Solar eruptive events,like flares and coronal mass ejections,are characterized by the rapid release of energy that can give rise to emission of radiation across the entire electromagnetic spectrum and to an abrupt significant increase in the kinetic energy of *** energetic phenomena can have important effects on the space weather conditions and therefore it is necessary to understand their origin,in particular,what is the eruptive potential of an active region(AR).In these case studies,we compare two distinct methods that were used in previous works to investigate the variations of some characteristic physical parameters during the pre-flare states of flaring *** methods consider:i)the magnetic flux evolution and magnetic helicity accumulation,and ii)the fractal and multi-fractal properties of flux concentrations in *** comparative analysis is based on time series of photospheric data obtained by the Solar Dynamics Observatory between March 2011 and June *** selected two distinct samples of ARs:one is distinguished by the occurrence of more energetic M-and X-class flare events,that may have a rapid effect on not just the near-Earth space,but also on the terrestrial environment;the second is characterized by no-flares or having just a few C-and B-class *** found that the two tested methods complement each other in their ability to assess the eruptive potentials of ARs and could be employed to identify ARs prone to flaring *** on the presented case study,we suggest that using a combination of different methods may aid to identify more reliably the eruptive potentials of ARs and help to better understand the pre-flare states.

RNA Wave for the HIV Therapy: Foods, Stem Cells and the RNA Information Gene

The microRNA (miRNA) gene is small RNA molecule, approximate 20 nucleotides (nts) in length, and also the miRNA is information in a cell as well as the mobile genetic information;therefore, when only one kind of tumor suppressor RNA information gene (Rig) was intravenously administrated, tumorigenic cells can be retuned to the normal cells in vivo. Although the processes of oncogenic have multiple ways, Rig can control its complex system, such as cell cycle with tuning to translation and transcription processing systems. In quite recent experiments, human breast milk and bovine milk have contained Rigs into their microvesicular components. Both also contain the infant nutrient elements. Further, the siRNA genes in artificial nanoparticles were delivered via oral and could restore mouse intestinal inflamemation. In general, Rigs in the diet were found stable to orally affect the digested animals, therefore, the xenotropic Rigs in Rig transgenic plants could also protect from HIV-1 infection by the edible vaccine via intestinal cells. Because orally delivered miRNA as information could be incorporated into intestinal cells and transmitted into intra- and inter-cells and between individuals to wave the system of translation and transcription. Given these mobile characters of Rigs, even though there is the xenotropic miRNA issue, edible Rig agents in plants as a vaccine would be applicable for the Rig diseases (RigDs) by the information technology-based therapy (iTBT) cooperated with system-based therapies such as stem cell therapy and chemotherapy.

The xenotropic microRNA gene information for stem cell researches and clinical applications

MicorRNA (miRNA) is a small noncoding RNA and a miRNA is the gene. The identification of the human miRNA gene and its application have been performed and then it has been proceeding to explain about functioning of miRNAs in miRNA-messenger RNA targeting, profiling of miRNAs for diseases, transduction of the miRNA gene expression, production of human-induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells by miRNA, embryonic stem (ES) cells and cancer development upon miRNA. The RNA information supplied by the miRNA gene, and the RNA gene information could expand to intracellular, intercellular, intraorgan, interorgan, intraspecies and interspecies. Therefore, the implantation of ES and iPS cells from donors would deliver xenotropic miRNAs to the acceptor. The therapeutic efficacy for treatment of iPS-derived cell implantation is the most important for clinical development of the stem cell researches but the xenotropic miRNA gene assessment with iPS-derived cells should substantially be completed for a safe and an exact application of the stem cell researches.

Aspects of Causality： A Verdict Inquiry of a Case with SSRI Use

Sometimes more than one expert advises the court. They use different notional frameworks in doing so, and may report different opinions about the case they examined. In this case, the authors discuss the relation between the use of a SSRI （serotonin reuptake inhibitor） and a fatal tragedy in a family where the mother was accused of killing her husband and daughter a few days after use of the SSRI. No fewer than seven experts were heard （four behavioral experts, one behavioral toxicologist, one pharmacist and one pharmacologist） at the ensuing trial, and various possible diagnoses were dealt with in the experts＇ reports and at trial. More attention must be paid to the mentally debilitating influence of SSRI medication on certain psychological functions shortly after its intake. Although a mono-causal relationship between that influence and the accused＇s intention is necessary to exculpate the accused from guilt, the authors believe that a singular connection is never happened in the case.

Effect of Chitosaccharides in Nodulation and Growth in Vitro of Inoculated Soybean

The influence of chitosaccharides on the symbiotic interaction between Bradyrhizobium and soybean was examined. The results show that chitosaccharides either positively or negatively affect soybean nodulation or plant growth depending on their molecular weight, concentration and the application methods. When directly added to the in vitro culture media, chitosan of high molecular weight inhibit Bradyrhizobium viability in a dose dependent manner while chitooligosaccharides reduce slightly the bacteria viability only at concentration equal or higher than 50 mg·L-1. Chitooligosaccharides significantly enhance nodule formation and dry mass in soybean roots at doses between 10 and 100 mg·L-1. Both types of chitosaccharides, at the highest doses (>500 mg·L-1), negatively affect plant height and root size, whereas medium doses (50 to 100 mg·L-1) increase slightly leave number. Under field conditions, foliar application of both chitosaccharides enhances growth and nodulation of soybean plants. Nevertheless, using this application method, chitosan remains more effective than chitooligosaccharides.
