A nonautonomous mat hematical model to assess the impact of algae on the abatement of atmospheric carbon dioxide

The world's oceans have played an important role in sequestering atmospheric carbon dioxide through solubility and the action of *** of atmospheric carbon dioxide by photoautotrophic algal cultures has the potential to diminish the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere,thereby helping to alleviate the trend toward global *** work investigates the role of algae in controlling the level of atmospheric carbon *** Rank Correlation Coefficients(PRCCs)technique is used to address how the concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide is affected by changes in a specific parameter disregarding the uncertainty over the rest of the model *** related to algal growth are shown to significantly reduce the level of atmospheric CO_(2).Further,we explore the dynamics of nonautonomous system by incorporating the seasonal variations of sonic ecologically important model *** nonautonomous system exhibits globally attractive positive periodic solution,and also the appearance of double periodic solution is ***,by letting the seasonally forced parameters as almost periodic functions of time,we show almost periodic behavior of the *** findings suggest that the policy makers should focus on continuous addition of nutrients in the ocean to accelerate the algal growth thereby reducing the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

An Improved Methodology to Overcome Key Issues in Human Fecal Metagenomic DNA Extraction

Microbes are ubiquitously distributed in nature, and recent culture-independent studies have highlighted the significance of gut microbiota in human health and disease. Fecal DNA is the primary source for the majority of human gut microbiome studies. However, further improvement is needed to obtain fecal metagenomic DNA with sufficient amount and good quality but low host genomic DNA contamination. In the current study, we demonstrate a quick, robust, unbiased, and cost-effective method for the isolation of high molecular weight （〉 23 kb） metagenomic DNA （260/280 ratio 〉 1.8） with a good yield （55.8 ± 3.8 ng/mg of feces）. We also confirm that there is very low human genomic DNA contamination （eubacterial： human genomic DNA marker genes = 227.9：1） in the human feces. The newly-developed method robustly performs for fresh as well as stored fecal samples as demonstrated by 16s rRNA gene sequencing using 454 FLX＋. Moreover, 16s rRNA gene analysis indicated that compared to other DNA extraction methods tested, the fecal metagenomic DNA isolated with current methodology retains species richness and does not show microbial diversity biases, which is further confirmed by qPCR with a known quantity of spike-in genomes. Overall, our data highlight a protocol with a balance between quality, amount, user-friendliness, and cost effectiveness for its suitability toward usage for cultureindependent analysis of the human gut microbiome, which provides a robust solution to overcome key issues associated with fecal metagenomic DNA isolation in human gut microbiome studies.

severe blood loss due to traumatic injuries remains one of the leading causes of death in emergency *** continues to be the candidate material for hemostatic applications due to its inherent hemostatic ***,available chitosan-based dressings have been reported to have an acidic odor at the wound site due to the incorporation of acid based solvents for their fabrication and deformation under compression owing to low mechanical strength limiting its *** the present study semi-IPN cryogel was fabricated via schiff's base cross-linking between the polyaldehyde groups of oxidized dextran and thiolated chitosan in presence of locust bean gum(LBG)known for its *** at12C yielded macroporous semi-IPN cryogels with an average pore size of 124.57±20.31 mm and 85.46%*** hydrophobicity index of LBG reinforced semi-IPN cryogel was reduced 2.42 times whereas the swelling ratio was increased by 156.08%compare to control *** increased hydrophilicity and swelling ratio inflated the compressive modulus from 28.1 kPa to 33.85 for LBG reinforced semi-IPN *** structural stability and constant degradation medium pH were also recorded over a period of 12 *** cryogels demonstrated lower adsorption affinity towards *** cytotoxicity assays(direct,indirect)with 3T3-L1 fibroblast cells confirmed the cytocompatibility of the *** hemolysis assay showedsis confirming blood compatibility of the fabricated cryogel,while whole blood clotting and platelet adhesion assays confirmed the hemostatic potential of semi-IPN cryogel.

structural Analysis of ^(23)O Through single-Neutron stripping Reaction

We have studied the single-neutron stripping reaction induced by ^23O on carbon target at beam energy of 72 MeV//A with a motive to analyze its ground state structure. The partial stripping cross sections as well as longitudinal momentum distribution of ^22O core have been calculated within the framework of the eikonal approximation approach. several core-neutron spin coupling configurations, corresponding to J^π= 1/2 ＋ as ground state spin parity of ^23O, along with their suitable admixtures have been considered. The major outcome of the present work is that the s and d admixed configuration with a large contribution of s state seems to explain the longitudinal momentum distribution data more satisfactorily.

GRADE: Deep learning and garlic routing-based secure data sharing framework for IIoT beyond 5G

The rise of automation with Machine-Type Communication(MTC)holds great potential in developing Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)-based applications such as smart cities,Intelligent Transportation systems(ITs),supply chains,and smart industries without any human ***,MTC has to cope with significant security challenges due to heterogeneous data,public network connectivity,and inadequate security *** overcome the aforementioned issues,we have proposed a blockchain and garlic-routing-based secure data exchange framework,i.e.,GRADE,which alleviates the security constraints and maintains the stable connection in ***,the Long-short-Term Memory(LsTM)-based Nadam optimizer efficiently predicts the class label,i.e.,malicious and non-malicious,and forwards the non-malicious data requests of MTC to the Garlic Routing(GR)*** GR network assigns a unique ElGamal encrypted session tag to each machine partaking in ***,an Advanced Encryption standard(AEs)is applied to encrypt the MTC data ***,the InterPlanetary File system(IPFs)-based blockchain is employed to store the machine's session tags,which increases the scalability of the proposed GRADE ***,the proposed framework has utilized the indispensable benefits of the 6G network to enhance the network performance of ***,the proposed GRADE framework is evaluated against different performance metrics such as scalability,packet loss,accuracy,and compromised rate of the MTC data *** results show that the GRADE framework outperforms the baseline methods in terms of accuracy,i.e.,98.9%,compromised rate,i.e.,18.5%,scalability,i.e.,47.2%,and packet loss ratio,i.e.,24.3%.

