。NEPA可以联合地塞米松组成三联止吐方案,这是用于高致吐性化疗(HEC)患者和部分中致吐性化疗(MEC)患者预防CINV的推荐方案。因此,NEPA止吐治疗操作简单便捷,可能有助于提高指南依从性。本综述对CINV进行了概括,评价了在临床试验和真实实践中积累的NEPA止吐效果及安全性方面的证据,同时也评价了在关键临床试验之外的环境下,即日常临床环境中使用NEPA进行止吐的初步证据。此外,本文还评述了化疗期间使用NEPA控制恶心症状和提高患者生活质量,这是癌症患者管理中面临的两个大挑战。

Myzus persicae has severe economic impact on pepper(Capsicum)***,we identified two populations of ***,NL and SW,that were avirulent and virulent,respectively on *** accession *** transcriptomics approach used in the current study,which is the first study to explore the pepper−aphid interaction at the whole genome gene expression level,revealed genes whose expression is differentially regulated in pepper accession PB2013071 upon infestation with these *** *** NL population induced ROS production genes,while the SW population induced ROS scavenging genes and repressed ROS production *** also found that the SW population can induce the removal of ROS which accumulated in response to preinfestion with the NL population,and that preinfestation with the SW population significantly improved the performance of the NL *** paper supports the hypothesis that *** can overcome the resistance in accession PB2013071 probably because of its ability to manipulate plant defense response especially the ROS metabolism and such ability may benefit avirulent conspecific aphids.

Remote sensing of atmospheric water vapor using global positioning system（GPS） data has become an effective tool in meteorology,weather forecasting and climate research. This paper presents the estimation of precipitable water（PW）from GPS observations and meteorological data in Algeria,over three stations located at Algiers,Bechar and *** objective of this study is to analyze the sensitivity of the GPS PW estimates for the three sites to the weighted mean temperature（T;）,obtained separately from two types of T;–T;regression [one general,and one developed specifically for Algeria（T;stands for surface temperature）],and calculated directly from ERA-Interim data. The results show that the differences in T;are of the order of 18 K,producing differences of 2.01 mm in the final evaluation of PW. A good agreement is found between GPS-PW and PW calculated from radiosondes,with a small mean difference with Vaisala radiosondes.A comparison between GPS and ERA-Interim shows a large difference（4 mm） in the highlands region. This difference is possibly due to the topography. These first results are encouraging,in particular for meteorological applications in this region,with good hope to extend our dataset analysis to a more complete,nationwide coverage over Algeria.

As a Nature-Based Solution,urban forests deliver a number of environmental ecosystem services(EESs).To quantify these EESs,well-defined,reliable,quantifiable and stable indicators are *** literature analysis and expert knowledge gathered within COST Action fP1204 GreenInUrbs,we proposed a classification of urban forest EESs into three categories:(A)regulation of air,water,soil and climate;(B)provisioning of habitat quality;and(C)provisioning of other goods and *** category is divided into EES types:(a)amelioration of air quality;restoration of soil and water;amelioration of the microclimate;removal of CO2 from the air;(b)provision of habitat for biodiversity;support for resilient urban ecosystems;provision of genetic diversity;and(c)provision of energy and nutrients;provision of grey infrastructure *** EES type provides one or more *** each of these 12 benefits,we propose a set of indicators to be used when analyzing the impacts on the identified *** half of the 36 indicators are relevant to more than one single benefit,which highlights complex *** indicators of wider applicability are tree and stand characteristics,followed by leaf physical traits and tree species *** knowledge is needed for the optimization of the EESs delivered by urban forests,now and in the future.

dense genetic maps create a base for QTL analysis of important traits and future implementation of marker-assisted *** tetraploid rose,the existing linkage maps includef 7 chromosomes).Here we used the 68k WagRhSNP Axiom single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)array for rose,in combination with SNP dosage calling at the tetraploid level,to genotype offspring from the garden rose cultivar‘Red New Dawn’.The offspring proved to be not from a single bi-parental *** rose breeding,crosses with unintended parents occur *** developed a strategy to separate progeny into putative populations,even while one of the parents was unknown,using principle component analysis on pairwise genetic distances based on sets of selected SNP markers that were homozygous,and therefore uninformative for one *** of the inferred populations was consistent with self-fertilization of‘Red New Dawn’.Subsequently,linkage maps were generated for a bi-parental and a self-pollinated population with‘Red New Dawn’as the common maternal *** densest map,for the selfed parent,had 1929 SNP markers on 25 linkage groups,covering 1765.5 cM at an average marker distance of 0.9 *** with the strawberry(fragaria vesca)genome was *** ICM1 corresponded to *** pseudochromosome 7(fv7),ICM4 to fv4,ICM5 to fv3,ICM6 to fv2 and ICM7 to *** ICM2 corresponded to parts of *** pseudochromosomes 1 and 6,whereas ICM3 is syntenic to the remainder of fv6.

目的评价应用3种不同的牙胶充填技术，对比AH26和AHplus在体外进行充填根管的封闭性能。材料和方法940颗单根管牙用冠下法／步退法预备根管（2．5％的次氯酸钠超声冲洗）．用冷牙胶侧压充填法、混合牙胶充填法及Thermafil充填法充填根管。离体牙分别存放1天、1周、2周，1个月和6个月后，用墨水浸90小时．纵向剖开牙根．立体显微镜下观察染色渗透的扩展程度，用Kruskal-Wallis方法和Mann-Whitney方法进行统计学分析。结果根尖渗漏：每一个观察时间点，AH26组和AHplus组各组组内均无统计学上的显著性差异．两种封闭材料组间亦无显著性差异。冠方渗漏：在1天、1周和2周观察点．AH26组和AHplus组的Thermafil牙胶充填法渗漏值均比混合加压法高：AH26在1周内只有Termafil充填法比冷侧压法高，AHplus在l周内冷侧压法比混合加压法高。结论 1周至6个月的任何一个观察期内．AH26组和AH plus组采用同样的牙胶充填技术时，根尖和冠方根管封闭效果相同。
