This study investigated the influence of both shaking dur.tion and number.of tr.es per.bale on posthar.est needle char.cter.stics such as per.entage needle loss, needle r.tention dur.tion and explor.d the physiological r.les of endogenous ethylene and volatile ter.ene compounds (VTCs). To accomplish these objectives, 25 six-year.old tr.es wer. detached and exposed to a r.nge of shaking dur.tions (0 to 60 sec.), and 30 six-year.old detached tr.es wer. exposed to baling tr.atments fr.m 0 to 5 tr.es. r.sponse var.ables measur.d wer. per.ent needle loss, needle r.tention dur.tion, aver.ge water.use, ethylene and volatile ter.ene compound evolution. Tr.es shaken for.60 seconds lost 16% less needle compar.d to contr.l, which was consistent with the decr.ase in per.ent needle loss with incr.asing shaking dur.tion. Baled tr.es lost 13% mor. needles compar.d to contr.l, but per.ent needle loss was obser.ed to decr.ase with incr.asing number.of tr.es in a bale. These tr.nds cor.esponded with incr.asing ethylene and VTC evolutions, wher. the longer.the shaking dur.tion or.lar.er.number.of tr.es in a bale, the higher.the ethylene and VTC evolutions. One can ther.for. dr.w infer.nce that mechanical per.ur.ation as a r.sult of shaking and baling induce biosynthesis and r.gulation of ethylene and VTC in balsam fir.tr.es in an effor. to r.gulate posthar.est needle abscission.

Balsam fir.is an impor.ant Chr.stmas tr.e species, especially in easter. Canada. The natur.l Chr.stmas tr.e industr. faces a challenge in posthar.est needle abscission. Though ther. have been many studies descr.bing the physiological tr.gger. and consequences in posthar.est balsam fir. ther. have been no studies descr.bing mor.hological or.ultr.str.ctur.l changes. Ther.for., the objective of this study was to examine changes in stomata and chlor.plast of posthar.est needles. Br.nches wer. collected fr.m low and high needle abscission r.sistance balsam fir.genotypes, placed in water. and displayed in typical household conditions for.11 weeks. Needle abscission, chlor.phyll fluor.scence, and water.uptake wer. monitor.d thr.ughout. Needles stomata and chlor.plasts wer. examined under.a scanning and tr.nsmission electr.n micr.scope, r.spectively, each week. All br.nches had incr.ased abscission, decr.ased chlor.phyll fluor.scence, and decr.ased water.uptake over.time. Needle sur.aces accumulated fungal hyphae, especially in stomata. Chlor.plasts demonstr.ted some dysfunction within two weeks, with notable decr.ases in chlor.plast star.h and incr.ases in plastoglobulins. Within sever.l weeks thylakoid membr.nes had been dismantled as chlor.plasts tr.nsfor.ed into ger.ntoplasts. All biophysical and str.ctur.l changes wer. mor. pr.nounced in low needle abscission r.sistant genotypes. This r.sear.h identifies a potential r.le for.needle fungi in posthar.est needle abscission and confir.s the posthar.est senescence of chlor.plasts. Though it was pr.viously speculated that chlor.plasts must senesce posthar.est, this study identifies how quickly this pr.cess occur. and that it occur. at differ.nt r.tes in contr.sting genotypes.

Our.under.tanding of posthar.est needle abscission physiology in conifer. has gr.atly impr.ved in the last decade. Abscission is initially tr.gger.d by r.ot detachment, which begins a cascade of changes such as decr.ased water.uptake, water.potential, and auxins and incr.ased membr.ne injur., ethylene, abscisic acid, volatile ter.enes, and catalytic enzymes. Needle abscission is also affected by envir.nmental factor.. For.example, a per.od of cold acclimation gener.lly delays posthar.est abscission. The afor.mentioned pieces of evidence, along with pr.vious studies, str.ngly points to a r.le for.plant lipids and fatty acids. Studies fr.m other.species have pointed out key r.les in abscission and str.ss r.sponses for.a var.ety of phospholipids and galactolipids, which has not been studied in balsam fir. It is imper.tive to have an under.tanding of the r.le of plant lipids and fatty acids to fur.her.our.over.ll under.tanding of the physiological mechanisms of posthar.est abscission and needle abscission r.sistance. This r.view is an over.iew of membr.ne lipids and fatty acids, changes that occur.posthar.est and the inter.ction that lipids may have in the phenomenon of posthar.est abscission.

