recently,human healthcare from body sensor data has gained considerable interest from a wide variety of human-computer communication and pattern analysis research owing to their real-time applications namely smart healthcare *** though there are various forms of utilizing distributed sensors to monitor the behavior of people and vital signs,physical human action recognition(HAr)through body sensors gives useful information about the lifestyle and functionality of an *** article concentrates on the design of an Improved Transient Search Optimization with Machine Learning based Behaviorrecognition(ITSOMLBr)technique using body sensor *** presented ITSOML-Br technique collects data from different body sensors namely electrocardiography(ECG),accelerometer,and *** addition,the ITSOML-Br technique extract features like variance,mean,skewness,and standard ***,the presented ITSOML-Br technique executes a micro neural network(MNN)which can be employed for long term healthcare monitoring and ***,the parameters related to the MNN model are optimally selected via the ITSO *** experimental result analysis of the ITSOML-Br technique is tested on the MHEALTH *** comprehensive comparison study reported a higher result for the ITSOMLBr approach over other existing approaches with maximum accuracy of 99.60%.

The electronic and magnetic properties of the zinc-blende aluminum nitride doped with V and Cr are studied using the density functional theory(DFT),namely the KKr-CPA-PBE *** Al N is found to be a wide band gap semiconductor,and doping V and Cr single impurities generate ferromagnetic half-metallic ***,the values of the formation energy reveal that these compounds are stable systems for all dopant concentrations.A self-consistent energy minimization scheme determines the ferromagnetic state as the stable magnetic state for V-and Cr-doping Al N.A double exchange mechanism is identified as the mechanism responsible for magnetism in our *** increasing doping impurities,the total magnetic moments increase linearly and the Curie temperature TC,calculated using the mean-field approximation,shows a significant *** present findings reveal Cr-and V-doped zincblende Al N as potential candidates for high Curie temperature ferromagnetic materials.

The dual-function of bioactive peptides derived from oyster (Crassostrea gigas) proteins hydrolysates

Oysters(Crassostrea gigas)have a wide range of functionality due to their nutritional and bioactive components. However, the bioactive peptides of oyster proteins are rarely reported, particularly their antidiabetes effects and antioxidants. Oyster proteins were extracted from fresh oysters using phosphatebuffered saline and simulated gastrointestinal digestion was performed. The degree of hydrolysis(DH), structural characterization, molecular weight(Mw)distribution, free amino acid, anti-diabetic activity, and antioxidant activity were studied during in vitro simulated gastrointestinal digestion. The results showed that the α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, α-amylase inhibitory activity, DPPH radical scavenging activity, and ABTS radical scavenging activity of the oyster protein gastrointestinal digest were increased(P rom 0 to 33.96%, from 9.17% to 44.22%, from 9.01 μg trolox/mg protein to 18.48 μg trolox/mg protein, and from 21.44 μg trolox/mg protein to 56.21 μg trolox/mg protein, respectively. Additionally, the DH, β-turn structure, fluorescence intensity, free amino acid, and short peptide content(Mw reased in the simulated gastrointestinal digestion. These results indicate that the digestive hydrolysates obtained from oyster proteins could be used as natural anti-diabetic and antioxidant agents.

THE UNSTABLE FLOW FrOM THE GAP BETWEEN TWO CIrCULAr CYLINDErS

The interference of two circular cylinders has been researched for many years. In this study, the research work was concentrated on two cylinders in some special staggered arrangement. The velocity signal was measured with a hot wire anemometer and recorded with a TEAC portable data recorder. The relationship between spectrum and time was established by making 200 spectrum analysis in se- quence. The gap flow is unstable when two cylinders are arranged in L/D=2, T/D=1. Mainly, it can be looked as flow past a single blunt body and the Strouhal number is 0.15, The second peak arises in the power spectrum when the gap flow appears at irregular time interval. Sometimes it may be higher than the first one. The Strouhal num- ber corresponding to the second peak is 0.33. But at most of the time it is lower than the first one and even disap- peared. This is meaningful for exploring the mechanisms of interference induced oscillations in flow past two cylin- ders.

Z-Box Binding Transcription Factors （ZBFs）： A Ne~ Class of Transcription Factors in Arabidopsis Seedlinq Development

One set of genes encoding diverse groups of transcription factors that interact with the Z-box （ATACGTGT; a potential Z-DNA forming sequence） is called ZBFs （Z-box Binding Factors）. ZBFs include ZBF1, ZBF2, and ZBF3, which encode ZBF1/MYC2 （bHLH）, ZBF2/GBF1 （bZIP）, and ZBF3/CAM7 （Calmodulin） proteins, respectively. With several recent reports, it is becoming increasingly evident that ZBFs play crucial roles in Arabidopsis seedling photomorphogenesis. ZBFs integrate signals from various wavelengths of light to coordinate the regulation of transcriptional networks that affect multiple facets of plant growth and development. The function of each ZBF is qualitatively and quantitatively distinct. The zbf mutants display pleiotropic effects including altered hypocotyl elongation, cotyledon expansion, lateral root development, and flowering time. In this inaugural review, we discuss the identification, molecular functions, and interacting partners of ZBFs in light-mediated Arabidopsis seedling development.

