Caffeine was applied as a green and natural catalyst for the one-pot,four-component sequential condensation between 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone,aromatic 1,2-diamines,ammonium thiocyanate and acid chlorides in the presence of a basic ionic liquid（l-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide） to afford the corresponding benzo[a][1,3]oxazino[6,5-c]phenazine *** this one-pot transformation,five bonds and two new rings are efficiently *** protocol has the advantages of operational simplicity,high yields,easy workup,avoidance of hazardous or toxic catalysts and organic solvents and high chemo-and regioselectivities.

An efficient,convenient and environmentally benign procedure for the synthesis of novel 3-oxo-3Hbenzo[a]pyrano[2.3-c]phenazine-l-carboxylate and 3-（5-hydroxybenzo[a]phenazin-6-yl） acrylate derivatives has been developed by domino three-component condensation reaction between 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione,benzene-1,2-diamines and acetylenic esters in the presence of a catalytic amount of DABCO as an expedient,eco-friendly and reusable base catalyst in *** green process produces biologically and pharmacologically significant heterocycles in a one-pot single operation and offers considerable advantages such as：operational simplicity,short reaction time,high yields,reusability of catalyst,absence of any tedious workup or purification and avoids hazardous reagents/solvents.

A green,convenient,high yielding and one-pot procedure for the synthesis of novel spiro[benzo[α]pyrano[2,3-c]phenazine]derivatives by domino multi-component condensation reaction between 2-hydroxynaphthalene-l,4-dione,benzene-l,2-diamines,ninhydrine,and malononitrile in the presence of a catalytic amount of 1,3-dimethyl-7H-purine-2,6-dione（theophylline） as an expedient,eco-friendly and reusable solid base catalyst under thermal,microwave irradiation and solvent-free *** procedure has also been applied successfully for the synthesis of benzo[α]pyrano[2,3-c]phenazines.

Nowadays,the use of renewable energies,especially wind,solar,and biomass,is essential as an effective solution to address global environmental and economic ***,the current study examines the energy-economic-environmental analysis of off-grid electricity generation systems using solar panels,wind turbines,and biomass generators in various weather conditions in *** over 25 years were conducted using HOMER v2.81 software,aiming to determine the potential of each region and find the lowest cost of electricity production per *** the end,to identify the most suitable location,the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method was employed to rank different stations based on simulation output parameters and some other influential *** the evaluation of various parameters,the stations in Yazd,Marand,and Dezful achieved the best results,while the stations in Ramsar,Shahrekord,and Gonbad presented the least favorable *** Yazd,the wind turbine is an economic priority,and a 100 kW wind turbine is utilized in the optimal *** Yazd,where the simultaneous use of renewable energies is most prominent,the lowest pollutant production occurred with a quantity of 1174 kg/*** energy losses are highest in Jask station and lowest in Yazd.

Life-threatening constrictive pericarditis accompanied by synthetic cannabinoid use:A case report and literature review

Rationale:Synthetic cannabinoids are increasingly used as recreational drugs and have been associated with adverse cardiovascular ***,reports of synthetic cannabinoids accompanied by constrictive pericarditis are ***’s concern:A 28-year-old male with a history of synthetic cannabinoid(Bonzai)abuse presented with chest discomfort,dyspnea,and lower extremity *** revealed reduced left ventricular ejection fraction,elevated inflammatory markers,low electrocardiogram voltages,and atrial ***:Chest spiral computerized tomography scan and chest X-ray demonstrated pericardial *** magnetic resonance imaging and right heart catheterization were done to confirm the possibility of constrictive *** on the patient’s addiction history and exclusion of rheumatologic and infectious causes,it was supposed that constrictive pericarditis and cardiomyopathy may be accompanied by synthetic cannabinoid ***:The patient received standard medical therapy,including loop diuretics for cardiomyopathy and constrictive *** ablation was recommended for his rhythm control,and he was planned for close monitoring of clinical and echocardiographic response and evaluation of the need for surgical pericardiectomy in the ***:After 6 months follow-up,echocardiographic exam revealed no significant improvement in ventricular ***,due to the high surgical risk,the patient’s poor compliance,and the continuation of drug abuse,he was not a good candidate for surgery according to our heart team’s ***:Synthetic cannabinoids can trigger constrictive pericarditis,and clinicians should consider them when evaluating patients with compatible symptoms and exposure *** research on the cardiovascular effects of synthetic cannabinoids is needed and public education on potential harms is warranted.

