Organic solar cells(OSCs)processed without halogenated solvents and complex treatments are essential for future ***,we report three novel small molecule acceptors(NFAs)consisting of a Y6-like core but withπ-extended naphthalene with progressively more chlorinated end-capping groups and a longer branched chain on the Nitrogen *** NFAs exhibit good solubilities in nonchlorinated organic solvents,broad optical absorptions,closeπ-πstacking distances(3.63–3.84A),and high electron mobilities(~10^(-3)cm^(2)V^(-1)s^(-1)).The o-xylene processed and as-cast binary devices using Pm6 as the donor polymer exhibit a PCE increasing upon progressive chlorination of the naphthalene end-capping group from 8.93%for YN to 14.38%for YN-Cl to 15.00%for *** similarly processed ternary OSCs were fabricated by employing YN-Cl and YN-2Cl as the third component of Pm6:CH1007 blends(PCE=15.75%).Compared to all binary devices,the ternary Pm6:CH1007:YN-Cl(1:1:0.2)and Pm6:CH1007:YN-2Cl(1:1:0.2)cells exhibit significantly improved PCEs of 16.49%and15.88%,respectively,which are among the highest values reported to date for non-halogenated solvent processed OSCs without using any additives and blend post-deposition treatments.

Cancer Drug Resistance publishes contributions to understanding the biology and consequences of mechanisms that interfere with successful treatment of cancer. Since virtually all patients who die of metastatic cancer have multidrug-resistant tumors, improved treatment will require an understanding of the mechanisms of resistance to design therapies that circumvent these mechanisms, exploit these mechanisms, or inactivate these multidrug resistance mechanisms. One example of a resistance mechanism is the expression of ATP-binding cassette efflux pumps, but unfortunately, inhibition of these transporters has not proved to be the solution to overcome multidrug resistance in cancer. Other mechanisms that confer multidrug resistance, and the confluence of multiple different mechanisms (multifactorial multidrug resistance) have been identified, and it is the goal of this Special Collection to expand this catalog of potential multidrug resistance mechanisms, to explore novel ways to overcome resistance, and to present thoughtful reviews on the problem of multidrug resistance in cancer.

A new approach for isolation and identification of elecrtophilic mutagens from complex matrix was developed. Thiosulforfic anion was immobilized onto polystyrene beads and used as separation media. Potassium polystyryl-thiosulfonate, prepared from polystyryl- sulfonyl chloride and KHS, was observed to selectively react with model electrophilic mutagens such as alkyl halides, ct-chloroketones and α-chloroesters to produce polystyryl-thiosulfonlc esters. After separation from other nonreactive organic compounds, the beads then reacted with ethanethiol to produce unsymmetrical ethyl disulfides which are easily detected by GC/mS. For one mutagenic compound, only one unsymmetrical disulfide was found to contain its structure part. Thus, the structure of the parent mutagens could be deduced from that of the unsymmetrical disulfides. The degree of functionalization of the potassium polystyryl-thiosulfonate resin was 1.11 mmol/g. Its reactivity was discussed and its recycling method was reported here.

Environmental and geomorphological processes in the mountainous areas of Eastern Siberia is strongly conditioned by the thermal state of permafrost(permanently frozen ground).However,the scarce data about climate and weak of permafrost study have led to the unclarity of mountain permafrost condition in this *** increase in the mean annual air temperature over the past 50 years in the northeastern Siberia by various estimates is from 1.1℃to 3.3℃.So far,almost no information is available on the permafrost response to climatic changes in the *** Kolyma Route(around 2000 km length),connecting Yakutsk and magadan that crosses 5 climatic types and more than 10 permafrost landscapes,so it seems a suitable path for establishing basic(reference)monitoring *** 12 target boreholes,on the first stage 5 boreholes up to 30 m in depth were drilled and instrumented for measuring temperature at sites adjacent to weather stations in the Verkhoyansk Range from 283 to 1288 m *** we present conception,purpose,and methods for permafrost study project with first preliminary results from the highest weather station of the East Siberia *** following research about geophysical investigations,permafrost landscape description,mapping and spatial modelling,numerical computing,physical modelling of permafrost thickness might be initiated by the Eastern Siberia Permafrost Transect(ESPT)-project.

目的描述中国非动脉硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)人群脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的分布并分析其影响因素。方法基于中国慢性病前瞻性研究项目的一项巢式病例对照研究,选取其中进行了血液生化指标检测的对照人群进行分析,使用参比实验室检定的多克隆抗体比浊法测定Lp(a)水平,≥75.0 nmol/L定义为高Lp(a)。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析Lp(a)水平的影响因素。结果在纳入研究的5870名非ASCVD人群中,Lp(a)水平呈正偏态分布,m(Q_(1),Q_(3))为17.5(8.8,43.5)nmol/L。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,女性与高Lp(a)相关(OR=1.23,95%CI:1.05~1.43),中心性肥胖者的高Lp(a)风险降低(OR=0.68,95%CI:0.52~0.89)。随TC、LDL-C、载脂蛋白A1(Apo A1)和载脂蛋白B(Apo B)水平升高,高Lp(a)风险增加,各升高组的OR值(95%CI)分别为2.40(1.76~3.24)、2.68(1.36~4.93)、1.29(1.03~1.61)和1.65(1.27~2.13);HDL-C降低组高Lp(a)风险降低,OR值(95%CI)为0.76(0.61~0.94);而TG、Apo A1与Apo B的比值(Apo A1/B)与高Lp(a)风险呈负相关,TG升高组的OR值(95%CI)为0.73(0.60~0.89),Apo A1/B升高组的OR值(95%CI)为0.60(0.50~0.72);Lp(a)水平与血脂指标(除Apo A1外)的相关性均存在线性趋势(线性趋势检验P≤0.001)。未发现行为生活方式因素如饮食、吸烟、体力活动水平与Lp(a)水平存在统计学关联。结论Lp(a)水平与性别及中心性肥胖有关,但受行为生活方式因素影响较小。
