The.addition of Au3. to sphe.ical amine.cappe. CdSe.ZnS nanoparticle. in tolue.e.at room te.pe.ature.and unde. darkne.s can le.d to te.nary CdSe.ZnS/Au nanohybrids. We.de.onstrate.that this happe.s only whe. the.nanoparticle. posse.s a re.ative.y thin ZnS she.l, thus showing that thickne.s plays a ke. role.in gold de.osition on the.CdSe.ZnS nanoparticle.surface. Our hypothe.is is that the.amine.ligand acts as the.re.uctant of Au3＋ ions into Au＋ ions, whose.affinity for sulfur would ke.p the. at the.CdSe.ZnS surface. This inte.action stabilize. the.Au＋ ion, making it le.s prone.to re.uction than a non-coordinate. Au＋ ion. In CdSe.ZnS with a thin she.l, Au＋ ions at the.surface.of, or most probably within, the.ZnS she.l cause.the.transfe. of Cd2＋ ions into the.solution. Subse.ue.tly, the.core.Se.- anion, which is a be.te. re.uctant than the.she.l S2- re.uce. Au＋ ions to Au（0）, and large.gold nanoparticle. （AuNPs） are.quickly de.osite. on the.CdSe.ZnS surface.in room te.pe.ature.proce.s, le.ding to te.nary CdSe.ZnS/Au nanohybrids. In solution, the.e.te.nary nanohybrids progre.sive.y transform into quate.nary CdSe.ZnS/Au2S/Au nanohybrids due.to the.re.ction of the.she.l S2- anion with the.re.aining Au＋ at the.CdSe.ZnS surface. thus le.ding to the.growth of Au2S nanoparticle. on the.CdSe.ZnS surface.while.Zn concomitantly le.che. from the.nanohybrid into the.solution. Photoirradiation of the.he.e.ostructure. with visible.light e.hance. the.r e.ission e.ficie.cy. Comparative.y, irradiation of the.pre.ursors, i.e., CdSe.ZnS nanoparticle., cause. a drastic de.re.se.in the.r e.ission accompanie. by a blue.shift of the.r e.ission maximum. Some.of the.pre.ious studie. involve. he.t re.ponse.studie. in te.ms of survival and he.t shock prote.n e.pre.sion, which are.re.ulate. to prote.t othe. prote.ns against e.viron- me.tal stre.s conditions. In the.pre.e.t study, we.characte.ize.the.impe.ance.profile.with the.xCe.Lige.ce.Re.l-Time.Ce.l Analyze. and study the.e.fe.t of incre.se. te.pe.ature.in ce.l growth and viability in the.ce.l line.BCIRL-TcA-CLG 1 （TcA） of T castane.m. This nove. syste. me.sure. ce.ls be.avior in re.l time.and is applie. for the.first time.to inse.t ce.ls. Additionally, ce.ls are.e.pose. to he.t shock, incre.se. salinity, acidic pH and UV-A light with the.aim of me.suring the.e.pre.sion le.e.s of lisp27, Hsp68a, and Hsp83 ge.e.. Re.ults show a high the.motole.ance.of Te. in te.ms of ce.l growth and viability. This re.ult is like.y re.ate. to ge.e.e.pre.sion re.ults in which a significant up-re.ulation of all studie. Hsp ge.e. is obse.ve. afte. 1 h of e.posure.to 40 ~C and UV light. All 3 ge.e. show similar e.pre.sion patte.ns, but Hsp27 se.ms to be.the.most affe.te.. The.re.ults of this study validate.the.RTCA me.hod and re.e.l the.utility of inse.t ce.l line., re.l-time.analysis and ge.e.e.pre.sion studie. to be.te. unde.stand the.physiological re.ponse.of inse.t ce.ls, with pote.tial applications in diffe.e.t fie.ds of biology such as conse.vation biology and pe.t manage.e.t.
