Numerical investigations of floating platforms with different outer column inclined angles under two operating conditions of regular wave and irregular wave are presented in this paper.A coupled aero-hydrodynamic computational fluid dynamics in-house solver FOWT-UALM-SJTU is applied for the ***,the validation for wave and wind generation are conducted to determine mesh distribution *** on these,the hydrodynamic motion response,aerodynamic performance and wake flow are analyzed to explore the impact of inclined *** spectral analysis on the motion response under wave action,discuss the aerodynamic attack angle and inflow wind velocity along the blade spanwise direction in detail,reveal different trends in wake development and *** results show that for the regular wave condition with the increase of inclined angles,the equilibrium position of surge motion is constantly rising,while pitch is *** maximum root mean square(rms)value occurs at angle=30°,compared with the original OC4 FOWT,the rms in power and thrust increase 0.35%,0.71%.And there are two low regions of attack angle and high regions of axial inflow velocity,corresponding to aerodynamic *** spectral analysis indicates that the natural frequency of pitch motion will increase with inclined ***,from the middle to far region of wake flow,the velocity recovery of FOWT with inclined angle will become faster,which is beneficial for downstream turbines to enhance more wind energy.

Mosquitoes are of great medical significance as vectors of many deadly *** have been widely used in phylogenetic studies,but mitogenome knowledge within the family Culicidae is limited,and Culicidae phylogeny is far from *** this study,we surveyed the mitogenomes of 149 Culicidae species,including 7 newly sequenced *** analysis of 149 mosquito mitogenomes shows gene composition and order to be identical to that of an ancestral insect,and the AT bias,length variation,and codon usage are all consistent with that of other reported Dipteran *** analyses based on the DNA sequences of the 13 protein-coding genes from the 149 species robustly support the monophyly of the subfamily Anophelinae and the tribes Aedini,Culicini,Mansonini,Sabethini,and *** resolve ambiguous relationships between clades within the subfamily Culicinae,we performed topological tests and show that Aedini is a sister to Culicini and that Uranotaenini is a sister to(Mansonini)+(Toxorhynchitini+Sabethini).In addition,we estimated divergence times using a Bayesian relaxation clock based on the sequence data and 3 fossil calibration *** results show mosquitoes diverged during the Early Jurassic with massive Culicinae radiations during the Cretaceous,coincident with the emergence of angiosperms and the burst of mammals and ***,this study,which uses the largest number of Culicidae mitogenomes sequenced to date,comprehensively reveals the mitogenome characteristics and mitogenome-based phylogeny and divergence times of Culicidae,providing information for further studies on the mitogenome,phylogeny,evolution,and taxonomic revision of Culicidae.

Background Evaluation of psychiatric disorders in children is essential in timely *** individual studies,there is no information on the exact status of psychiatric disorders in *** present study was conducted to determine the prevalence of depression among children with type 1 and type 2 *** This meta-analysis is registered with PrOSPErO(CrD42021231491).Several databases(Web of Science,Scopus,and PubMed)were searched from January 1,2000 to december 15,*** key words included:depression,anxiety,children,and *** steps of search,comprising screening,risk of bias,and extraction of study data,were performed separately by two *** It was found that a total of 109 studies had been conducted involving 52,493 children with type 1 and type 2 *** studies were included in the present review *** prevalence of depression,anxiety among children with type 1 diabetes were 22.2%[95%confidence interval(CI)19.2–25.2],and 17.7%(95%CI 15.2–20.1),*** prevalence of depression was higher among girls(29.7%)than boys(19.7%).The prevalence of depression was higher in lower-middle-income countries at 29.3%(95%CI 18.6–40.0).The prevalence of depression among children with type 2 diabetes was 22.7%(95%CI 17.3–28.0).Conclusion The results of the present study indicate the importance of paying attention to extensive periodic screening and appropriate activities to reduce pediatric depression.
