＜正＞Three gas dispersion states in liquid in a standard Rushton stirred tank（20cm i.d.）-cup dispersion, critical dispersion and full dispersion were observed in experiments for air-water system. Only those gas dispersion states over the critical dispersion were of significations both in laboratory researches and in industrial applications. However this situation couldn’t be distinguished in the flow map regime established on gas-filled cavity structures usually used to judge gas dispersion states in liquid in Rushton stirred tank. Traditional protocols in wireless sensor networks follow the strict layering techniques which lead to the degradation in performance of the QoS (Quality of Service) parameters. Battery powered tiny sensor nodes with constraints of energy and guaranteed time require the efficient communication protocols with innovative and optimized approach to attain the objectives of WSN. Especially, these requirements become more stringent with the emergence of novel applications based on WSN. In order to find an optimized solution to this, cross layer-based approach which allows the cooperation, synchronization and communication among the layers, seems to be appropriate. In this paper, a realistic cross-layer protocol has been developed taking into considerations of MAC and Physical layer to further optimize the QoS parameters of already developed Energy Efficient Inter Cluster Coordination Protocol (EEICCP) at the Network layer level. In this paper we endeavor to concentrate on the enhancement of reliability parameter of QoS and results are validated through simulations done in MATLAB.

在一各向同性弹性半空间上覆盖一层带孔隙的横观各向同性热弹性材料时,研究孔隙对表面波传播的影响.建立"焊接"接触及光滑接触界面条件下的数学模型,导出其频率方程.用图形给出相速度和衰减系数随波数的变化曲线,描述了"焊接"接触界面条件时孔隙和各向异性的影响.得到了"焊接"接触时的单位损耗,以及体积率场、正应力、温度变化的幅值,并对一组特殊模型用图形描述了孔隙和各向异性的影响.研究中还推演出一些特例.

Introduction\;A suture zone in an orogenic belt marks the paleo\|plate boundaries with its characteristic ocean floor assemblages. In Himalayas, the best and most spectacular example of the continent\|continent collision orogeny, the suture zone can be traced all along the 2500km long mountain chain and marks the boundary between the Indian and Asian plates. Ladakh region of North\|West Himalaya probably presents the best preserved history of pre\|, syn\|, and post\|collision signatures. It has rocks ranging from Precambrian passive margin sediments to the post collision molasses. The suture zone in Ladakh, referred to as the Indus Suture Zone (ISZ), is characterized by the several occurrences of ophiolitic melange. (M.P. Searle et al, 1987) .Apart from these, various linear belts of the volcanic rocks have been found in the Indus Suture Zone, though their inter relationship is not very clear (*** 1990).

Objective:The laparoscopic approach is becoming the standard of care for many surgical ***,in the case of hydatid cysts,laparoscopic management is challenging due to the risk of spillage of hydatid fluid,which can cause an anaphylactic reaction and ***,we report our initial experience with laparoscopic partial pericystectomy of hydatid cysts using long ribbon gauze to decrease intra-operative ***:This was a retrospective study(between January 2010 and December 2021)in the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology,Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Science,a tertiary care referral center in northern ***,we have included 37 consecutive patients with hydatid cysts of the liver and *** was made by laboratory and imaging findings(abdominal sonography or contrast enhanced CT scans).All patients were managed with laparoscopic partial ***,a betadine-soaked long ribbon gauze,high-pressure suction canula,and an endo-bag were used in all *** collected data included patient demography,location,size,and number of cysts,WHO type,operative time,blood loss,postoperative complications,hospital stay and ***:In our series,the mean age was 38.4±13.6 years,15(40.5%)were men and 22(59.5%)were *** right lobe of the liver was the most commonly affected site(21,56.8%).The mean operative time was 80.0±32.0 min,and intraoperative blood loss was 23.6±11.5 *** leak was present in 6(16.2%)*** was no *** hospital stay was 5(3,9)days,and no recurrence was observed at a median follow-up of 36 ***:Laparoscopic partial pericystectomy using this technique is safe in the management of hydatid ***,proper packing and safe removal of soaked gauzes can minimize the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence.

Background and aim:Conventional hepatitis C treatment using pegylated interferon(PEG-IFN)and ribavirin is associated with significant side ***28B polymorphism can predict response to treatment,with CC genotype having a better *** gene deficiency protects against clinically significant anaemia induced by *** purpose of this study was to determine IL28B polymorphismand ITPA variation among hepatitis C genotype 1 patients who have undergone therapy with PEG-IFN and ribavirin and their association with sustained viral response(SVR).Methods:All hepatitis C genotype 1 patients who had been treated with PEG-IFN and ribavirin over the past 10 years were identified by available medical records and were contacted by letter of invitation to participate in the *** samples for IL28B and ITPA genotyping were *** records were reviewed for verification of treatment response,development of anaemia and if treatment reduction was required during the ***:A total of 61 patients with hepatitis C genotype 1 were treated with PEG-IFN and ribavirin,of whom 42 agreed to participate in the *** age was 45.6±12.9 years at time of treatment,and 83.3%of patients ***-three(78.6%)had IL28B CC genotype,of whom 25(75.8%)obtained SVR compared with only 3 of 9(33.3%)non C/C genotype patients who achieved SVR(P=0.041).Eleven(26.1%)patients had ITPA AC genotype,and 30(71.4%)had CC *** was no statistically significant difference between ITPA AC and CC genotypes in predicting clinically significant anaemia(45.5%vs 63.3%,P=0.302).Even among patients who developed anaemia,70.8%stillmanaged to achieve *** reduction also had no impact on ***:Hepatitis C genotype 1 patients should be informed of the response rate for treatment with PEG-IFN and ribavirin in a population with favourable IL28B genotype before consideration of newer therapeutic options.

Multicarrier Waveform(MCW)has several advantages and plays a very important role in cellular *** generation(5G)MCW such as Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA)and Filter Bank Multicarrier(FBMC)are thought to be important in 5G *** Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR)is seen as a serious concern in MCW since it reduces the efficiency of amplifier use in the user *** paper presents a novel Divergence Selective Mapping(DSLM)and Divergence Partial Transmission Sequence(D-PTS)for 5G *** is seen that the proposed D-SLM and PTS lower PAPR with low computational *** work highlighted a combination of multi-data block partial transmit schemes along with tone *** this,an overlapping factor is used to determine the number of data blocks for every ***,considering only those data blocks that have minimum signal power,the use of DSLM and DPTS are required to eliminate the segment’s *** results reveal that the suggested hybrid technique proves to be better than the conventional PTS ***,the power saving performance of FBMC and NOMA is compared with the Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM)waveform.