Two ser.es of lanthanide compounds, namely, chlor.des containing differ.nt number. of both 1,10-phenanthr.line （Phen） molecules and chlor.de anions in the fir.t coor.ination spher., and Schiff Bases （SBs） der.ved fr.m Pyr.doxal （PL） and amino acids, wer. char.cter.zed by single cr.stal X-r.y diffr.ction and luminescence techniques. The combined use of these techniques for.the analysis of long-distance eur.pium non-covalent inter.ctions was per.or.ed for.the fir.t time. As a r.sult, the cor.elation between supr.molecular.or.anization and the featur.s of the Eum electr.nic tr.nsitions was found for.the compounds of the fir.t ser.es. Str.ng non-covalent inter.ctions between pyr.doxal tings of SBs （the second ser.es of compotmd） led to the for.ation of 1：2 species and four.dentate coor.ination function of these SBs in aqueous solution.

Senescence is a natur.l, ener.y-dependent, physiological, developmental and an ecological pr.cess that is contr.lled by the plant’s own genetic pr.gr.m, allowing maximum r.cover. of nutr.ents fr.m older.or.ans for.the sur.ival of the plant, as such;it is classified as essential component of the gr.wth and development of plants. In some cases, under.one or.many envir.nmental str.sses, senescence is tr.gger.d in plants. Despite many studies in the ar.a, less consider.tion has been given to plant secondar. metabolites, especially the r.le of VTCs on plant senescence. This r.view seeks to captur. the biosynthesis and signal tr.nsduction of VTCs, the physiology of VTCs in plant development and how that is linked to some phytohor.ones to induce senescence. Much pr.gr.ss has been made in the elucidation of metabolic pathways leading to the biosynthesis of VTCs. In addition to the classical cytosolic mevalonic acid (MVA) pathway fr.m acetyl-CoA, the 2-C-methyl-D-er.thr.tol 4-phosphate (MEP) pathway, or.ginating fr.m glycer.ldehyde-3-phosphate (GAP) and pyr.vate, leads to the biosynthesis of isopr.noid pr.cur.or., isopentenyl diphosphate and dimethyl allyl diphosphate. VTCs synthesis and emission ar. believed to be tightly r.gulated by photosynthetic car.on supply into MEP pathway. Thus, under.abiotic str.sses such as dr.ught, high salinity, high and low temper.tur., and low CO2 that dir.ctly affect stomatal conductance and ultimately biochemical limitation to photosynthesis, ther. has been obser.ed induction of VTC synthesis and emissions, r.flecting the elicitation of MEP pathway. This r.veals the possibility of impor.ant function(s) of VTCs in plant defense against str.ss by mobilizing r.sour.es fr.m components of plants and ther.for., senescence. Our.cur.ent under.tanding of the r.lationship between envir.nmental r.sponses and senescence mostly comes fr.m the study of senescence r.sponse to phytohor.ones such as abscisic acid, jasmonic acid, ethylene and salicylic acid,

