Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)represents a leading cause of cancer death and is often diagnosticated too late to allow adequate *** of biomarkers have been discovered in lasts years but,to date,there is a lack of lowcost and non-invasive tools for PDAC early ***,drugs commonly used in PDAC treatment do not allow achieving long-term satisfying *** is gaining importance in both PDAC early detection and *** main implications of nanotechnology in cancer diagnosis lay in the ability that nanoparticles have on concentrate the alteration in human proteome caused by ***-enabled blood tests have been demonstrated to reach high rate of sensitivity(up to 85%)and specificity(up to 100%).In the field of cancer therapy nanoparticles can be used as nanocarriers able to reach specific tumour’s cells and selectively release the drug they contain into them.A literature review was carried out with the aim to assess the state of the art and highlight the future perspectives of nanotechnology in PDAC early detection and therapy.

本硕士论文的目的是了解在遇到冲突的情况下人类安全的管理程序,特别是在非洲。事实上,绝大多数的冲突发生在非洲。因为其重要性,课题将从冲突持续时间,待解决的问题以及多个第三方的干预出发来重点研究利比里亚危机。课题主要涉及人类安全的问题。人类安全是当代的一个重要问题。事实上,这一个概念将个体视为指示对象。出于这一考虑,个体被视为他们自身,并且不再包括在一个体系中或者被视为社会成员。相对于被视为指示对象的国家而言,作为指示对象的个体一直不是十分明显,甚至有人认为应当维持原状。将个体视为指示对象,当涉及他将面临的威胁时,情况将会发生变化。考虑到与作为安全的第一指示对象的国家相比,规模较小的指示对象很可能面临更多威胁。人类安全被划分为七个级别,包括经济安全,粮食安全,健康安全,环境安全,个人安全,社群安全以及最后的政治安全。这些级别汇集人类的直接需要。并且因为种种原因,假设其中一个原因是危机的话,这些需要会被破坏,并且得不到满足。危机显然是对人类安全最突出的威胁之一,因为在这种情况下,威胁是蓄意和自发的。因此,威胁变得更加暴力。当危机发生时,执政的领导层会被削弱,无法满足全体居民的需要,而且没有机构能够正常运作以提供安全保障,因而造成混乱。这会导致侵犯人类的基本权利,使其陷入人类安全的问题中。在这种情况下,如果负责保护其全体居民安全的执政当局无法胜任或不愿意这样做,甚至有时要对问题承担责任的话,那么其他人有权进行干预。冲突中来自外部的第三方的干预会使局势亮起红灯,而且更多的是像利比里亚那样的内部冲突。在这一具体案例中,两个不同的组织帮助进行冲突管理。这两个组织是区域级的西非国家经济共同体(ECOWAS)和国际级的联合国(UN)。亮起的红灯来自不同范围,但是在大多数时间,主权侵犯的问题都占据上风。该研究课题也将涉及主权问题使其成为一种必要性和保护责任的案例。其他一些问题与第三方卷入此次危机的理由相关。并且甚至有人猜想这些理由是否正确。在这份研究中,将循环讨论各个组织进行干预的原因。针对每种原因,会对干涉办法进行讨论,并检查每种方法采用的过程(是外交上的还是武力的?),同样重要的是要提及危机中两类组织依据各自的信仰和理由在不同的时刻进行干预。西非国家经济共同体(ECOWAS)首先对危机进行干涉,是在1989年冲突开始的数月后。遵循避免将危机扩散到周围其他国家的理念和出于人类安全问题的考虑,他们不能坐视不理。在与联合国合作之前,危机没有被妥善处理,并且没有获得良好的效果。从ECOWAS成员国之间就干预本身存在的矛盾到卷入危机的各方的约定,许多原因导致了西非国家经济共同体(ECOWAS)干预的失败。然后,重要的是处理各方约定以实现危机的解决。联合国的干预伴随着西非国家经济共同体(ECOWAS)处理危机面临的困难。针对此次干预,列出的其他原因包括对世界和平以及人类安全问题的威胁。由联合国(UN)发起的干预使得西非国家经济共同体(ECOWAS)的使命更加可靠。联合国(UN)绝对没有摆脱其现实的第一使命。事实上,联合国的使命对一个进行中的任务会产生影响。因为两个使命相互联系的事实,所以具备良好的合作显然是通往和平的唯一途径。因为双方的差异,两个组织的合作在一开始并不容易,它们最终实现了相互信任和换位思考。与此同时,描述具有不同能力和观点的不同角色之间合作的必要性是有益的。考虑所有这些因素,选择利比里亚危机作为人类安全问题领域的重要研究对于两个组织间不得不进行的首次合作也具有重要价值。这也为未来更好地进行合作铺平了道路。人类安全的问题需要小心处理,因为问题所占的比例影响现实世界。人类权利与国家,这才是要处理的问题。因为事件本身被赋予的重要性以及关于这一问题的丰富的文学作品,这一问题将会被长期讨论并且变得愈加重要。保护的责任是要理解国家主权的概念,然后是超越通常意义上的国家安全的人类安全问题。显然,人们都在争论发动保卫人类安全的战役是正确的,但是同样有益的是要牢记和平更加重要。论据可能是与其等待战争,不如为和平做好准备,这才是更明智的做法。找到出路可能并不容易,但是也不要排斥尝试。在这层意义上,也要求不同组织间更好地进行合作。