Phytoremediation is a promising approach for reclamation of salt-affected *** is the most commonly used process,which exploits plants to absorb,immobilize,and accumulate salt in their *** this study,halotolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)were isolated from the rhizosphere of wild grasses growing naturally in salt-affected areas of Lucknow,Uttar Pradesh(India)and were tested for their efficacies of salt-tolerance and plant growth-promoting(PGP)*** on 16s rRNA sequences,the most efficient halotolerant isolates possessing PGP traits were identified as Pseudomonas plecoglossicida(KM 233646),Acinetobacter calcoaceticus(KM 233647),Bacillus flexus(KM 233648),and Bacillus safensis(KM 233652).Application of these isolates as bio-inoculants significantly(Psed the growth and bacoside A yield of a medicinal plant,Bacopa monnieri(L.)Nash,grown on natural salt-affected *** phytoremediation of salt-affected soil was evident by the substantial increase in shoot Na^+:K^+ratio of bio-inoculant-treated *** compared to un-inoculated control plants,the soil physico-chemical properties of bio-inoculant-treated plants were *** shoot and root biomass(fresh and dry weights),soil enzymes,and soil nutrient parameters showed significant positive correlations with the shoot Na+:K+***,the halotolerant PGPR screened in this study could be useful for the reclamation of saline soils concomitant with improved plant growth and bacoside A yield.

Cloud computing distributes task-parallel among the various *** with self-service supported and on-demand service have rapid *** these applications,cloud computing allocates the resources dynami-cally via the internet according to user *** resource allocation is vital for fulfilling user *** contrast,improper resource allocations result to load imbalance,which leads to severe service *** cloud resources implement internet-connected devices using the protocols for storing,communi-cating,and *** extensive needs and lack of optimal resource allo-cating scheme make cloud computing more *** paper proposes an NMDs(Network Manager based Dynamic scheduling)for achieving a prominent resource allocation scheme for the *** proposed system mainly focuses on dimensionality problems,where the conventional methods fail to address *** proposed system introduced three–threshold mode of task based on its size sTT,MTT,LTT(small,medium,large task thresholding).Along with it,task mer-ging enables minimum energy consumption and response *** proposed NMDs is compared with the existing Energy-efficient Dynamic scheduling scheme(EDs)and Decentralized Virtual Machine Migration(DVM).With a Network Manager-based Dynamic scheduling,the proposed model achieves excellence in resource allocation compared to the other existing *** obtained results shows the proposed system effectively allocate the resources and achieves about 94%of energy efficient than the other *** evaluation metrics taken for comparison are energy consumption,mean response time,percentage of resource utilization,and migration.

Internet of Things(IoT)is becoming popular nowadays for collecting and sharing the data from the nodes and among the nodes using internet ***,some of the nodes in IoT are mobile and dynamic in *** maintaining the link among the nodes,efficient bandwidth of the links among the mobile nodes with increased life time is a big challenge in IoT as it integrates mobile nodes with static nodes for data *** such networks,many routing-problems arise due to difficulties in energy and bandwidth based quality of *** to the mobility and finite nature of the nodes,transmission links between intermediary nodes may fail frequently,thus affecting the routing-performance of the network and the accessibility of the *** existing protocols do not focus on the transmission links and energy,bandwidth and link stability of the nodes,but node links are significant factors for enhancing the quality of the *** stability helps us to define whether the node is within or out of a coverage *** paper proposed an Optimal Energy and bandwidth based Link stability Routing(OEBLs)algorithm,to improve the link stable route with minimized error rate and *** this paper,the optimal route from the source to the sink is determined based on the energy and bandwidth,link stability *** the existing routes,the sink node will choose the optimal route which is having less link stability *** stable link is determined by evaluating link stability value using distance and ***-energy of the node is estimated using the current energy and the consumed *** energy is estimated using transmitted power and the received *** bandwidth in the link is estimated using the idle time and channel capacity with the consideration of probability of collision.

Rolling of Al-siC_p Composites

Aluminum based metal matrix composites are offering o utstanding properties in a number of automotive and aircraft components and body structures. The major advantages of these composite materials are their high st rength to weight ratio, high stiffness, high hardness, wear resistance, low coef ficient of thermal expansion, superior dimensional stability and versatility to designer. In addition to these their isotropic properties, good forming characte ristics, easy availability of cheaper reinforcements along with the availability of comparatively low cost, high volume production methods have made them a prom ising material for future growth. Weight reduction is a major goal of automotive innovations. Lighter vehicles/ ai rcraft means less fuel consumption, reduced emissions, and improved performance. Components made from highly loaded aluminium matrix composites are attractive r elative to iron based materials because of their low density, high stiffness (eq uivalent to nodular iron) and better heat transfer characteristics. The basic co st of materials is higher with these advanced composites; however, manufacturing the part to near net shape may offset basic material costs. A good aluminium based material design can improves safety. The aluminium-based composites can give cars better acceleration and braking, improved handling, ex cellent durability, and ease of repair. Tha aluminum-based composite performs a s well or better in crash than conventional steel-structured cars because of th eir larger volume, which can absorb more crash energy. Another excellent advanta ge of Al-siC p composite in auto design is better stability and response, and reduced noise, vibration/harshness (NHV). These advantages stem from reduced veh icle weight combined with high structural stiffness and also lead to improved st ability and turning response. In the present work Al-siC p composite plates of 10 to 12 mm thickness w ere cast using sand casting as well as die casting process.
