随机对照试验（RCt）研究显示，对于急性、移位的锁骨中段骨折患者采用钢板固定，患者自我测评与医生测评肩部功能评分结果较好，并可减少骨不连或其他并发症的发生，从而减少需要另外进行治疗的可能，而且比行保守治疗患者愈合快。钢板固定的患者比未行手术治疗耆更易表现出对肩部外观的高满意度。但保守治疗组有较高失访率，会影响到结果。对此，急性锁骨中段骨折患者的病例组研究数据可提供理论支持，但并非所有结论均来自RCt。患者的差异性、骨折特性以及研究所采用的方法不同可在一定程度上解释结论的非一致性。因此，需要在方法上更进一步通过严格的对照研究来证实这些结论。

电流效率和电能消耗是铝电解生产中最重要的指标。因此 ,对全世界的铝厂来说提高电流效率的同时降低电耗成为一个挑战性课题。一项全新的热量和物质平衡控制模型 (称之为 9区控制模型 ) ,首次在河南神火铝电公司2 0 0kA电解槽上进行试验。通过六个多月的试验 ,9区控制有效地稳定了电解生产过程 ,降低了温度波动 ,使电流效率提高了 1 .0 4% ,直流电耗降低了 1 74kWh/t-Al。

the purpose of the present study was to analyze quality of life (QoL) levels and depressive symptoms in female models in comparison to non-models. the study was conducted in Estacao Saúde Gym, in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. the sample of the study was composed of ten runaway and/or commercial female models between the ages of 15 and 25 from Cast One Models agency and eight control adolescent and young adult students from public/private schools and universities, all from Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Quality of life and depressive symptoms of all participants were evaluated. Data were described by mean and standard deviation values. the main results were analyzed by independent t-test for comparison between models and non-models, adopting a significance level (α) of 0.05. No differences were found between the groups in the analyzed variables (p > 0.05). the results of our study, suggest that professional runaway and commercial female models have similar QoL and depressive symptoms when compared to their control counterparts.

目的:评价巴塞罗那结核病控制规程的效果和提出评价指标。材料和方法:应用定量指标评价1987至1999年规程的结果和作用,按指标内容进行统计分析,包括结素试验反应趋势和发病率的变化。结果:结核病发病率1987至1991年上升(P=0.10),1991至1999年之间下降(Pt)的病例百分比和0-4岁组儿童中脑膜炎有明显下降,均具有统计学意义。然而,在涂阳病例诊断延迟和检查接触者的病例百分比没有显著改变。评价显示结核病发病率平均年递降率为6.7％。坚持治疗率达到目标(在涂阳病例中为94.5％)。平均诊断延迟中位数(36天)和接触者检查的病例百分比(平均59.8％)仍不乐观。结论:评价结果总体上是好的。认为发病率下降、儿童脑膜炎、治疗坚持率、诊断延迟和检查接触者的病例百分比是结核病规程较好的评价指标。

BACKGROUND Perioperative fluorouracil plus leucovorin,oxaliplatin,and docetaxel(FLOt)improves prognosis in locally advanced gastric cancer(LAGC).Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte(NLR),lymphocyte-tomonocyte(LMR),and platelet-to-lymphocyte(PLR)ratios are prognostic biomarkers but not predictive *** to assess blood ratios’(NLR,LMR and PLR)potential predictive response to FLOt and survival outcomes in resectable LAGC *** this was a multicentric retrospective study investigating the clinical potential of NLR,LMR,and PLR in resectable LAGC patients,treated with at least one preoperative FLOt cycle,from 12 Portuguese *** were compared through non-parametric Mann-Whitney *** operating characteristic curve analysis defined the cut-off values as:High PLR>141 for progression and>144 for mortality;high LMR>3.56 for t stage regression(tSR).Poisson and Cox regression models the calculated relative risks/hazard ratios,using NLR,pathologic complete response,tSR,and tumor regression grade(tRG)as independent variables,and overall survival(OS)as the dependent *** this study included 295 patients(mean age,63.7 years;59.7% males).NLR was correlated with survival time(r=0.143,P=0.014).PLR was associated with systemic progression during FLOt(P=0.022)and mortality(P=0.013),with high PLR patients having a 2.2-times higher risk of progression[95% confidence interval(CI):0.89-5.26]and 1.5-times higher risk of mortality(95%CI:0.92-2.55).LMR was associated with tSR,and high LMR patients had a 1.4-times higher risk of achieving tSR(95%CI:1.01-1.99).OS benefit was found with tSR(P=0.015)and partial/complete tRG(Ptients without tSR and with no evidence of pathological response had 2.1-times(95%CI:1.14-3.96)and 2.8-times(95%CI:1.6-5)higher risk of *** Higher NLR is correlated with longer survival *** LMR patients have a higher risk of decreasing t stage,whereas high PLR patients have higher odds of progressing under FLOt a

