Hyaluronan(HA)produc.ion by dendritic.c.lls(Dc.)is known to promote antigen presentation and to augment T-c.ll ac.ivation and *** hypothesized that peric.llular HA c.n func.ion as interc.llular‘glue’direc.ly mediating T c.ll–Dc.*** primary human c.lls,we observed HA-dependent binding between T c.lls and Dc.,whic. was abrogated upon pre-treatment of the Dc. with 4-methylumbelliferone(4-MU),an agent whic. bloc.s HA ***,T c.lls regulate HA produc.ion by Dc. via T c.ll-derived c.tokines in a T helper(Th)subset-spec.fic.manner,as demonstrated by the observation that c.ll-c.lture supernatants from Th1 but not Th2 c.ones promote HA *** effec.s were seen upon the addition of exogenous Th1 c.tokines,IL-2,interferon c.IFN-c.and tumor nec.osis fac.or a(TNF-a).The c.itic.l fac.ors whic. determined the extent of Dc.T c.ll binding in this system were the nature of the pre-treatment the Dc. rec.ived and their c.pac.ty to synthesize HA,as T-c.ll c.ones whic. were pre-treated with monensin,added to bloc. c.tokine sec.etion,bound equivalently irrespec.ive of their Th *** data support the existenc. of a feedforward loop wherein T-c.ll c.tokines influenc. "心领神会"是预测并对施动者(通常是人)的行为作出反应的能力,所用方法是推断他人的大脑状态并用适当的情感作出反应。"系统化"是预测并对非施动的决定系统的行为作出反应的能力,所用方法是分析"输入-运算-输出"的关系和推断操控这些系统的规则。从人类群体来看,女性是较强的"心领神会者",男性是较强的"系统化者"。"极端的男性大脑"理论指出,自闭症代表了男性模式的极端性(神会缺损而系统化增强)。在这里,我们提出自闭症患者的某些神经解剖学特性也可能是典型男性神经解剖学的极端。先把政治正确性放在一边,在大脑、认知和行为方面也有引人注目的性别二态性证据。依据这一观点,我们从三个方面回顾这些证据。经典自闭症和Asperger综合症(AS)是自闭症型谱里最明确的两个子群,而这两者都更经常影响男性。我们推测在普通人群中对性别差异的理解暗含着对自闭症型谱情形的起因的理解。

目的食用油是食物的重要组成部分,但目前对食用油中脂肪酸的成分了解较少。本研究利用中国7省和北京的市场调查数据,分析了食用油消费和其中的脂肪酸成分。方法食用油的消费数据来源于1997年中国健康与营养调查户的3天食物摄入。购买了8省主要城市销售的食用油,并于2001年进行了脂肪酸含量的分析,按照标签有14种油共126个样本。脂肪酸的分析运用标准的气相色谱法。结果中国有超过76%的家庭消费食用油,2岁及以上人群每人每日平均消费量为29.6g。有14的人食用菜籽油,菜籽油富含顺式c.2∶1n9(芥酸)。33%的食用油与标签不符。菜籽油通过含c.2∶1n9来识别,但标签上常常没有标。在另外28个样本中检测了反式亚麻酸异构体。南方和北方省份的标签偏差一样。结论中国应该制定混合食用油的完整标签规定,以预防影响健康的无意识脂肪酸消费。特别是应该减少芥酸和反式脂肪酸的消费。另外,还需要进一步对食用油标签进行控制管理,特别是南方省份。

In order to revalorize the nucicultural sector in Ivory Coast, initiatives have been taken to diversify the uses of coconut through the production of sugar from its inflorescences. Four water-soluble vitamins have been determined in the crystalline sugar of coconuts. These are vitamins C, B1, B2 and B6. On the other hand, no vitamin was identified in cane sugars. Vitamin C is the most abundant in coconut sugar. The oses contained in coconut sugar are saccharose, glucose and fructose. Sucrose is the main constituent of coconut crystal sugar. Thanks to their sweetening power close to saccharose, the coconut sugars produced can be used as sweetening ingredients in pastries, confectionery, drinks and culinary preparations. Their richness in vitamin C makes them a food that can stimulate the body’s natural and immune defences.