Legends of the dashboard: an empirical evaluation of split and joint layout designs for geovisual analytics interfaces

Geodashboards are often designed with explanatory elements guiding *** elements(*** or annotations)need to be carefully designed to mitigate split attention or information integration *** this paper,we report expert interviews followed by a controlled experiment where we compare two interface designs with a focus on the split attention effect:(1)a multiple-legend layout with explanatory elements located next to each view,and(2)a single-legend layout with all explanatory elements gathered in one *** legend layouts did not affect the performance,but affected user satisfaction.75%of the participants preferred the multiple-legend layout,and rated it with a higher usability score,mainly attributing this preference to the proximity of legend elements to the view of *** tracking data strongly and clearly verifies that participants indeed make use of the proximity:With the single-legend,the majority of eye-movement transitions were between the single-legend and the closest view to the legend,whereas with multiple-legend participants have shorter and more frequent legend visits,as well as more transitions between legends and *** together,the design lesson we learned from this experiment can be summarized as‘split the legend elements,but make it close to the explained elements’.

An Approach to Quantify Endomembrane Dynamics in Pollen Utilizing Bioactive Chemicals

Tip growth of pollen tubes and root hairs occurs via rapid polar growth. These rapidly elongating cells require tip-focused endomembrane trafficking for the deposition and recycling of proteins, membranes, and cell wall materials. Most of the image-based data published to date are subjective and non-quantified. Quantitative and com- parative descriptors of these highly dynamic processes have been a major challenge, but are highly desirable for genetic and chemical genomics approaches to dissect this biological network. To address this problem, we screened for small molecules that perturbed the localization of a marker for the Golgi ras-like monomeric G-protein rAB2：GFP expressed in transgenic tobacco pollen. Semi-automated high-throughput imaging and image analysis resulted in the identifica- tion of novel compounds that altered pollen tube development and endomembrane trafficking. Six compounds that caused mislocalization and varying degrees of altered movement of rAB2：GFP-labeled endomembrane bodies were used to generate a training set of image data from which to quantify vesicle dynamics. The area, velocity, straightness, and intensity of each body were quantified using semi-automated image analysis tools revealing quantitative differences in the phenotype caused by each compound. A score was then given to each compound enabling quantitative comparisons between compounds. Our results demonstrate that image analysis can be used to quantitatively evaluate dynamic sub- cellular endomembrane phenotypes induced by bioactive chemicals, mutations, or other perturbing agents as part of a strategy to quantitatively dissect the endomembrane network.

Structural and micro structural studies of PbO-doped SnO_2 sensor for detection of methanol, propanol and acetone

In the present work the structural information of PbO-doped SnO2 thick film sensor has been investigated with X-ray diffractometer （XrD） and scanning electron microscope （SEM）. Initially, SnO2 powder was derived using sol-gel process and was subsequently doped with PbO and ground up to nanosized particles. A suitable gas sensor structure was fabricated on 1′′×1′′ alumina substrate using thick film technology. The necessary paste for screen printing was also developed. SEM results showed sol-gel derived powder gets more agglomerated in the thick film form. The sensitivity of the sensor has been investigated at different temperatures （150 ？C？350 ？C） upon exposure to methanol, propanol and acetone, yielding a maximum at 250 ？C for acetone with 1 wt% PbO-doping while at 350 ？C for propanol with 3 wt% PbO-doping of the sensor. The reduction of particle size to nanometers （validated through XrD） leads to a dramatic improvement in sensitivity of sensors for the chosen organic vapors. The results also correlate well with the microstructural properties of the material and the dopant.

The radiative decay D^(0)→ K^(*0)γ with vector meson dominance

Motivated by the experimental measurements of D0 radiative decay modes, we have proposed a model to study the D0→ K＊0γ decay, by establishing a link with D0→ K＊0V （V=ρ0, ω） decays through the vector meson dominance hypothesis. In order to do this properly, we have used the Lagrangians from the local hidden gauge symmetry approach to account for Vγ conversion. As a result, we have found the branching ratio B[D0→ K＊0γ]=（1.55-3.44）×10-4, which is in fair agreement with the experimental values reported by the Belle and BaBar collaborations.