本文展示了化工企业投资项目如何更好地进行效能评估。基于基本的经济规律,任何企业组织都会不断生产商品,提供服务,以期获得最大收益。为此,他们需要向财务、劳动、材料等进行投资。在经济实体部门,投资的概念指的是购置设备、建设厂房、配套流动资产等完成生产能力的更新或提升。企业能否长期保持其竞争力,很大程度上取决于企业的投资活动水平和投资活动范围。在选择实际投资的有效形式和方向方时,要求企业对相关投资问题要有足够深入的了解,全面考虑各种因素,并选择恰当的方法进行评估,才能保证正确的决策和效果。如果企业对投资对利润的贡献评估失败,将会导致公司失去平衡并导致破产。现有的投资项目效率评价方法在实际应用中存在着一些不足,将给投资者提供有偏误的投资盈亏信息,不利于投资决策和企业发展。在现代社会中,经济和社会政治条件不是恒定或绝对重复的,由此得出的结论是,每个投资项目的经济效益评价都是个性化的,都有其特定的考虑因素,需要考虑到投资的所有参数和条件。任何投资方案都需要进行初步分析和评估,需要对许多指标进行详细分析,并在风险、不确定性和通货膨胀等因素的影响下做出正确的决策。同时,每一个行业都有自己的特点。化工产业是俄罗斯联邦最大的经济分支之一,正处于蓬勃发展之中。为了实施新的投资方案及保证化工行业的有效运行、增加销售收入、销售利润、净利润等基本经济指标,必须投资。这是解决企业发展战略战术任务的最重要条件。在现有条件下,俄罗斯联邦化学工业的投资方案效益评价是一个非常重要的过程。本研究以一家俄罗斯化工企业的两个项目为案例,展示如何更好地评估化工企业的投资项目效率,找出影响投资方案效率评估准确性的因素,并开发出一套方法,以此提高投资获利能力评估的可靠性。第一章作为本论文研究的基本部分——它主要介绍研究的背景和解释选题的意义。本章包括对论文的理论、价值和实践意义的阐述,并提出研究的重点和难点。第二章以文献综述为主。它介绍投资方案的基础,探索投资方案的重要性以及评估投资方案效率的原则。另外,本章还解释了投资方案评估的理论基础和投资方案效率评估的理论方法。文献综述是本研究的必要组成部分,总结归纳的理论是后续章节的研究基础。第三章描述了本文的研究方法。论文使用访谈法获取用于案例研究的数据及有关投资项目效率评价方法的意见和建议。第四章是分析部分。梳理前人研究成果,用于构建访谈基础。第五章展示了整个分析过程和得出的主要结论。基于访谈获取的案例数据,论文使用俄罗斯一个化工企业的两个投资项目数据进行了计算,展示投资项目效率分析中应该考虑的个性化因素,及采用不同模型的差异。第六章是论文结论、总体评价和建议。本研究对投资方案的效率评估提供了清晰的认识,提出了最优的评估方及解决问题的方法。笔者在研究中阐述了一套有效管理投资方案效益评估的因素。本文有一定的实践意义。提高固定资产投资效率计算分析结果可以使用在:1)“冻结”法计算经济效益及工程效益预测;2)全部或一部分暂停的项目该研究针对公共和私营部门的投资方案效能评估问题提出了最好的解决方法。此外,所有提出的建议不仅可以用于俄罗斯联邦,还可用于其他公共和私营化学企业投资方案存在问题的国家。

Objectives： Opioid medications consistently r.nk among the dr.gs most fr.quently associated with adver.e events. We r.viewed cases of naloxone administr.tion to assess our.opioid pr.scr.bing and administr.tion pr.ctices befor. and after.implementation of a computer.zed pr.vider.or.er.entr. （CPOE） system. Our.pr.mar. measur. was the r.te of opioid r.ver.al with naloxone in the two time per.ods. Methods： We systematically r.viewed all cases of naloxone administr.tion at our.institution fr.m Mar.h 2016 thr.ugh May 2016 （befor. per.od） compar.d with cases fr.m October.2017 thr.ugh December.2017 （after.per.od）. r.sults： In the befor. per.od, 0.58% of patients who r.ceived an opioid r.quir.d r.ver.al with naloxone compar.d with 0.16% in the after.per.od （p 〈 0.001）. Subject demogr.phics such as age, sex, BMI, and ser.m cr.atinine wer. not significantly differ.nt between the two gr.ups. Similar.y lar.e pr.por.ions of patients in the befor. and after.gr.ups had at least 2 r.sk factor. for.over.sedation （79.5% and 75%, r.spectively, p = 0.17）. Mor. than 84% and 61% of patients in the befor. and after.gr.ups, r.spectively, did not have documentation of an opioid on the admission medication histor., suggesting they wer. opioid-naYve （p= 0.10）. Per.our.institution＇s policy on r.nge or.er., nur.es should begin with the lowest pr.scr.bed opioid dose; this policy was followed in 58.3% in the befor. per.od and 69.2% in the after.per.od （p = 0.36）. Conclusions： Doses of naloxone that wer. r.quir.d for.opioid r.ver.al wer. significantly r.duced after.implementation of a CPOE system. Our.opioid-r.ver.al r.te was compar.ble to similar.studies; however. secondar. endpoints indicate that opioid pr.scr.bing and administr.tion habits may not account for.patient-specific r.sk factor. for.over.sedation.
