Prostate cancer(PCa)is the second most common malignancy among men *** Fu-zheng-Yi-Liu(FZYL)Formula has been widely utilized in the treatment of *** study investigates whether the FZYL Formula can inhibit PCa by tar-geting the TAMs/CCL5 *** conducted in vitro co-cultures and in vivo co-injections of PCa cells and TAMs to mimic their *** showed that the FZYL Formula significantly reduced the proliferation,colony formation,subpopulations of PCSCs,and sphere-formation efficacy of PCa cells,even in the presence of TAM ***,the Formula markedly decreased the migration,invasion,and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)of PCa cells induced by *** FZYL Formula also reversed M2 phenotype polarization in TAMs and dose-dependently reduced their CCL5 expression and secretion,with minimal cytotoxicity *** studies confirmed that the TAMs/CCL5 axis is a critical target of the FZYL Formula,as the addition of exogen-ous CCL5 partially reversed the formula’s inhibitory effects on PCSCs self-renewal in the co-culture ***,the Formula also significantly inhibited the growth of PCa xenografts,bone metastasis,and PCSCs activity in vivo by targeting the TAMs/CCL5 ***,this study not only elucidates the immunomodulatory mechanism of the FZYL Formula in PCa therapy but also highlights the TAMs/CCL5 axis as a promising therapeutic target.

Disturbance observer-based Pointing Control of Leighton Chajnantor Telescope

Leighton Chajnantor Telescope(LCT), i.e., the former Caltech Submillimeter.observatory telescope, will be refurbished at the new site in Chajnantor Plateau, Chile in 2023. The environment of LCT will change significantly after its relocation, and the telescope will be exposed to large wind disturbances directly because its enclosure will be completely open during observation. The wind disturbance is expected to be a challenge for LCT's pointing control since the existing control method cannot reject this disturbance very well. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a new pointing control method with good capability of disturbance rejection. In this research, a disturbance observer—based composite position controller(DoB-CPC) is designed, in which an H∞feedback controller is employed to compress the disturbance, and a feedforward linear quadratic regulator is employed to compensate the disturbance precisely based on the estimated disturbance signal. Mor.over, a controller switching policy is adopted, which applies the proportional controller to the transient process to achieve a quick response and applies the DoB-CPC to the steady state to achieve a small position er.or. Numerical experiments are conducted to verify the good per.ormance of the proposed pointing controller(i.e., DoB-CPC) for rejecting the disturbance acting on LCT.

Accurately tracking hyper.onic gliding vehicles via an LEo mega-constellation in relay tracking mode

In order to effectively defend against the threats of the hyper.onic gliding vehicles(HGVs),HGVs should be tracked as early as possible,which is beyond the capability of the ground-based *** benefited by the developing megaconstellations in low-Earth orbit,this paper proposes a relay tracking mode to track HGVs to over.ome the above *** whole tracking mission is composed of several tracking intervals with the same *** each tracking interval,several appropriate satellites are dispatched to track the *** that are planned to take part in the tracking mission are selected by a new derived observability *** tracking per.ormances of the proposed tracking mode and the other two traditional tracking modes,including the stare and track-rate modes,are compared by *** results show that the relay tracking mode can track the whole trajectory of a HGV,while the stare mode can only provide a very short tracking ***,the relay tracking mode achieve higher tracking accuracy with fewer attitude controls than the track-rate mode.

Numerical Study of Water Transport and operating Strategy for Fuel Cells with Segmented Water Management Flow Fields

The effective cathode flow field design can realize the internal water balance and higher current density output of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC).Therefore,a segmented water management flow field is proposed in this study,i.e.a half separated-half coupled cathode(HSHC)flow field which has two inlets but just one outlet.A 3D numerical PEMFC model is applied to study the effect of the HSHC flow field on PEMFC per.ormance and its operating strategy in terms of operating *** study results are shown as follows:Compared with the two conventional cathode flow fields,the HSHC flow field improves the water balance along the channel and increases the current density by 17.1%at a cathode stoichiometry of *** is because the HSHC flow field can over.ome the water loss at channels upstream and the water accumulation at channels *** draw water phenomenon(DWP)in the HSHC flow field is observed,which is mainly affected by the water vapor pressure of *** on the DWP,cooling channel inlet flow rates can be used to adjust water balance,but severe water loss should be *** addition,the inlet temperature control in HSHC flow field should be that cell temperature>cathode channel inlet temperature>cooling channel inlet temperature>ambient temperatures for better water balance.

A Fibonacci View on the Galois NFSr Used in Trivium

Trivium is an international standard of lightweight stream ciphers(ISo/IEC 29192-3:2012).In this paper,the Trivium-like NFSrs,a class of Galois NFSrs generalized from the Galois NFSr.of Trivium,are studied from the perspective of Fibonacci *** is shown that an n-stage Trivium-like NFSr cannot be equivalent to an n-stage Fibonacci NFSr,which is proved by showing the existence of“collision initial states”.As an intermediate conclusion,a necessary and sufficient condition for a kind of linear degeneracy of a Trivium-like NFSr is obtained from the persepective of interleaved ***,the smallest stage number.of a Fibonacci NFSr that can generate all the output sequences of an n-stage Trivium-like NFSr is shown to be greater than n-7 and this value is no less than 371=287+min{93,84,111}specifically for the 288-stage Galois NFSr used in *** results contradict the existence of a equivalent Fibonacci model of Trivium NFSr.of small stage,which implies that Trivium algorithm possesses a fair degree of immunity against“structure attack”.

In order to study the problems of unreasonable airflow distribution and ser.ous dust pollution in a heading surface,an experimental platform for forced ventilation and dust removal was built based on the similar *** the similar experiment and numerical simulation,the distribution of airflow field in the roadway and the spatial and temporal evolution of dust pollution under the conditions of forced ventilation were *** airflow field in the roadway can be divided into three zones:jet zone,vortex zone and reflux *** dust concentration gradually decreases from the head to the rear.of the *** the forced ventilation conditions,there is a unilateral accumulation of dust,with higher dust concentrations away from the *** position of the equipment has an interception effect on the *** maximum er.or between the test value and the simulation result is 12.9%,which verifies the accuracy of the experimental *** research results can provide theoretical guidance for the application of dust removal technology in coal mine.