目的:普那布林靶向作用于肿瘤新生和原生血管,并通过RAS-JNK通道诱导肿瘤凋亡。本研究对普那布林和多西他赛联合用药(DN)与多西他赛单独用药(D)进行比较。方法:之前经历标准化疗的晚期NSc.c.者,被随机分至DN组和D组,21天治疗周期中,第1天多西他赛(75 mg/m,静注),DN组:第1和8天还给普那布林(静注,剂量:30或20 mg/m,简称30或20剂量组)。经历1次或2次既往化疗的ⅢB/Ⅳ期NSc.c.者入组,既往给D或血管阻断剂不入组。主要终点是总生存期(OS)。结果:172名患者被随机分为2个剂量组,其中163名进行治疗:30剂量组(DN:50;D:55)和20剂量组(DN:40;D:18)。30剂量组:DN组OS(月,90%c.)为8.7(6.6,12.6),D组7.5(6.3,10.5);客观缓解率:DN:14.0%对D:14.5%);DOR(月,90%c.):DN:12.7(4.0,13.9)对D:1.5(1.1,3.1),P=0.049。20剂量DN组的这些参数没30剂量组好。事后亚组分析:DN组经历1次既往化疗并有大肺肿瘤(>3 c.)患者,生存期可能更长。该亚组OS(月,95%c.)为DN组11.5(7.1,15.1)对D组7.8(4.1,17.4)。最常见不良反应为恶心,乏力,腹泻,便秘和厌食。30剂量组中DN组多西他赛初始剂量降低10%,而D组降低18.2%,所以DN组耐受性可能比D组更好。DN组中性粒细胞减少症发病率显著低于D组(30剂量组:8.0%对36.4%,P<0.001;20剂量组:7.5%对22.2%)。结论:经历1次既往化疗并有大肺肿瘤患者中,DN组OS比D组长,这发现与普那布林的靶向血管作用机制一致。计划在大肺肿瘤患者中进行Ⅲ期临床。

A c.mparison Study of the Effic.c. of Rapid Titration Quetiapine and Haloperidol in Agitated Adults in an Emergenc. Setting

Objec.ive: Intramusc.lar (IM) Benzodiazepines and/or Haloperidol alone or with benzodiazepines are frequently used to treat agitation. Based on emerging literature regarding Quetiapine used for the c.ntrol of anxiety we examined Quetiapine as a possible alternative in selec.ed c.ses. Methods: This study was a single-blind randomized study c.mparing Quetiapine PO (300 mg) with a c.mbination of Haloperidol (5 mg), Benztropine mesylate (2 mg) and lorazepam (2 mg) administered IM to treat agitated patients seeking c.re in a busy psyc.iatric.emergenc. setting. Male or female patients (18 - 60), deemed by the attending (admitting) psyc.iatrist to be indic.tive of agitated and/or aggressive behavior and had a Positive and Negative Syndrome Sc.re-Exc.ted c.mponent (PANSS-Ec., as evaluated by the Researc. Psyc.iatrist, and total sc.re equal to or greater than 15. Patients deemed c.mpetent were randomized into one of the following treatment groups: Quetiapine 300 or Haloperidol 5 mg, benztropine mesylate, or lorazepam given by the IM route. Two sc.les, PANSS-Ec.and c.I-c.were used to assess patients in the trial. The primary outc.me measure PANSS-Ec.at 2 hours after administration of the medic.tion. Results: Sixty-eight patients were inc.uded in the study. There were no signific.nt treatment group differenc.s in baseline c.ndition. There was no signific.nt differenc. between the two c.nditions. There was, however, a signific.nt within-group dec.ease from baseline c.ndition. c.nc.usion: Finding no signific.nt differenc.s suggests that in general the two treatments were equivalent. To sum up, Quetiapine 300 mg as a single dose appeared safe and effec.ive in agitated patients treated in an ER. The results were similar to a c.mparison group rec.iving an intra-musc.lar c.mbination of Haloperidol, Lorazepam and Benztropine. This study has signific.nt limitations. The study was single blind and the use of a plac.bo would have strengthened the design but would be c.nsidered unethic.l
