the shifting requirements as imposed on operations ma nagement require adjusting and tailoring the organisational structure to meet ma rket demands. However, translating these requirements directly into hierarchical structure will not ensure the integration of processes across organisational un its and guarantee desirable performance. therefore, management and management li terature wonders: · How should we connect processes to the external environment within a strategi c framework · Which organisational structures do meet performance requirements · Which choices and freedom do we have within organisational structures · How and when do we implement organisational structures that the hierarchical structure does not meet as such the performance requiremen ts nor did it relate to these became already clear during case studies performed in the ’70s. the conclusion was drawn that organisational changes should affect working processes before they proof to be viable. this required the development of new approach through empirical studies and base d on literature. this led to the development of the organelle structure. the org anelle structure should connect to the strategy and the product flow. thereto, a decision model has been developed for revealing these relations and the practic al implication. During a number of case studies this methodology has been refined and includes t he strategic choice between variants for the organelle structure with their own performance capabilities; we distinguish about 20 variants ranging between the f unctional organisation and the product flow organisation. these ranges of choice s however can be connected to different order entry points, stemming from logist ic concepts. this extends the performance to improved lead-times and improved c ontrol. Iatrogenic preterm premature rupture of fetal membranes(iPPROM)after fetal surgery remains a strong trigger for premature *** fetal membrane defects do not heal spontaneously and amniotic fluid leakage and chorioamniotic membrane separation may occur,we developed a biocompatible,fetoscopically-applicable collagen plug with shape memory to prevent *** plug expands directly upon employment and seals fetal membranes,hence preventing amniotic fluid leakage and potentially *** typeⅠcollagen plugs were given shape memory and crimped to fit through a fetoscopic cannula(Ø3 mm).Expansion of the plug was examined in phosphate buffered saline(PBS).Its sealing capacity was studied ex vivo using human fetal membranes,and in situ in a porcine bladder *** crimped plug with shape memory expanded and tripled in diameter within 1 min when placed into PBS,whereas a crimped plug without shape memory did *** both human fetal membranes and porcine bladder,the plug expanded in the defect,secured itself and sealed the defect without membrane *** conclusion,collagen plugs with shape memory are promising as medical device for rapid sealing of fetoscopic defects in fetal membranes at the endoscopic entry point.

Background： this study investigated the response of piglets receiving a yeast extract without or with a multi-enzyme mixture compared with an antimicrobial growth promoter（AGP） on performance, immune status and gut structure after an E. coli lipopolysaccharide（LPS） challenge. thirty-six pigs were allotted to six treatments including： a non-challenged control（NCC）; LPS-challenged control（CC）; CC ＋ AGP; CC ＋ yeast extract; CC ＋ enzymes; and CC ＋ enzymes ＋ yeast extract. On d 7, pigs were bled and thereafter injected with LPS or sterile saline. Blood samples were collected at 6, 48, and 96 h post-challenge. After 96 h post-challenge, pigs were euthanized to obtain duodenal, jejunal and ileal ***： Overall（d 1 to 11）, compared with CC pigs, AGP attenuated the LPS-induced reduction in ADG（P = 0.004）,ADFI（P = 0.03） and gain/feed ratio（P = 0.01）. At 6 h post-challenge, AGP pigs had lower plasma urea N（PUN; P = 0.02）and serum tNF-α concentration（P = 0.07）, and higher platelet count（P = 0.04） and serum IL-10 concentration（P = 0.02） than CC pigs. At 48 h post-challenge, AGP pigs had lower PUN（P = 0.02） than CC pigs, whereas enzymes ＋ yeast extract interacted non-additively（P = 0.001） to reduce PUN. At 96 h post-challenge, AGP pigs had lower PUN（P = 0.02）and higher duodenal（P = 0.03）, jejunal（P = 0.01） and ileal（P = 0.07） villus height than CC pigs. In addition, enzymes ＋yeast extract interacted additively and non-additively to reduce ileal IFN-γ（P 0.10） were observed between AGP and enzymes ＋ yeast extract pigs on other measured parameters except for the downregulation of ileal IFN-γ（P ＆lt; 0.0001） and tNF-α（P = 0.003） in enzymes ＋ yeast extract pigs at 96 h ***： the LPS challenged piglets receiving enzymes ＋ yeast extract showed beneficial responses in gut structure and immunity commensurate with those receiving antibiotics, though the latter had better overall growth performance.

