Feature selection is a crucial problem in efficient machine learning,and it also greatly contributes to the explainability of machine-driven ***,like decision trees and Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator(LASSO),can select features during ***,these embedded approaches can only be applied to a small subset of machine learning *** based methods can select features independently from machine learning models but they often suffer from a high computational *** enhance their efficiency,many randomized algorithms have been *** this paper,we propose automatic breadth searching and attention searching adjustment approaches to further speedup randomized wrapper based feature *** conduct theoretical computational complexity analysis and further explain our algorithms’generic *** conduct experiments on both synthetic and real datasets with different machine learning base *** show that,compared with existing approaches,our proposed techniques can locate a more meaningful set of features with a high efficiency.

Objective:To investigate antidiabetic,antihyperlipidemic and antioxidant activity of methanol extract of Tectona grandis(***) flowers(METGF) in streplozotocin(STZ) induced diabetic rats to supports its traditional ***:Acute toxicity study of METGF was carried out in rat to determine its dose for the antidiabetic *** glucose tolerance test(OGTT) was performed to evaluate METGF effect on elevated blood glucose *** was induced in rats by administration of STZ(60 mg/kg,ip.) and it was confirmed 72 h after *** was orally given to the diabetic rats up to 28 days and blood glucose level were estimated each *** 28 day of the experiment,diabetic rats were sacrificed after the blood collection for the biochemical parameters analysis and liver,kidney was collected to determine antioxidants ***: In acute toxicity,METGF did not show toxicity and death up to a dose 2 000 mg/kg in rats. Administration of METGF 100 and 200 mg/kg significantly(Preduced blood glucose levels in OGTT and STZ-induced diabetic *** doses of METGF treatment significantly(Preased body weight,serum insulin,haemoglobin(Hb) and total protein levels in diabetic ***,MEGTF treatment reduced elevated glycosylated haemoglobin(HbA1c) and other biochemical parameters levels significantly(Profiles and antioxidants levels were reversed to near normal in diabetic rats treated with METGF. Conclusions:These results concluded that METGF possesses antidiabetic,antihyperglycemic and antioxidant activity which supports its traditional use.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of ethyl acetate extract of Adenema hyssopifolium(AHEAE) on normal body temperature and brewer’s yeast-induced pyrexia ***:Preliminary phytochemical tests,acute toxicity tests and antipyretic evaluation were carried out in ethyl acetate extract of Adenoma hyssopifolium,.Two doses of the extract(300 or 600 mg/kg orally) and standard antipyretic agent,paracetamol at a dose of 150 mg/kg were administered to various group of the *** rectal temperature before and after treatment was ***:The phytochemical analysis of AHEAE revealed the presence of flavonoid and iridoid glycosides as major *** administration of AHEAE at a dose of 300 or 600 mg/kg produced significant reduction(Prature in normal and pyrexia rats on a dose dependent *** antipyretic influence of AHEAE was comparable to that of standard antipyretic agent,paracetamol(150 mg/kg),and onset of action and reduction in pyrexia towards normal body temperature was delayed when compared to paracetamol *** dose of 600 mg/kg,AHEAE reduced pyrexia to normal body temperature at 4 h after its administration compared to reduction of pyrexia to normal body temperature at 2 h by standard *** reduction of fever was consistent in paracetamol group from 2 to 4 h after its administration to normal body temperature compared to AHEAE ***:Our present results corroborate with the traditional notion of Adenema hyssopifolium *** that is being used as an effective cure of fever and add authenticity to claim of indigenous healers that the taxon is a potential antipyretic agent.

Bio-inspired helicoidal composite laminates, inspired by the intricate helical structures found in nature, present a promising frontier for enhancing the mechanical properties of structural designs. Hence, this study provides a comprehensive investigation into the nonlinear free vibration and nonlinear bending behavior of bio-inspired composite plates. The inverse hyperbolic shear deformation theory(IHSDT) of plates is employed to characterize the displacement field, with the incorporation of Green-Lagrange nonlinearity. The problem is modeled using the C0finite element method(FEM), and an in-house code is developed in the MATLAB environment to solve it numerically. Various helicoidal layup configurations including helicoidal recursive(Hr), helicoidal exponential(HE), helicoidal semi-circular(HS), linear helicoidal(LH), and Fibonacci helicoidal(FH)with different layup sequences and quasi-isotropic configurations are studied. The model is validated, and parametric studies are conducted. These studies investigate the effects of layup configurations, side-to-thickness ratio, modulus ratios, boundary conditions, and loading conditions at different load amplitudes on the nonlinear vibration and nonlinear bending behaviors of bio-inspired composite plates. The results show that the laminate sequence exerts a substantial impact on both nonlinear natural frequencies and nonlinear bending behaviors. Moreover, this influence varies across different side-to-thickness ratios and boundary conditions of the bio-inspired composite plate.
