This paper proposes a reclosing scheme using synchronism checking for utilization of battery energy storage system(BESS) in a distribution system. The algorithm disconnects the faulty phase and keeps the power supply from the BESS to the healthy phase. Synchronism checking between the main source side and the load side is applied to minimize the transients at the reclosing *** BESS at the faulty phase is reconnected after checking the successful reclosing. The distribution system including BESS and proposed reclosing scheme are modeled by the electromagnetic transients program(EMTP)/*** various simulations by varing the fault clearing time are conducted and the simulation results are ***, the relation between proposed reclosing scheme and reliability is discussed.

Recently,implementation of Battery Energy Storage(BES)with photovoltaic(PV)array in distribution networks is becoming very popular in overall the *** PV alone in distribution networks generates variable output power during 24-hours as it depends on variable natural *** can be able to generate constant output power during 24-hours by installing BES with ***,this paper presents a new application of a recent metaheuristic algorithm,called Slime Mould Algorithm(SMA),to determine the best size,and location of photovoltaic alone or with battery energy storage in the radial distribution system(RDS).This algorithm is modeled from the behavior of SMA in *** the optimization process,the total active power loss during 24-hours is used as an objective function considering the equality and inequality *** addition,the presented function is based on the probabilistic for PV output and different types of system *** candidate buses for integrating PV and BES in the distribution network are determined by the real power loss sensitivity factor(PLSF).IEEE 69-bus RDS with different types of loads is used as a test *** effectiveness of SMA is validated by comparing its results with those obtained by other well-known optimization algorithms.

As the use of cloud storage for various services increases,the amount of private personal information along with data stored in the cloud storage is also *** remotely use the data stored on the cloud storage,the data to be stored needs to be encrypted for this ***“searchable encryption”is enable to search on the encrypted data without any decryption,it is one of convenient solutions for secure data management.A public key encryption with keyword search(for short,PEKS)is one of searchable *** et *** defined IND-CCA security for PEKS to enhance it’s security and proposed consistent IND-CCA secure PEKS based on the“robust”ANO-CCA secure identity-based encryption(IBE).In this paper,we propose two generic constructions of consistent IND-CCA secure PEKS combining(1)a hierarchical identity based encryption(for short,HIBE)and a signature scheme or(2)a HIBE,an encapsulation,and a message authentication code(for short,MAC)*** generic constructions identify that HIBE requires the security of a signature or a MAC as well as the weaker“ANO-CPA security(resp.,IND-CPA security)”of HIBE than“ANOCCA security(resp.,IND-CCA security)”of IBE required in for achieving IND-CCA secure(resp.,consistent)***,we prove that our generic constructions satisfy IND-CCA security and consistency under the security models.

This paper proposed the reclosing method in distribution system with battery energy storage system(BESS)using wavelet transform(WT).The proposed method performs the WT of load current and then calculates the absolute value of slope of detail *** mother wavelet used is db4of *** fault clearing is detected using the rapid increase of this *** the detection of fault clearing,the reclosing is *** verify the proposed method,various simulations according to the fault clearing times,fault resistances,and fault lengths are performed using *** simulation results show that fault clearing can be detected using proposed absolute value of slope of detail coefficient and hence the reclosing can be performed successfully.

The effective conductivity of graphene-based nanocomposites is suggested by the characteristics of polymer-filler interfacial areas as well as the contact resistance between the neighboring *** interfacial properties are expressed by the effective levels of the inverse aspect ratio and the filler volume ***,the resistances of components in the contact regions are used to define the contact resistance,which inversely affects the effective *** obtained model is utilized to predict the effective conductivity for some *** discrepancy of the effective conductivity at various ranks of all factors is *** interfacial conductivity directly controls the effective conductivity,while the filler conductivity plays a dissimilar role in the effective conductivity,due to the incomplete interfacial adhesion.A high operative conductivity is also achieved by small contact distances and high interfacial ***,big contact diameters and little tunnel resistivity decrease the contact resistance,thus enhancing the effective conductivity.

In Decentralized Machine Learning(DML)systems,system participants contribute their resources to assist others in developing machine learning *** malicious contributions in DML systems is challenging,which has led to the exploration of blockchain *** leverages its transparency and immutability to record the provenance and reliability of training ***,storing massive datasets or implementing model evaluation processes on smart contracts incurs high computational ***,current research on preventing malicious contributions in DML systems primarily focuses on protecting models from being exploited by workers who contribute incorrect or misleading ***,less attention has been paid to the scenario where malicious requesters intentionally manipulate test data during evaluation to gain an unfair *** paper proposes a transparent and accountable training data sharing method that securely shares data among potentially malicious system ***,we introduce a blockchain-based DML system architecture that supports secure training data sharing through the IPFS ***,we design a blockchain smart contract to transparently split training datasets into training and test datasets,respectively,without involving system *** the system,transparent and accountable training data sharing can be achieved with attribute-based proxy *** demonstrate the security analysis for the system,and conduct experiments on the Ethereum and IPFS platforms to show the feasibility and practicality of the system.

The Ultra-WideBand(UWB) technique, which offers good energy efficiency, flexible data rate, and high ranging accuracy, has recently been recognized as a revived wireless technology for short distance *** paper presents a brief overview of two UWB techniques, covering Impulse-Radio UWB(IR-UWB) and FrequencyModulation UWB(FM-UWB) methods. The link margin enhancement technique, Very-WideBand(VWB), and power consumption reducing technique, chirp UWB, are also introduced. Then, several potential applications of IR-UWB with transceiver architectures are addressed, including high data rate proximity communication and secure wireless connectivity. With fine-ranging and energy-efficient communication features, the UWB wireless technology is highly promising for secure mobile Internet of Things(IoT) applications.

We report results from a neutral hydrogen(H I)intensity mapping survey conducted with a Phased Array Feed(PAF)on the Parkes *** survey was designed to cover 380 deg^(2)over the redshift range 0.3=1.32±0.42 m K(statistical errors only).A future Parkes cryogenic PAF is expected to detect the cross-correlation signal with higher accuracy than previously possible and allow measurement of the cosmic H I density at redshifts up to unity.
