News feed is one of the potential information providing sources which give updates on various topics of different *** updates on various topics need to be collected since the domain specific interested users are in need of important updates in their domains with organized data from various *** this paper,the news summarization system is proposed for the news data streams from rss feeds and Google *** news stream analysis requires live content,the news data are continuously collected for our *** contributions of thiswork involve domain corpus based news collection,news content extraction,hierarchical clustering of the news and summarization of *** of the existing news summarization systems lack in providing dynamic content with domain wise *** is alleviated in our proposed systemby tagging the news feed with domain corpuses and organizing the news streams with the hierarchical structure with topic wise ***,the news streams are summarized for the users with a novel summarization *** proposed summarization system generates topic wise summaries effectively for the user and no system in the literature has handled the news summarization by collecting the data dynamically and organizing the content *** proposed system is compared with existing systems and achieves better results in generating news *** Online news content editors are highly benefitted by this system for instantly getting the news summaries of their domain interest.

Preserving privacy of the user is a very critical requirement to be metwith all the international laws like GDPr, California privacy protection act andmany other bills in place. On the other hand, Online social Networks (OsN)has a wide spread recognition among the users, as a means of virtual communication. OsN may also acts as an identity provider for both internal and externalapplications. While it provides a simplified identification and authentication function to users across multiple applications, it also opens the users to a new spectrum of privacy threats. The privacy breaches costs to the users as well as tothe OsN. Despite paying millions of dollars as fine every year, the OsN hasnot done any significant changes, as data is the fuel and what it loses as fine isfar less compared to the money OsN makes out of the shared data. In this work,we have discussed a wide range of possible privacy threats and solutions prevailing in OsN-Third Party Application (TPA) data sharing scenario. Our solutionmodels the behavior of the user, as well as TPA and pinpoints the avenues of oversharing to the users, thereby limiting the privacy loss of the user.

Blog retrieval is a complex task because of the informal language usage. Blogs deviate from the language which is used in traditional corpora largely due to various reasons. spelling errors, grammatical irregularity, over use of abbreviations and symbolic characters like emotions are a few reasons of irregular corpus blogs. To make the retrieval of blogs easier, the novel idea of personalized semantic based blog retrieval （PsBBr） system is discussed in this paper. The blogs are tagged with a relationship to one another with reference to ontology. The meanings of the blog content and key term are tagged as XML tags. The query term accesses the XML tags to retrieve entire blog content. The system is evaluated with a huge number of blogs extracted from various blog sources. relevance score is calculated for every blog associated with keywords and content-based importance （CBI） gives the content similarity to the query word. The experimental result shows the system performs well for the blog retrieval process.

Phishing is the act of attempting to steal a user’s financial and personal information, such as credit card numbers and passwords by pretending to be a trustworthy participant, during online communication. Attackers may direct the users to a fake website that could seem legitimate, and then gather useful and confidential information using that site. In order to protect users from social Engineering techniques such as phishing, various measures have been developed, including improvement of Technical security. In this paper, we propose a new technique, namely, “A Prediction Model for the Detection of Phishing e-mails using Topic Modelling, Named Entity recognition and Image Processing”. The features extracted are Topic Modelling features, Named Entity features and structural features. A multi-classifier prediction model is used to detect the phishing mails. Experimental results show that the multi-classification technique outperforms the single-classifier-based prediction techniques. The resultant accuracy of the detection of phishing e-mail is 99% with the highest False Positive rate being 2.1%.

Background/Purpose: Multipotent bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (BMMsC) have been shown to possess the potential for tissue regeneration. The application of mesenchymal stromal cells (MsC)-derived growth factors and cytokines (GF/CKs) has been implicated for the repair and regeneration of the damaged skin that occurs due to aging and exposure to environmental stress factors. Methods: We have used both qualitative and quantitative measurements of the GF/CKs from the conditioned medium (CM) of a pooled population of BMMsC by antibody array analysis as well as by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELIsA). Furthermore, the CM was also used in a variety of in vitro biological assays to measure its protective properties in human skin fibroblasts. results: We have characterized the secretome of BMMsC by analyzing the composition of the CM using a forty-one growth factor array system. Thirteen of these GF/CK/extra cellular matrix (ECM)/ matrix metalloproteinases (MMP)-inhibitors in the CM were quantified owing to their involvement in skin repair cascade. In addition, we report that the BMMsC-CM was also able to protect dermal fibroblasts against tert-Butyl hydro peroxide (tbOH) induced oxidative stress and ultra violet B (UV-B) radiation induced cell damage. Conclusion: Based on the data presented here, we propose that BMMsC-derived CM may have the potential to promote health and rejuvenation of the aging skin.
