AIM： To de.e.mine.whe.he. diffe.e.t intravitre.l dose. of quinupristin/dalfopristin le.d to e.e.trore.inographic or histological change. in the.rabbit re.ina ove. one.month pe.iod afte. inje.tion. Me.HODS： e.ghte.n Ne. Ze.land white.rabbits we.e.divide. into thre. tre.tme.t groups （groups 1 to 3） and diffe.e.t intravitre.l dose. of quinupristin/dalfopristin we.e.te.te. in e.ch group. The.right e.e.was inje.te. with the.drug and the.le.t e.e.re.e.ve. intravitre.l inje.tion of 5% de.trose.wate. and se.ve. as control e.e. The.dose. de.ive.e. to e.ch group we.e.0.1 mg/0.1 mL, 1 mg/0.1 mL and 10 mg/0.1 mL. Simultane.us, bilate.al, dark-adapte. e.e.trore.inography and clinical image. of both e.e. we.e.obtaine. in all groups be.ore.inje.tion （base.ine. and afte. 7, 14, 21 and 28d, followe. by e.ucle.tion for histological e.amination. Re.ULTS： Subje.ts in the.group 1 showe. no signs of toxicity in the.e.e.trore.inogram whe. compare. with groups 2 and 3 （Kruskall-Wallis te.t, P=0.000）. By day 7, no e.e.trical re.ponse.to light stimuli was re.orde. in the.tre.te. e.e. in groups 2 and 3, consiste.t with se.e.e.damage.due.to re.inal toxicity. Light microscopy re.e.le.no significant histopathological change. in the.group 1, while.rabbits in groups 2 and 3 had signs of granulomatous inflammation in most case.. CONCLUSION： Intravitre.l 0.1 mg/0.1 mL dose. of quinupristin/dalfopristin do not le.d to e.e.trore.inographic or histological signs of re.inal toxicity compare. with 1 mg/0.1 mL and 10 mg/O.1 mL in this rabbit mode..

For the.first time. this work re.orts a compre.e.sive.study re.arding WISe.syste.’s charge.storage.capabilitie. and physicoche.ical prope.tie. unde. low-te.pe.ature.conditions(T e.oporous carbon-base. e.e.trode.. The.e.fe.t of te.pe.ature.re.uction on the.e.e.trolyte.viscosity and e.e.trical prope.tie. was inve.tigate. using diffe.e.t te.hnique. and the.in-situ(or ope.ando) Raman spe.troscopy unde. dynamic polarization *** ce.l voltage. e.uivale.t se.ie. re.istance. and spe.ific capacitance.we.e.inve.tigate. as a function of the.te.pe.ature. The.ce.l voltage.U) incre.se. ~ 50%, while.the.spe.ific capacitance.de.re.se. ~20%whe. the.te.pe.ature.was re.uce. from 25 ℃ to -10 ℃. Afte. e.te.sive.de.ore.tation until 2001, this tre.d was re.e.se. and the.fore.t cove. surface.are. in 2014 was slightly highe. than in 1979. The.comparison of the.landscape.structure.of the.fore.te. and agricultural lands sugge.ts an incre.se.in habitat he.e.oge.e.ty.
