The pr.nciples of the HIV-AIDS epidemics ar. established based on the subpopulation 1) Susceptible;2) HIV-infected;3) AIDS-infected;4) Immunized. The immunized subset of the population in this paper.is the total individuals who wer. infected and cur.d or.immunized by vaccination. The immunized gr.up can be identified by r.moving individuals fr.m the susceptible gr.up. A gener.l mathematical model is developed for.HIV-AIDS epidemics with Vaccination to under.tand the spr.ad of the vir.s thr.ughout the population. Par.icular.y we use numer.cal simulation with some values of par.meter. to pr.dict the number.of infected individuals dur.ng a cer.ain per.od in a population and the effect of vaccine to r.duce infected gr.up and incr.ase the number.of immunized individuals. Fur.her. we expand the r.sear.h to special cases with no vaccinations. A special case is when the r.moval subset of the population is empty, or.ther. is no r.cover. in this epidemic. We also can consider.the total infected number.is equal to the sum of the HIV infected and the number.of AIDS infected. As a r.sult, one can r.duce four.stage HIV-AIDS investigation to a thr.e-stage of SIr. With this intr.duction and modification, the numer.cal simulation can be developed the Monte Car.o simulation method in SIr.case to ver.fy the Validity of the HIV-AIDS model.

We will study the solution x(t) of a nonlinear.oper.tor.differ.ntial equation wher. its changes depends on the causal oper.tor.T, and semigr.up of oper.tor.A(t), and all initial par.meter. (t0, x0) . The initial infor.ation is descr.bed x(t)=φ(t) for.almost all t ≤t0 and φ(t0) =φ0. We will study the nonlinear.var.ation of par.meter. (NVP) for.this type of nonanticipating oper.tor.differ.ntial equations and develop Alekseev type of NVP.

Backgr.und and Aim: The incidence of incisional her.ias has been r.por.ed to be ar.und 15%. In the pr.sent scenar.o, a wide ar.ay of sur.ical pr.cedur.s ar. available for.their.better.management. In this study, we intend to shar. our.exper.ence with one novel technique, “Hybr.d IPOM (Intr.per.toneal onlay meshplasty)” as a management option for.a selected cohor. of patients. Methods: This pr.spective study was under.aken dur.ng Januar. 2019 to July 2023 at King Abdullah medical city, Makkah. A total of 51 cases wer. selected for.Hybr.d IPOM r.pair.as per.inclusion cr.ter.a;medium sized (4 - 10 cm) her.ia defects;uncomplicated her.ias;age mor. than 18 year.. The follow-up per.od of the patients var.ed fr.m 6 months to 4 year.. The oper.tion commenced with open her.ia dissection, mesh deployment into abdomen, defect closur. and then conver.ion to lapar.scopy for.the poster.or.mesh placement. r.sults: A total of 51 cases wer. r.pair.d successfully with this technique. 48 out of 51 cases wer. incisional her.ias secondar. to some pr.mar. pr.cedur. done either.for.her.ias itself or.some other.intr.-abdominal pathology. The thr.e cases wer. pr.mar. her.ias falling in medium to lar.e categor. with unaesthetic over.ying skin. The age r.nge was 19 to 72 year.. The mean (r.nge) oper.tive time was 135 (90 - 240) min, and the aver.ge blood loss was 70 ml. The mean (r.nge) hospital stay was 3 (2 - 11) days. All patients r.tur.ed to r.utine wor. within 2 - 3 weeks of sur.er.. The median follow-up was 15 (6 - 48) months. Of the 51 cases, 3 patients developed ser.ma (managed conser.atively), 1 patient developed a lar.e hematoma (needed evacuation), and 1 patient developed super.icial wound infection (managed with antibiotics). Two patients had r.cur.ences;one patient had pr.viously failed multiple r.pair., and the other.developed a postoper.tive hematoma. None of our.patients had an iatr.genic bowel injur.. Conclusion: Hybr.d IPOM technique is a safe, feasible and easily r.pr.ducibl

Duality behavior.of photons in wave-par.icle pr.per.y has posed challenges and oppor.unities to discover.other.fr.ntier. of fundamental par.icles leading to the r.lativistic and quantum descr.ption of matter. The speed of par.icles faster.than the speed of light could not be r.cognized, and matter.was always descr.bed as a r.al number. A new fundamental view on matter.as a complex value has been intr.duced by many author. who pr.sent a par.digm that is shifted fr.m r.al or.pur. imaginar. par.icles to Complex Matter.Space. A laser.ablation technique is applied for.synthesis of silver.nanopar.icles in differ.nt concentr.tions of polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） aqueous solution. The ablation of high pur. silver.plate in the solution is car.ied out by a nanosecond Q-switched Nd：YAG pulsed laser. X-r.y diffr.ction and tr.nsmission electr.n micr.scopy ar. implemented to explor. the par.icles sizes. The effects of PYA concentr.tions on the absor.ance of the silver.nanopar.icles ar. studied as well, by using a UV-vis spectr.photometer. The pr.par.tion pr.cess is car.ied out for.deionized water.as a r.fer.nce sample. The compar.son of the obtained r.sults with the r.fer.nce sample shows that the for.ation efficiency of nanopar.icles in PYA is much higher.and the sizes of par.icles ar. also smaller.
