This is a continuity of a series of taxonomic papers where materials are examined,described and novel combinations are proposed where necessary to improve our traditional species concepts and provide updates on their *** addition to extensive morphological descriptions and appropriate asexual and sexual connections,DNA sequence data are also analysed from concatenated datasets(rDNA,TEF-a,RbP2 and b-Tubulin)to infer phylogenetic relationships and substantiate systematic position of taxa within appropriate *** new species or combinations are being proposed,we apply an integrative approach(morphological and molecular data as well as ecological features wherever applicable).Notes on 125 fungal taxa are compiled in this paper,including eight new genera,101 new species,two new combinations,one neotype,four reference specimens,new host or distribution records for eight species and one alternative *** new genera introduced in this paper are Alloarthopyrenia,Arundellina,Camarosporioides,Neomassaria,Neomassarina,Neotruncatella,Paracapsulospora and *** new species are Alfaria spartii,Alloarthopyrenia italica,Anthostomella ravenna,***,Arthrinium paraphaeospermum,Arundellina typhae,Aspergillus koreanus,Asterina cynometrae,bertiella ellipsoidea,blastophorum aquaticum,Cainia globosa,Camarosporioides phragmitis,Ceramothyrium menglunense,Chaetosphaeronema achilleae,Chlamydotubeufia helicospora,Ciliochorella phanericola,Clavulinopsis aurantiaca,Colletotrichum insertae,Comoclathris italica,Coronophora myricoides,Cortinarius fulvescentoideus,***,***,***,Cunninghamella gigacellularis,Cyathus pyristriatus,Cytospora cotini,Dematiopleospora alliariae,***,Diaporthe aseana,***,Distoseptispora multiseptata,***,***,Dothiora buxi,Emericellopsis persica,Gloniopsis calami,Helicoma guttulatum,Helvella floriforma,***,Hermatomyces subiculosa,Ju

In 2018,the STAR collaboration collected data from^(96)_(44)Ru+^(96)_(44)Ru and^(96)_(40)Zr+^(96)_(40)Zr at√^(S)NN=200 Ge V to search for the presence of the chiral magnetic effect in collisions of *** isobar collision species alternated frequently between 9644 Ru+^(96)_(44)Ru and^(96)_(40)Zr+^(96)_(40)*** order to conduct blind analyses of studies related to the chiral magnetic effect in these isobar data,STAR developed a three-step blind analysis *** are initially provided a"reference sample"of data,comprised of a mix of events from the two species,the order of which respects time-dependent changes in run *** tuning analysis codes and performing time-dependent quality assurance on the reference sample,analysts are provided a species-blind sample suitable for calculating efficiencies and corrections for individual≈30-min data-taking *** this sample,species-specific information is disguised,but individual output files contain data from a single isobar *** run-by-run corrections and code alteration subsequent to these corrections are allowed at this *** these modifications,the"frozen"code is passed over the fully un-blind data,completing the blind *** a check of the feasibility of the blind analysis procedure,analysts completed a"mock data challenge,"analyzing data from Au+Au collisions at√^(S)NN=27 Ge V,collected in *** Au+Au data were prepared in the same manner intended for the isobar blind *** details of the blind analysis procedure and results from the mock data challenge are presented.

background:Populations of French Polynesia(FP),where France performed atmospheric tests between 1966 and 1974,experience a high incidence of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC).However,up to now,no sufficiently large study of DTC genetic factors in this population has been performed to reach definitive *** research aimed to analyze the genetic factors of DTC risk among the native FP ***:We analyzed more than 300000 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)genotyped in 283 DTC cases and 418 matched controls born in FP,most being younger than 15 years old at the time of the first nuclear *** analyzed the genetic profile of our cohort to identify population *** then completed a genome-wide analysis study on the whole ***:We identified a specific genetic structure in the FP population reflecting admixture from Asian and European *** identified three regions associated with increased DTC risk at 6q24.3,10p12.2,and *** lead SNPs at these loci showed respective p-values of 1.66×10^(−7),2.39×10^(−7),and 7.19×10^(−7) and corresponding odds ratios of 2.02,1.89,and ***:Our study results suggest a role of the loci 6q24.3,10p12.2 and 17q21.32 in DTC ***,a whole genome sequencing approach would be better suited to characterize these factors than genotyping with microarray chip designed for the Caucasian ***,the functional impact of these three new loci needs to be further explored and validated.

Numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph of families of Dothideomycetes in 2013.A recent publication by Honsanan et *** 2020 expanded information of families in Dothideo-mycetidae and Pleosporomycetidae with modern *** this paper,we provide a refined updated document on orders and families incertae sedis of *** family is provided with an updated description,notes,including figures to represent the morphology,a list of accepted genera,and economic and ecological *** also provide phylogenetic trees for each *** this study,31 orders which consist 50 families are assigned as orders incertae sedis in Dothideomycetes,and 41 families are treated as families incertae sedis due to lack of molecular or morphological *** new order,Catinellales,and four new families,Catinellaceae,Morenoinaceae Neobuelliellaceae and Thyrinulaceae are *** genera(Neobuelliella,Pseudomicrothyrium,Flagellostrigula,Swinscowia,Macroconstrictolumina,Pseudobogoriella,and Schummia)are *** new species(Acrospermum urticae,bogoriella complexoluminata,Dothiorella ostryae,Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus,Macroconstrictolumina megalateralis,Patellaria microspora,and Pseu-domicrothyrium thailandicum)are introduced base on morphology and phylogeny,together with two new records/reports and five new collections from different *** new combinations are also provided in this paper.

Upland rice and lowland rice exhibited different P/P expression under water deficit and AbA treatment

Aquaporins play a significant role in plant water *** further understand the aquaporin function in plants underwater stress,the expression of a subgroup of aquaporins,plasma membrane intrinsic proteins(PIPs),was studied at boththe protein and mRNA level in upland rice(Oryza sativa *** 3)and lowland rice(Oryza sativa ***63)when they were water stressed by treatment with 20% polyethylene glycol(PEG).Plants responded differently to20% PEG *** water content of upland rice leaves was reduced *** protein level increased markedlyin roots of both types,but only in leaves of upland rice after 10h of PEG *** the mRNA level,OsPIP1;2,Os-PIP1;3,OsPIP2;1 and OsPIP2;5 in roots as well as OsPIP1;2 and OsPIP1;3 in leaves were significantly up-regulatedin upland rice,whereas the corresponding genes remained unchanged or down-regulated in lowland ***,weobserved a significant increase in the endogenous abscisic acid(AbA)level in upland rice but not in lowland rice underwater *** with 60μM AbA enhanced the expression of OsPIP1;2,OsPIP2;5 and OsPIP2;6 in roots andOsPIP1;2,OsPIP2;4 and OsPIP2;6 in leaves of upland *** responsiveness of PIP genes to water stress and AbAwere different,implying that the regulation of PIP genes involves both AbA-dependent and AbA-independent signalingpathways during water deficit.

[目的]评价在饮食控制的情况下红曲（RYRCholestin）对美国高血脂人群的降脂作用和安全性。[方法]开放标记，自身对照，多中心临床试验。187名美国高血脂人群入选（血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇3．50—4．92mmol／L，总胆固醇5．18—7．25mmol／L；男116人，女71人），162入完成试验。在整个试验中受试者遵照美国国家胆固醇教育计划的饮食要求。试验的前4周仅控制饮食，第5周至第12周连续服用8周RYRCholestin（每日2．4g）。[结果]经前4周饮食控制，血清脂质各指标无显著变化。口服RYRCholestin8周后，血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和三酰甘油分别降低16．6％，24．O％和25．2％，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高14．3％（P〈0．001）。显效率为79．0％，有效率为97．5％。停服14d（2周）后，血脂各指标回到试验前水平。试验中共发现可能与服用产品相关的、轻度的29项不良反应。[结论]RYRCholestin的耐受性良好，它可降低血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和三酰甘油，升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。停服2用后受试者的血脂各项指标均恢复到试验前水平。
