i. thi. paper,the synthesi.,structural evoluti.n,and di.lectri. properti.s of BaTi.3soli. soluti.ns codoped wi.h rare earth elements(Gd3+and Eu3+) prepared usi.g the soli.-state reacti.n method are *** pure precursor powders of BaCl3,Ti.2,Gd2O3,and Eu2O3were mi.ed i. stoi.hi.metri. proporti.ns,ground i. an agate mortar before bei.g uni.xi.lly pressed at 250 MPa and si.tered at 1300℃ i. ai. atmosphere for 6 h to obtai. Ba1-3xGd2xTi.-3xEu4xO3（x=0,0.0015,0.01 and0.1）.X-ray di.fracti.n（XRD） and Ri.tveld's refi.ement results reveal the crystal phase ferroelectri. tetragonal BaTi.3for the samples wi.h x=0,0.0015 and 0.01, as well as a consi.tent i.crement i. the latti.e parameters caused by the *** solubi.i.y li.i. of Gd3+and Eu3+i. the BaTi.3structure i. reached for the sample wi.h x>0.01,and the orthorhombi. Eu2Ti.5and monocli.i. BaTi.O5secondary phases were *** Raman results show the characteri.ti. peaks of ferroelectri. tetragonal BaTi.3around 716 cm-1（LO of A1 symmetry）,515 cm-1（TO of A1 symmetry）,and 305 cm-1（B1）.The maxi.um relati.e permi.ti.i.y measured at 1 kHz was recorded to be 6151.8 for the sample wi.h x=0.0015,and a decrease i. the Curi. temperature to 105℃ wi.h respect to the undoped sample was *** punctual mi.roanalysi. for the samples wi.h x=0.0015,0.01,and 0.1 reveals grai.s composed of Ba,Ti.O,Gd,and Eu homogeneously di.tri.uted i. the *** Ba/Ti.rati.s for samples wi.h x=0.0015,0.01 and 0.1 are 2.86,2.91,and 0.68,respecti.0}y,i.di.ati.g substi.uti.n at the Ti.si.e for samples wi.h x=0.0015 and 0.01 and a substi.uti.n at the Ba si.e for the sample wi.h x=0.1.

Background: 70% of ovari.n cancer cases are di.gnosed at an advanced stage (i.i.or i.) of the di.ease and, i. turn, wi.h a hi.h prevalence of peri.oneal carci.osi. and asci.es, whi.h leads to progressi.e malnutri.i.n i. pati.nts, wi.h the consequent deteri.rati.n of thei. general condi.i.n. There i. a very i.portant relati.nshi. between nutri.i.nal status, quali.y of li.e, survi.al, and the abi.i.y to tolerate multi.i.ci.li.ary treatment of peri.oneal carci.osi.. Methods: A phase i., open-label, si.gle-center, non-randomi.ed cli.i.al tri.l was conducted that i.cluded 36 pati.nts wi.h advanced di.ease who were admi.i.tered the nutri.i.nal supplement Ocoxi., 30 ml twi.e a day, begi.ni.g one week before chemotherapy (CT) based on carboplati./pacli.axel, of whi.h they recei.e three cycles wi.h neoadjuvant i.tent. Ocoxi. treatment was conti.ued duri.g chemotherapy and for three weeks after completi.n of the last cycle, as well as duri.g any peri.ds for whi.h thi. treatment was di.conti.ued due to toxi.i.y. The effect of Ocoxi. on the quali.y of li.e was assessed through the QLQ C30 and QLQ OV28 questi.nnai.es from the start of treatment unti. the end of the follow-up peri.d. i. addi.i.n, the Karnofsky i.dex and nutri.i.nal parameters were assessed. Results: There were no si.ni.i.ant di.ferences between adverse events versus baseli.e values, except i. leukocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophi.s, ALT, and AST. There was no deteri.rati.n of the QoL scales, except for those related to the effects of chemotherapy and alopeci.. Conclusi.ns: Ocoxi. as an adjuvant to chemotherapy appears to i.prove better tolerance to chemotherapy, showed a good safety profi.e, and i.proved quali.y of li.e. For further i.formati.n on Ocoxi. neoadjuvant therapy benefi.s, a phase i.i.cli.i.al tri.l wi.l be needed.

i. thi. paper we develop and study, as the second part of one more general development, the energy transmutati.n equati.n for the materi.l si.gulari.y, previ.usly obtai.ed through the symmetri.ati.n of a wave packet, that i., we develop the correlati.n between the terms of thi. equati.n, whi.h accounts for the formati.n of matter from a previ.us vi.rati.nal state, and the di.ferent possi.le energy speci.s. These energeti. speci.s are ascri.ed, i. a si.pli.i.d form, to the equati.n E¯ω=E¯k+E¯f, whi.h allows us, through i.s associ.ted phase factor, to gai. an i.si.ht i.to the wave character of the ki.eti. energy and thus to attai. the basi. of the matter-wave, and all sorts of related phenomenologi.s, i.cludi.g that concerni.g quantum entanglement. The formati.n of the matter was previ.usly i.enti.i.d as an energeti. process, analogous to the ki.eti. one, i. whi.h fi.ally the i.erti.l mass i. consoli.ated as a mass i. a di.ferent phase, now, i. addi.i.n, the mass of the materi.l si.gulari.y i. i.enti.i.d as a volumetri. densi.y of waves of toroi.al geometry created i. the process of si.gulari.ati.n or energy transfer between speci.s, whi.h makes i. possi.le to establi.h the real relati.n or correspondence between the corpuscular and photoni. energy equati.n (E=mc2=hν), i.e. to explai. through m the i.ti.ate sense of the fi.st equi.alence, whi.h explai.s what νi. i. the second one.
