t Coelomycetous fungi are an artificial taxonomic group which produce conidia inside a cavity *** comprise about,1000 genera and 7000 species,which can be endophytic,pathogenic or *** classification of coelomycetes was previously based on morphology,such as the shape of conidiomata and mode of conidiogenesis,while it was treated as a distinct group *** based taxonomic studies has been used to accommodate asexual fungi in a natural classification system,resolve generic boundaries of polyphyletic genera and species complexes,as well as establish asexual-sexual ***,most of genera lack sequence data,thus,morphology based identification is still important when introducing new genera or *** this paper we illustrate,describe,and provide taxonomic notes for 235 dematiaceous coelomycetous genera,including five new genera ***,Didymellocamarosporium,Melanocamarosporium,Melnikia and *** analyses of combined sequence data are provided to show placements of dematiaceous coelomycetes in Dothideomycetes,Leotiomycetes and ***-hundred and fifty-two(65%)of genera have sequence data,thus,their taxonomic placement in a natural classification system,is listed as an ***,83 genera still lack sequence data,hence,they are treated as Ascomycota,genera incertae *** addition,separate analyses are provided where better taxonomic resolution is needed.

对围绕着加利福尼亚的五个大地震地区的三维 P 波速度模式的研究,导致了对断层性能与在易震深度处断层的岩石的介质特性之间关系的认识,高力矩释放地区显示出与高地震速度相关,而破裂的初始或破裂的终止可能与低地震速度相联系。这种关系可以理解为什么断层可以被分割为各自独立破坏的段,并表明我们能够增进对预测地震以及强地面运动的能力的认识。断层显示的特性从无震蠕动到大地震引起的脆性破裂。由于沿着某个断层长度的这些变化,可以把断层分割为各自独立破坏的段落。为了研究支配着这些变化的机制,对围绕着加利福尼亚5个中强地震的区划,我们确定了该地区的三维(3D)P 波速度(V_P)模式。

Biochars can improve soil health but have been widely shown to reduce plant-available nitrogen(N)owing to their high carbon(C)content,which stimulates microbial ***,because biochars contain large amounts of C that are not microbially available,their total elemental C:N ratio does not correspond well with impacts on soil *** hypothesized that impacts on soil plant-available N would relate to biochar mineralizable-C(C_(min))content,and that C:N ratios of the mineralizable biochar component could provide a means for predicting conditions of net soil N-mineralization *** conducted two laboratory experiments,the first measuring biochar C_(min)from respiration of isotopically labeled barley biochars manufactured at 300,500,and 750℃,and the second characterizing C_(min)by proxy measurements for ten biochars from six feedstocks at several *** both experiments,soils were incubated with 2%biochar by mass to determine impacts to soil *** to expectation,all the biochars increased soil N-mineralization relative to unamended *** unexpected,higher temperature(500 and 700℃)barley biochars with less C_(min)stimulated more soil decomposition and more soil N-mineralization than a 350℃barley ***,across diverse biochar feedstocks and production methods,none of the biochar characteristics correlated with soil *** finding of improved soil N-mineralization adds complexity to the range of soil N responses that can be expected in response to biochar *** of the limited ability to predict soil N responses from biochar properties,users should monitor soil N to manage soil fertility.

In this paper we review the design and development of a 100 j, 10 Hz nanosecond pulsed laser, codenamed DiPOLE100 X,being built at the Central Laser Facility(CLF). This 1 kW average power diode-pumped solid-state laser(DPSSL) is based on a master oscillator power amplifier(MOPA) design, which includes two cryogenic gas cooled amplifier stages based on DiPOLE multi-slab ceramic Yb:YAG amplifier technology developed at the CLF. The laser will produce pulses between 2 and 15 ns in duration with precise, arbitrarily selectable shapes, at pulse repetition rates up to 10 Hz, allowing real-time shape optimization for compression experiments. Once completed, the laser will be delivered to the European X-ray Free Electron Laser(XFEL) facility in Germany as a UK-funded contribution in kind, where it will be used to study extreme states of matter at the High Energy Density(HED) instrument.

Deficits in facial emotion processing are features of mild Alzheimer’s disease (AD). These impairments are often dis-tressing for carers as well as patients. Such non-cognitive symptoms are often cited as a contributing reason for admis-sion into institutionalised care. The ability to interpret emotional cues is crucial to healthy psychological function and relationships and impaired emotional facility may lead to antisocial behavior. Understanding the origins of the non-cognitive aspects of AD may lead to an improvement in the management of sufferers and ease the carer burden. In a cross-sectional study we recorded patients’ facial processing abilities, (emotion and identity recognition) and disease severity (ADAS-cog, Neuropsychiatic Inventory) and investigated the regional cerebral blood flow correlates of facial emotion processing deficits using 99Tcm HMAPO rCBF SPECT. Using statistical parametric mapping (SPM) we iden-tified decreased blood flow in posterior frontal regions specifically associated with emotion perception deficits. Non-emotional facial processing abilities or disease severity. The posterior frontal lobe has been identified in previous stud-ies in the absence of dementia as being important in emotion processing. The results suggest that the cognitive disease severity, in combination with the facial processing ability, do not completely explain facial emotion processing in AD patients and that the posterior frontal lobe mediates such behaviour.