In 2008, two governmental committees presented their conclusions on strengthening the role of the private building sector in building control. In 2011, three new studies were commissioned by the government to address perceived problems. One of them was an integral study, executed by ERB （Foundation Expertcentre Regulations in Building）, RIGO （Research Institute for Real Estate） and tNO （Research Institute for Applied technologies）, to innovate the whole building regulations system. It led to proposals to redefine responsibility and liability for all parties. this study states that by an effort of yearly ￡100 million, unnecessary costs up to ￡l billion can be avoided and a real quality push will take place in the building and real estate markets. the goals to reach are to minimize the administrative burden for the building owner and to enforce the construction industry to build conforming to the regulations. this paper discusses the ERB study and the given proposals. the ERB study demonstrated that a quality push is needed which potential will lead to less costs for building owners. It also shows that proven solutions, part of the regulations, might be of help for all parties involved.

the generation of the continental crust is widely accepted to have taken place predominantly in the Archean,when ttG magmatism associated with greenstone-belt supracrustal succession development was typically followed by emplacement of high-K granites before crustal *** study focuses on the Campos Gerais complex(CGC),which is an Archean granite-greenstone belt lithological association in a tectonic window located in the southwesternmost portion of the São Francisco craton(SFC).the CGC is an important segment of Paleo-to Mesoarchean continental crust to be integrated into paleogeographic reconstructions prior to the transition into the *** investigation reports field relationships,28 major and trace element compositions,U–Pb(zircon)geochronological results,and Hf and Sm–Nd isotope data for orthogneiss and amphibolite *** results indicate that the CGC records a complex Archean crustal evolution,where voluminous 2.97 Ga ttG tonalites and trondhjemites(ε_(Nd)(t)=-4.7;t_(DM)=3.24 Ga)were followed by 2.89 Ga sanukitoid tonalite production(ε_(Nd)(t)=-1.9;t_(DM)=3.02 Ga),broadly coeval with the development of the Fortaleza de Minas and Pitangui *** events are interpreted to represent the initial stage of an important subduction-accretion tectonic cycle,which ended with the emplacement of 2.82–2.81 Ga high-K leucogranites and migmatization of the ttG-sanukitoid crust,with hybrid and two-mica,peraluminous compositions(ε_(Nd)(t)=-8.0 to-8.6;t_(DM)=3.57–3.34 Ga).the presence of inherited zircons with207Pb/206Pb ages of 3.08 Ga,3.29 Ga,3.55 Ga and 3.62 Ga indicates that the Mesoarchean tectonic processes involved reworking of Meso-to Eo-archean *** ttG magmatism took place at ca.2.77 Ga represented by juvenile tonalite stocks(ε_(Nd)(t)=+1.0 to-1.5;t_(DM)=2.80–2.88 Ga)which intrude the ttG-greenstone belt *** stabilization was attained by 2.67 Ga,allowing for the emplacement of within-plate thol

Dutch building regulation is under construction. After the report of the commission ＂Fundamentele Verkenning Bouw＂ in 2008, several studies have been done on the principals that the commission outlined in its report. Local authorities and parties in construction were invited to start experiments with a more privatized system of building control. But this faced a lack of participation, partly due to the impact of the crisis. the minister responsible for housing and construction invited in 2011 a ＂Bouwteam＂ to develop an agenda for action for construction. In 2012, 17 action teams started to focus, speed up and simplify the planning and development of construction. Recently, the two teams related to building regulation presented their plans. the first was a roadmap towards private building control, the second, a proposal for an independent body to answer questions on constructions plans that do intrinsically but not legally meet the standards of building regulation. there is considerable controversy regarding the way that this implementation team is paving its path towards private building control. While the minister for housing conformed himself to a subsidized private implementing team, the Dutch Parliament has expressed its own priorities for regulation： insured guarantee to protect users and owners, a role for local authorities regarding safety and acceptance of buildings and simplification of building regulation and control for simple construction works. the parliament held a round-table conference to get informed about private building control. Recently, a proposal by the minister for housing was discussed. Further debate will be needed to decide about the next steps in innovation building regulation, which will take place in the upcoming months. Effective stewardship of data is a critical precursor to making data *** goal of this paper is to bring an overview of current state of the art of data management and data stewardship planning solutions(DMP).We begin by arguing why data management is an important vehicle supporting adoption and implementation of the FAIR principles,we describe the background,context and historical development,as well as major driving forces,being research initiatives and *** we provide an overview of the current leading DMP tools in the form of a table presenting the key ***,we elaborate on emerging common standards for DMPs,especially the topic of machine-actionable *** sound DMP is not only a precursor of FAIR data stewardship,but also an integral part of it,we discuss its positioning in the emerging FAIR tools *** building and training activities are an important ingredient in the whole *** not being the primary goal of this paper,we touch also the topic of research workforce support,as tools can be just as much effective as their users are competent to use them *** conclude by discussing the relations of DMP to FAIR principles,as there are other important connections than just being a precursor.
