Exogenous insulin autoimmune syndrome:A case report and review of literature

BACKGrOUND Insulin autoimmune syndrome(IAs)is a severe manifestation of spontaneous *** is characterized by elevated levels of immune-reactive insulin and highly potent insulin autoantibodies(IAAs),which are induced by endogenous insulin circulating in the *** is distinguished by recurring instances of spontaneous hypoglycemia,the presence of IAA within the body,a substantial elevation in serum insulin levels,and an absence of prior exogenous insulin ***,recent studies show that both conventional insulin and its analogs can induce IAs episodes,giving rise to the notion of nonclassical ***,more attention should be paid to these *** sUMMArY In this case report,we present a rare case of non-classical IAs in an 83-year-old male patient who present with symptoms of a psychiatric *** symptom onset,the patient exhibited Whipple's triad(including hypoglycemia,blood glucose level less than 2.8 mmol/L during onset,and rapid relief of hypoglycemic symptoms after glucose administration).Concurrently,his serum insulin level was significantly elevated,which contradicted his C-peptide *** a comprehensive examination,the patient was diagnosed with exogenous insulin autoimmune *** that the patient had type 2 diabetes mellitus and a history of exogenous insulin use before disease onset,it was presumed that non classical IAs was induced by this *** PubMed database was used to search for previous cases of IAs and non-classical IAs to analyze their characteristics and treatment *** The occurrence of non-classical IAs is associated with exogenous insulin or its analogs,as well as with sulfhydryl *** can be effectively alleviated through the discontinuation of relevant medications,administration of hormones or immunosuppressants,plasma exchange,and lifestyle adjustments.

Monte Carlo method for evaluation of surface emission rate measurement uncertainty

The aim of this study is to evaluate the uncertainty of 2πcx and 2πβsurface emission rates using the windowless multiwire proportional counter *** study used the Monte Carlo method(MCM)to validate the conventional Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement(GUM)method.A dead time mea surement model for the two-source method was established based on the cha racteristics of a single--channel measurement systemn,and the voltage threshold correction factor measurement function was indi rectly obtained by fitting the threshold correction *** uncertainty in the surface emission rate was calculated using the GUM method and the law of propagation of *** MCM provided clear definitions for each input quantity and its uncertainty distribution,and the simulation training was realized witha complete and complex mathematical *** results of the surface emission rate uncertainty evaluation for four radioactive plane sources using both methods showed the uncertainty's consistency E_(n)r the comparison of each source,and the uncertainty results ofthe GUM were all lower than those of the ***,the MCM has a more objective evaluation process and can serve as a validation tool for GUM results.

Highly dispersive tetrahedral vanadium species on pure silica ZsM-12 zeolite boosting the selective oxidation of cyclohexane into cyclohexanone

The selective oxidation of cyclohexane is a promising green route for the production of KA oil(cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone),but remains a huge challenge to design high-performing heterogeneous catalysts under mild ***,a pure silica ZsM-12(MTW topology)zeolite was applied as the support to immobilize highly dispersive tetrahedrally coordinated vanadium(V)species and the constructed catalyst 1%V/sZ-12 exhibited high efficiency in the fast and selective oxidation of cyclohexane into cyclohexanone with H_(2)O_(2).The reaction completed within 30 s,affording the selectivity of 99%towards cyclohexanone and the extremely high turnover frequency(TOF)of 5,891 h^(-1).1%V/sZ-12 was facilely reused with stable activity and feasibly extended to the oxidation of various cyclohexane *** one-dimensional 12-membered ring microchannels contributed to the formation and accessibility of tetrahedrally coordinated high valent V5+species as the robust active centers,which activated H_(2)O_(2) to generate V–O–O·,the active oxygen species for the electrophilic attack on cyclohexane to produce cyclohexanone as the sole product.

卢卡奇在《历史与阶级意识》中将费希特的先验哲学视为近代主体性哲学的代表，并重点批评了后者实际上导致了世界的“非理性化”。从费希特本人的视角来看，主体与客体之间的裂隙已经通过先验知识的再生–生产二重化机制得到克服，因而卢卡奇的这一批评并不成立。卢卡奇的费希特批评实际上受到了同时代新康德主义思想家拉斯克与路德宗神学家希尔施的强烈影响，拉斯克与希尔施都指出世界的“非理性化”问题的实质在于个体性问题，而解决个体性问题的关键在于建构一种全新的历史哲学。从这一角度看，卢卡奇的费希特批评中所错失的维度也许蕴含着一种全新历史哲学的可能性。

Gas source of the Middle Jurassic shaximiao Formation in the Zhongjiang large gas field of Western sichuan Depression:Constraints from geochemical characteristics of light hydrocarbons

The Zhongjiang gas field is a typical large gas field in terrigenous strata of the Western sichuan *** remains debatable which member of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation served as the source rocks and how significant the member contributed to the gas accumulations in the Zhongjiang gas *** this study,we analyzed the essential characteristics of the Lower Jurassic source rocks and the geochemical features of light hydrocarbons in natural gas from the 2nd(T3χ^(2))and 4th members(T3χ^(4))of the Upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation(T3χ),as well as the Middle Jurassic shaximiao(J2s)and Qianfoya(J2q)*** on this,we explored the sources of the natural gas in the Zhongjiang gas field and determined the natural gas migration patterns and their effects on the properties of light hydrocarbons in the natural *** results indicate that the Lower Jurassic lacustrine source rocks of the Zhongjiang gas field contain humic organic matter,with vitr.nite reflectance(r_(0))values ranging from 0.86%to 0.98%.samples meeting the criterion for effective source rocks[total organic carbon(TOC)content≥0.75%]exhibited an average TOC content of merely 1.02%,suggesting significantly lower hydrocarbon generation potential than source rocks in the underlying T3x,which show higher thermal maturity and TOC *** natural gas samples from T3χ^(2),T3χ^(4),J2s,and J2q reservoirs,their C_(5-7)iso-alkane content was significantly higher than their n-alkane content,and their methylcyclohexane(MCH)index ranged from 59.0%to 77.3%,indicating the predominance of methylcyclohexane in C_(7)light *** indicated by the origin identification and gas-source correlation based on the geochemical features of light hydrocarbons,the natural gas in the Zhongjiang gas field is typical coal-derived *** gas from the primary pay zone of the shaximiao Formation,with significantly high K_(1),(P_(2)+N_(2))/C_(7),and P_(3)/C_(7)values,predominantly originated from the 5th member
