regulation the electronic density of solid-state electrolyte by donor–acceptor(D–A)system can achieve highly-selective Li^(+)transportation and conduction in solid-state Li metal *** study reports a high-performance solid-state electrolyte thorough D–A-linked covalent organic frameworks(COFs)based on intramolecular charge transfer *** other reported COFbased solid-state electrolyte,the developed concept with D–A-linked COFs not only achieves electronic modulation to promote highly-selective Li^(+)migration and inhibit Li dendrite,but also offers a crucial opportunity to understand the role of electronic density in solid-state Li metal *** introduced strong electronegativity F-based ligand in COF electrolyte results in highlyselective Li^(+)(transference number 0.83),high ionic conductivity(6.7×10^(-4)S cm^(−1)),excellent cyclic ability(1000 h)in Li metal symmetric cell and high-capacity retention in Li/LiFepO_(4)cell(90.8%for 300 cycles at 5C)than substituted C-and N-based *** is ascribed to outstanding D–A interaction between donor porphyrin and acceptor F atoms,which effectively expedites electron transferring from porphyrin to F-based ligand and enhances Li^(+)***,we anticipate that this work creates insight into the strategy for accelerating Li^(+)conduction in high-performance solid-state Li metal batteries through D–A system.

High-energy-density lithium(Li)–air cells have been considered a promising energy-storage system,but the liquid electrolyte-related safety and side-reaction problems seriously hinder their *** address these above issues,solid-state Li–air batteries have been widely ***,many commonly-used solid electrolytes generally face huge interface impedance inLi–air cells and also showpoor stability towards ambient air/Li ***,we fabricate a differentiating surface-regulated ceramic-based composite electrolyte(DSCCE)by constructing disparately LiI-containing polymethyl methacrylate(pMMA)coating and poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(pVDF-HFp)layer on both sides of Li_(1.5)Al_(0.5)Ge_(1.5)(pO_(4))_(3)(LAGp).The cathode-friendly LiI/pMMA layer displays excellent stability towards superoxide intermediates and also greatly reduces the decomposition voltage of discharge products in Li–air ***,the anode-friendly pVDF-HFp coating shows low-resistance properties towards ***,Li dendrite/passivation derived from liquid electrolyte-induced side reactions and air/I-attacking can be obviously suppressed by the uniformand compact composite *** a result,the DSCCE-based Li–air batteries possess high capacity/low voltage polarization(11,836mAh g^(-1)/1.45Vunder 500mAg^(-1)),good rate performance(capacity ratio under 1000mAg^(-1)/250mAg^(-1) is 68.2%)and longterm stable cell operation(~300 cycles at 750 mA g^(-1) with 750 mAh g^(-1))in ambient air.

A Verifiable Trust-Based Cp-ABE Access Control Scheme for Cloud-Assisted renewable Energy Systems

renewable Energy Systems(rES)provide a sustainable solution to climate warming and environmental pollution by enhancing stability and reliability through status acquisition and analysis on cloud platforms and intelligent processing on edge servers(ES).However,securely distributing encrypted data stored in the cloud to terminals that meet decryption requirements has become a prominent research ***,managing attributes,including addition,deletion,and modification,is a crucial issue in the access control scheme for *** address these security concerns,a trust-based ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(Cp-ABE)device access control scheme is proposed for rES(TB-Cp-ABE).This scheme effectivelymanages the distribution and control of encrypted data on the cloud through robust attribute key *** introducing trust management mechanisms and outsourced decryption technology,the ES system can effectively assess and manage the trust worthiness of terminal devices,ensuring that only trusted devices can participate in data exchange and access sensitive ***,the ES system dynamically evaluates trust scores to set decryption trust thresholds,thereby regulating device data access permissions and enhancing the system’s *** validate the security of the proposed TB-Cp-ABE against chosen plaintext attacks,a comprehensive formal security analysis is conducted using the widely accepted random oraclemodel under the decisional q-Bilinear Diffie-Hellman Exponent(q-BDHE)***,comparative analysis with other schemes demonstrates that the TB-Cp-ABE scheme cuts energy/communication costs by 43%,and scaleswell with rising terminals,maintaining average latency below 50ms,ensuring real-time service *** proposed scheme not only provides newinsights for the secure management of rES but also lays a foundation for future secure energy solutions.

Combination of fruquintinib with venetoclax for the treatment of colorectal cancer

Current therapeutic strategies for ischemic stroke fall short of the desired objective of neurological functional ***,there is an urgent need to develop new methods for the treatment of this *** are natural cell-derived vesicles that mediate signal transduction between cells under physiological and pathological *** have low immunogenicity,good stability,high delivery efficiency,and the ability to cross the blood–brain *** physiological properties of exosomes have the potential to lead to new breakthroughs in the treatment of ischemic *** rapid development of nanotechnology has advanced the application of engineered exosomes,which can effectively improve targeting ability,enhance therapeutic efficacy,and minimize the dosages *** in technology have also driven clinical translational research on *** this review,we describe the therapeutic effects of exosomes and their positive roles in current treatment strategies for ischemic stroke,including their antiinflammation,anti-apoptosis,autophagy-regulation,angiogenesis,neurogenesis,and glial scar formation reduction ***,it is worth noting that,despite their significant therapeutic potential,there remains a dearth of standardized characterization methods and efficient isolation techniques capable of producing highly purified *** optimization strategies should prioritize the exploration of suitable isolation techniques and the establishment of unified workflows to effectively harness exosomes for diagnostic or therapeutic applications in ischemic ***,our review aims to summarize our understanding of exosome-based treatment prospects in ischemic stroke and foster innovative ideas for the development of exosome-based therapies.

A Mn-porphyrinic metal–organic framework immobilizing glucose oxidase for combined photodynamic/chemodynamic/starvation therapy

The combination of photodynamic therapy（pDT） and chemodynamic therapy（CDT） in tumor treatment has attracted considerable ***,tumor hypoxia and glutathione（GSH） overproduction in the tumor tissue restricted the progress of their ***,a Mn-porphyrinic metal-organic framework（Mn-TCpp） was constructed by the one-pot method and further used for immobilizing glucose oxidase（GOx） to obtain GOx@*** would rapidly exhaust endogenous glucose into hydrogen peroxide（H2O2） and gluconic acid,thus shutting off the energy supply of tumor cells for starvation ***-TCpp catalyzed H2O2to produce oxygen,regulating the hypoxic tumor microenvironment and in turn improving1O2generation under laser ***,Mn-TCpp can reduce reactive oxygen species consumption owing to the redox reaction between Mn3+and GSH,thus greatly enhancing ***,benefiting from GOx-mediated starvation therapy,Mn2+produced by Mn3+reduction can react with sufficient intracellular H2O2to generate ·OH with high cytotoxicity through a Fenton-like *** treatment by GOx@Mn-TCpp under laser irradiation in vitro,the cell viability of 4T1 and A549 tumor cells reached to 20%,reflecting GOx@Mn-TCpp could give full play to the advantages of pDT/CDT/starvation *** results in vivo demonstrated that GOx@Mn-TCpp mediated synergistic cascade therapy could significantly inhibit tumor growth and improve the therapeutic effect.