AIM： to assess if the included vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） polymorphisms rs3025035, rs3025021 and rs2010963 are associated to proliferative retinopathy in a Mexican population with type 2 diabetes mellitus （t2DM）. MEtHODS： A case-control study was conducted in adult individuals with t2DM associated to proliferative retinopathy or non-proliferative retinopathy from Oct. 2014 to Jun. 2015 from the Retina Department of the Asociation to Prevent Blindness in Mexico. the selected patients were adults with a diagnosis of t2DM ≥5y. All subjects had a comprehensive ocular examination and the classification of the retinopathy severity was made considering the Early treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study （EtDRS） standardization protocols. Genomic DNA was extracted from whole fresh blood. All samples were genotyped by qPCR for selected VEGF polymorphisms. Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was calculated by comparing Chi-square values between the expected and the observed values for genotype ***： In total 142 individuals were enrolled, 71 individuals with t2DM and associated proliferative retinopathy and 71 individuals with non-proliferative retinopathy. One-sided Fisher’s exact test was performed for rs3025021 [OR （95% CI）=0.44（0.08-2.2）; P=0.25] and rs2010963 [OR （95% CI）=0.63（0.25-1.6）; P=0.23]. the minor allelic frequencies obtained were 26% for rs3025021, 10% for rs3025035 and 61% for rs2010963. the pairwise linkage disequilibrium between the three SNP was assessed, and was as follows： rs3025021 vs rs3025035： D’=1.0, r2=0.1043, P≤0.0001; rs3025021 vs rs2010963： D’=0.442, r2=0.0446, P=0.149; rs3025035 vs rs2010963： D’=0.505, r2=0.0214, P=***： this is the first analysis involving VEGF polymorphisms and proliferative diabetic retinopathy in a Mexican population. Small-scale crop production in many parts of tanzania is constrained by many problems among which soil fertility degradation is a major problem. Over 80% of cassava (Manihot esculenta) production in tanzania is done by the small-scale farmers who continuously cultivate their fields, but use limited inputs to restore depleted plant nutrients. the objective of this study was to examine the best legume species that could be incorporated in cassava (Manihot esculenta) production systems under farmers’ conditions and result in increase in soil fertility and crop yields. Mucuna pruriens and Canavalia ensiformis were either incorporated with cassava (Manihot esculenta) or planted as sole crop in rotation with cassava. Mucuna pruriens and Canavalia ensiformis were found to produce almost similar amount of biomass. the two legumes, however, produced higher biomass in rotation than intercropping system. the amount of biomass produced by Mucuna pruriens and Canavalia ensiformis in rotation system was 6.28 t·ha-1 and 5.31 t·ha-1, respectively. the Mucuna use represents an input of nitrogen into the soil which simulates a saving cost of 181.42 and 141.96 US$ ha-1. In the first year, cassava root yields were significantly increased (p trol (continuous sole cassava) (1.44 t·ha-1) by the use of intercropping of cassava (Manihot esculenta) with Mucuna pruriens (2.41 t·ha-1) and or Canavalia ensiformis (2.25 t·ha-1). Intercropping and rotation of cassava with legumes increase cassava yield and represent a sustainable alternative to reduce the farms’ dependence on external inputs and to enhance inherent soil fertility.

the model profession uses the appearance for the representation of products and brands via events. For some individuals that are included in this medium, plus a laboral activity, modeling becomes a lifestyle, the search for the status and work opportunities turn a dream for a thousands of children and teenagers because the profession has particulars experiences. to win this, many girls change physical and eating behaviors which are harmful to health. the objective of this study was to analyze the health-related physical fitness in female models comparing them with non-models. the study was conducted at the Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Participated of the study female runway and commercial models bokered in Cast One Models, with age between 15 - 25 years old. the non-models were students from public and private schools or university students. the health-related physical fitness, the physical activity levels and dietary intake were assessed of all participants. the data were described as mean and standard deviation. For comparison between models and non-models was used t independent test for variables normally distributed and U Mann-Whitney test for not normally distributed variables, adopting a level of significance (α) of 0.05. It was found difference in total energy between model group and non-model (GM: 1509.78 kcal, NM: 2292.51 Kcal;p = 0.014). there were no differences between groups in the others variables analyzed (p > 0.05). In conclusion, the profession model seems not interfere in variables that make up the health-related physical fitness.

this study assessed the quality parameters and consumer perception and behavior of butter processed with different ratios of cow and sheep milk *** milk cream butter(CMCB)showed lower moisture content and higher fat content,smaller fat globules,and higher concentrations of long-chain saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids,resulting in improved potential health *** addition,CMCB showed yellow color,little salt,and butter taste as the main sensory characteristics,resulting in grateful and good digestibility *** milk cream addition improved the rheological properties of the products(lower viscosity,consistency index,and rigidity(J0),and higher fluidity and viscoelastic behavior(J1)),mainly due to the increased concentrations of short-chain and medium-chain saturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty ***,sheep milk cream butter(SMCB)was characterized by a greasy and striking aroma,with a lower perception of good digestibility and good appearance,and a higher bitter *** association of cow and sheep milk cream could be an exciting option to obtain products with improved fatty acid profiles,health indices,and yet maintain desired rheological and sensory *** formulation with 60%sheep milk cream and 40%cow milk cream would be the suggested combination.