The effect of Cd impurity on the electronic structure and magnetic properties of hydrogen-terminated AlN nanoribbons with zigzag edges （ZAINNRs） was in- vestigate using the band structure results obtained through the full potential linearized augmented plane wave （FP- LAPW） method within the density functional theory （DFT）. The exchange correlation potential was treated by the generalized gradient approximation within the Perdew scheme. The calculated results show that the H-terminated zigzag AlN nanoribbon is semiconducting and nonmag- netic material with a direct band gap of about 2.78 eV, while the Cd-doped H-terminated ZAlNNR structures show complete （100 %） spin polarization very close to the Fermi level, which will result in spin-anisotropic transport. The charge transport is totally dominated by Cd spin down electrons in the H-terminated ZAlNNR. These results suggest potential applications for the development of using the A1N nanoribbons in nanoelectronics and magnetoelec-tronic devices as a base.

Impressive strides in amelioration of corrosion behavior of Mg-based alloys through the PEO process combined with surface laser process: A review

The unsatisfactory corrosion properties of Mg-based alloys pose a significant obstacle to their widespread application. Plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) is a prevalent and effective coating method that produces a ceramic-like oxide coating on the surface of Mg-based alloys,enhancing their resistance to corrosion. Research has demonstrated that PEO treatment can substantially improve the corrosion performance of alloys based on magnesium in the short term. In an effort to enhance the corrosion resistance of PEO coatings over an extended period of time, researchers have turned their attention to the use of laser processes as both pre-and post-treatments in conjunction with the PEO process. Various laser processes, such as laser shock melting(LSM), laser shock adhesion(LSA), laser shock texturing(LST), and laser shock peening(LSP), have been investigated for their potential to improve PEO coatings on Mg substrates and their alloys. These laser melting processes can homogenize and alter the microstructure of Mg-based alloys while leaving the bulk material unchanged, thereby modifying the substrate surface. However, the porous and rough structure of PEO coatings, with their open and interconnected pore structure, can reduce their long-term corrosion resistance. As such, various laser processes are well-suited for surface modification of these coatings. This study will first examine the PEO process and the various types of laser processes used in this process, before investigating the corrosion behavior of PEO coatings in conjunction with laser pre-and post-treatment processes.

In social network analysis,community detection is one of the significant tasks to study the structure and characteristics of the *** recent years,several intelligent and meta-heuristic algorithms have been presented for community detection in complex social networks,among them label propagation algorithm(LPA)is one of the fastest algorithms for discovering community ***,due to the randomness of the LPA,its performance is not suitable for the general purpose of network *** this study,the authors propose an improved version of the label propagation(called AntLP)algorithm using similarity indices and ant colony optimisation(ACO).The AntLP consists of two steps:in the first step,the algorithm assigns weights for edges of the input network using several similarity indices,and in the second step,the AntLP using ACO tries to propagate labels and optimise modularity measure by grouping similar vertices in each community based on the local similarities among the vertices of the *** order to study the performance of the AntLP,several experiments are conducted on some well-known social network *** simulations demonstrated that the AntLP is better than some community detection algorithms for social networks in terms of modularity,normalised mutual information and running time.

Gas release and its dispersion is a major concern in chemical *** order to manage and mitigate the risk of gas dispersion and its consequences,it is necessary to predict gas dispersion behavior and its concentration at various locations upon ***,models and commercial packages such as Phast and ALOHA have been *** fluid dynamics(CFD)can be a useful tool to simulate gas dispersion in complex areas and *** validation of the models requires the employment of the experimental data from filed and wind tunnel *** appears that the use of the experimental data to validate the CFD method that only includes certain monitor points and not the entire domain can lead to unreliable results for the intended areas of *** this work,some of the trials of the Kit Fox field experiment,which provided a wide-range database for gas dispersion,were simulated by *** scenarios were considered with different mesh sizes,physical conditions,and types of *** results of the simulations were surveyed in the whole *** data matching each scenario was varied by the influence of the dominant displacement force(wind or diffusivity).Furthermore,the statistical parameters suggested for the heavy gas dispersion showed a dependency on the lower band of gas ***,they should be used with ***,the results and computation cost of the simulation could be affected by the chosen scenario,the location of the intended points,and the release type.
